Their Christmas trees are some of the best quality I've seen lately. I'm happy we chose to buy ours here. My tree smells so good and looks great. It's full and not withering. It's green all around and not browning. We set it up last night. I love live Christmas trees, they bring such a feeling of abundance into the home. They did a great job of securing it on top of my van. I was very happy with the time and care they put into making sure it wasn't going to budge and end up on the side of the road. Customer service was great. Everyone was so helpful from start to finish. I definitely recommend buying your tree here. read more

We come here often and most things are just fine. The issue we have right now is that there are six spots for curbside pick up. Five are full, mostly with Lowe's vehicles. So lovely that they park their trucks there so there's only one spot for curbside pickup. If you don't want to provide the service, just take down the signs. No need to block the spots. read more

This review is long overdue. Before the holidays, my washer went out and was under warranty and it was going to take a few weeks to repair. I needed my machine desperately due to illness and couldn't wait that long. Milas (sp), with the help of his manager (I wish I knew his name) were willing to go out on a limb to help me out. I am forever grateful for their kindness, empathy and understanding, as well as generously resolving my issue with the spirit of caring. I will never forget how kind Milas was and will continue to use Lowe's as I have for the past 15 years! We shop at occasion at this Lowe's and usually have a good experience. Today we went in to get items for our bathroom that was never finished. We found a toilet that we liked to go with the new bath. I was able to easily get assistance loading it from the shelf and then loading it in my vehicle. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and courteous. Popped in here to check out seasonal items and look for home stuff. Parking was easy enough and they have the standard front entry way with one side for entry and another for exit. The seasonal stuff was immediately to the right when we entered, so super convenient. We passed several staff members, one was quick to greet and offer help. A couple others padded right by. We were good to just browse so not a deal breaker either way. Everything here is pretty easy to find with aisles marked and overall areas with large hanging signs. The outdoor section was a good find here. They had tons of good plants and gardening options. We want to add a tiered garden to the patio, so we were looking for ideas. Went to Lowe's to buy paint and supplies. Spent already $200. Went back in because I was interested on a patio set. The patio set didn't have a price, went to customer service , the young lady tried to help but couldn't find the price. She call a manager, I waited . Another worker came by and tried , 10 minutes, couldn't find the price and then tells me to go to customer service. The young lady said she called the manager again. Waited 30 minutes , nobody came. All the other workers past by and did not offer to help . Went to customer service and the same young lady called a third time. Decided to take my business somewhere else. This is not the first time I've ran into horrible customer service at this specific Lowe's . I normally just drive 25 minutes out to clermont Home Depot who has exceptional customer service . Lowe's is no longer a place I want to shop! 10 sheets of 1/2"drywall should not be this hard! Wednesday, February 21 delivery driver ran it over! 2 1/2 hours on the phone to get a new delivery for Friday, February 23 AFTER 3:30. Driver showed up at 1:30. Spent another 1 1/2 hours on the phone for a Saturday delivery. Saturday morning 10:30 Lowe's calls and says it didn't make it on the truck and they won't deliver till Monday! I have called corporate, they don't do anything, called the 3rd party delivery company, nothing, called the store, nothing they can do! Now I have broken drywall in my yard and the HOA wants to FINE me $50 a day since Thursday! read more

Very Disappointed with the shades and blinds department. I was told by sales person Celia Simon that if I paid $35 they would come out and measure my windows and give me the measurements and an estimate on the cost of installing shades for my windows. After they estimated that my shades would cost thousands of dollars, Ms. Simon would not share the measurements of my windows with me. Don't say one thing and do another. I decided not to order anything from them. Just beware Of their sales tactic. I felt that if I paid the $35, I'm entitled to that information. Go to Home Depot to get your shades. I've gone to 4 Lowe's today trying to find one that could cut the 1 board I wanted to get. None of them have saws that work. They each told me that the saw had been broke between 4 weeks-4 months. Don't you guys sell things like... saws? Are the repair people on strike or something? I recently went to exchange my 5 gallon Zephyrhills and I KNOW that they have a ticket printer that gives you an exchanged ticket, but it's been broken for a good couple months, since I've been going to this location. Today I went to exchange mine and brought mine in because every time I went, the 5 times, they have taken the empty one and placed it by the full ones, I'm assuming to ship it out to get refilled. I was checked out by a nice cashier at terminal 10 around 4:55pm and her Front End Manager (Lisa) I believe was right behind her. I asked THE CASHIER if I should put the empty jug by the full ones or outside and she said "it's okay you can put it by the full ones and grab your new one" and Lisa interrupted her and told me to put it outside. I replied mentioning that the ticket machine is broken so I usually bring my empty jug inside. And she repeated with an attitude that "it is supposed to go outside". The cashier under her breath said "they usually go by the full ones so I'm not sure". I paid and went to get a new one and noticed THE BOTTOM TWO ROWS WERE COMPLETELY FULL OF EMPTY 5 gallon JUGS! Maybe they were brought from outside, but they still ended up in the same place as I've put them before. Maybe if she got off that phone she was on and looked she would've seen that they were placed there! I was furious! I was there for a 5 minute transaction, the cashier was wonderful and polite, but Lisa was horrible!! Great image to have while leaving the store! I feel bad for that cashier, she didn't deserve to be cut off like that, or shut down like that! read more

Someone please help this store! Most employees seem more interested in personal conversations than helping the customer. Also, one person operating the return desk? It shouldn't take 10+ minutes to wait in line to return something. The lack of employees is very obvious in this place as the automated spiels announcing someone needed help in specific department rang out the entire time I was in there, sometimes with five minutes in between when someone finally acknowledged them. I will probably do my shopping at Home Depot from now on. The employees are friendlier and I can find everything I need. read more

Shame in this store, lines backed up and only 2 cashiers open, that's counting the self check. Not a cart in the entry. I saw a clerk go out to look for a cart in the front entrance, he saw no carts. he went to the parking lot and grab one but did not tell anybody or round up any carts from the parking lot.. As I was walking out I overheard a couple say they could not believe what terrible customer service they had. I had to agree with them telling them that in the last few months their service has really slipped. I asked a girl for an item was told sorry I'm not sure where it would be located. 2 stars because the flooring guy did help me find what I was looking for. read more

Worse Lowe's ever. Poor customer service. I needed some wood work, there's was only two working on that the department. I asked one of them to do me the favor and the employee stated didn't know how too and that was going to call the other employee. Well the other employee is in lunch!! Nothing wrong with that. But at least tell me how long is going to be or if is even possible to do this today. I walked around the store for like 20 mins no one approach me. I left! Won't come back. This place can be a dream or a nightmare for home owners. It's great when they have what you're looking for or if you're in need of ideas. It's a nightmare when you can't find any help or the items you're looking for are more expensive than you thought. While this store has plenty of products and every tool imaginable, they lack greatly in customer service. It never fails, whenever I'm looking for assistance in a particular department I either can't find anyone or the person there is only covering for that department and doesn't have a clue about anything. Not to mention no one seems particularly interested in helping you; luckily there's YouTube. This is a great place to spend plenty of money when doing home projects and it's nice to know it'll be there when you have to return three more times during the same day due to unexpected circumstances with your project. read more

This store doesn't even deserve 1 star!. The customer service is TERRIBLE! My husband and I have given this store many many tries even after their terrible service. Thinking maybe it will be better next time. Let me start with saying that last October 2018 we waited for over 45 minutes in the appliance section. One sales person said they were going to find someone to help us. No one ever came over to help. So after waiting 45 minutes we went over to Best Buy and proceeded spend over $5,000 on new kitchen appliances. Sorry Lowe's you lost on that one!!!! One day I'm in the garden section and asked one of the Lowe's employees a question about some flowers I wanted to purchase. He responded with "sorry mam, I no nothing about flowers"! Why, I ask was he working in the garden section? Today, I went to finalize a special order for my window shades. I paid Lowe's to send out someone to measure. The person came out measure and told us, someone would call. Well, a week later, no one called so we drove to Lowe's only to find out the measurements were not completed and long story short, I was unable to place my window shade order. I demanded my money back that I paid for the measurements. Lowe's does not train their employees to focus on the costumer. Every time I was engaged with an employee they were also engaging in conversation with another customer. Talk about feeling ignored. So if you want poor customer service and like feeling completely ignored this is the lowe's for you. read more

This is the worst Lowe's I have ever been to. Nobody knew where anything was, and they didn't have any of the things I needed. I was looking for fence panels and they had zero or at least I thought they had zero after they told me in the garden it was in the other side of the store. When I walk to the other side of the store they sent me back to garden at this point I was frustrated and left. It's very obvious that the manager of the garden center doesn't care at all about the dozens of plants dying right in front of him. It's so sad to see them all limp and brown.... And, like other reviewers have said, employees are too busy chatting with each other to help the people paying their salaries.... This is the worse Lowe's ever! Their inventory is always screwed up. I had an employee tell me if it doesn't show at least a hundred in stock we probably don't have them. The plumbing products are just one section that is so unorganized. The Sandy hook location in Clermont is much nicer and way more organized. I've never had an unpleasant experience shopping here. I had one issue last time I was there getting some wood. The employee seemed a little grumpy and he cut the tag off the wood I was buying so checkout was a bit longer for price research. The shift supervisor tried finding the piece with the tag in the trash by the cutter, but no luck. Finally after 10 minutes of me insisting I can show him exactly where I picked it up from, he followed me. He was real nice though. Like the show "Parks and Recreation" a character walks into a home improvement store and an employee offers assistance. The character looks at the employee and says, "I know more than you." It's a chuckle worthy moment and I think it every time I go to this location. I've asked for a certain type of paint before and the employee stares at me very confused and at that point I realized I knew more than her... I do all my home improvement shopping at this location. read more

Every single time I go into this store, I am greeted by the most amazing people. If I'm having a bad day, I know that walking into Lowe's will put a smile on my face and not just because I shop entirely to much here. On the trip today I was having a horrible past couple of days over s repair man that blew the control panel on my dryer and had to get a new one. I can't remember the girls that went above and beyond for me and I will be going back in to find them to bring them something for being so kind. Mohammed on the other hand will never understand how thankful I am for his help and kindness. He didn't only help me fix my dryer problem but completely turned what had been a very stressful time for me absolutely calming. He is such an asset! All three of them are. I wish they knew the impact they had. I will never shop anywhere else when redoing my home and other homes in the future. read more

My review results in a 50- 50 really. Looked on the internet which told me that the product I wanted to buy was in a certain numbered bay. Well, the numbering of bays was done by someone with no understanding of either geography, logical progression of numbers, or sign posting. Found the product eventually (after going on a 15 minute solo exploration expedition) - so top marks for stock keeping. I would have asked someone in the garden center, but it seemed that an atomic bomb must have gone off without me knowing. It was like walking around Nagasaki for 15 minutes...no other living person was seen (apart from equally frustrated visiting customers). Well, no member of staff anyway. The solemn silence was only punctuated by repeated loudspeaker pleas for assistance being required in other various parts of the store. Mature gentlemen roam the hardware part of the store, and are always approaching you to ask if you need help, and are helpful in sharing their know-how and where things are located. This is appreciated - but a smile would really go down well! A knowledgeable person that can sort you out is a great advantage...but if they have a face that looks like a giraffe sucking on a pickled onion...then the magic loses a bit. Maximum respect to the checkout staff! Their helpful, light-hearted manner makes the most painful part of visiting any store (namely me giving up my money) a lot less painful LOL. read more
