Wow. No wonder retail is dying. I wanted to buy a Charbroil Infrared grill. It took awhile to get someone to pull one for me. Initially there was a miscommunication about which model but then Tyler set out to get a lift operator to pull one in a box. Well after about a 15 min wait I wandered to the back-most aisle and found 3 of the kind I wanted already assembled. So I got a flat cart and then Tyler showed up with the lift guy so I just asked Tyler to help me load it on the flat cart. Ah, progress. I wheeled it out front an paid at register and asked for help out front loading in my vehicle. After 15 minutes, including asking clerks twice more for assistance Chris was walking by and I asked him to help me. He as much as told me it wasn't his job but would get Tyler out there. I told Chris that if I didn't get help soon I was going to just wheel the cart to the return desk. He said that would be fine. After 10 mins more, I did just that. While waiting in line @ returns, I called the store and asked to speak to a manager. I couldn't believe a manger would condone abandoning a completed sale. But I was wrong. It was Chris that answered the Mgr page and he was even less helpful on the phone than in person. Unbelievable. I'm a real estate investor / remodeler and probably spent a few 1000's at Lowe's stores in the past year but this is it, never again. read more

DEMARCO is an excellent help, at the wood cutting machine. I went there today to get multiple pieces cut for a table and he was really helpful. He was very intuitive and gave really great advice. Other employees didn't seem to want to help. I also enjoyed the company of the cashier who gave the best customer service in this store. I'm only rating 4 stars because the manager or leader in the back kept pulling Demarco off the cutting machine when others were also waiting in line. Keep employees in their designated spots and you won't have to deal with bad reviews. read more

I ordered a storage unit to be assembled and delivered last Wednesday. I was assured it would be delivered on Thursday, then Friday, then Saturday, then Sunday and now it is Tuesday at 9:25 pm and it is still not here. I have had to call the store everyday for a status. Escalated to the store manager and still not delivered. Does not value my time. I will not purchase from this store again. There are other options. read more

Usually, no one will answer the phone after corporate offices are closed. If they do, they can't answer a simple question or even transfer a call. They will sell you things that have to be loaded and not bother to make sure anyone goes out to load it. Or they will send someone elderly or injured so you have to try to do it yourself. read more

This is for Lowes in Snellville I had to give Lowes in Snellville Ga a star because they spent have anything lower. -10 ior even lower rates them on their delivery and customer service from the delivery guy to the store manager. I bought a washer and dryer to be delivered. I waited two weeks after being told it was in stock. I got my washer at 9:00 at night but NO DRYER. and they didn't even have paperwork. I called I know 20 times and finally got someone on the phone. The so called "STORE MANAGER" said it would come the next day. I got a call from receiving and promised it was on a special delivery truck and it was on it's way. After 20 more calls at 4:30 the asst mgr told me it was going to be delivered. After 20 more calls i finally got someone to answer the asst mgr said that unfortunately the driver couldn't deliver and they would bring it tomorrow. I hope to get 2 people fired over this fiasco of extremely poor customer service.i will be reporting to the BBB and I will be taking this up the ladder to as far as I can get it. I will NEVER step foot in LOWES SNELLVILLE. GA..and will be taking my business and everyone else I can take with me to a more professional store that has competent people in their employ because this store sucks!! read more

I spent nearly 15 minutes trying to get someone on the phone when I just called Lowes. They simply don't answer! An automated system answers. You choose "O" for the service desk or listen to a list of departments to choose from. After you pick, the phone will ring about 8 times AND THEN you are recycled back to the beginning automated system to start all over again, and again. I live close by Lowes and would bet that if I drove up there right this minute, they'd be dead as a doornail. THERE IS NO EXCUSES for such lousy service at any business! read more

I've been a loyal Lowes customer for years. I feel the customer relationship doesn't exist any more. I hate I must choose to shop any where but lowes as I've done in the past. Lowes sub contractors don't care and lowes seems to agree. I bought the product from lowes to have it installed they referred me to one of their sub contractors ... The sub contractor failed to meet the installation date set.. I notified lowes customer service however they didn't seem to care or offer any alternative solutions. I ordered a stove online to be delivered from this store. I got a call next day from a girl who was just awful. She told me their store didn't have it in stock and she told me to pick something else. I told her I wanted that particular stove which is why I ordered it. So she says what do you want me to do? I said you don't have to do anything I'll call corporate. She said ok fine I will cancel your order and hung up. I called corporate who checked stock and said that the stove was in their local distribution warehouse and that they would resolve the issue. Corporate called the store manager and he told them he would order the stove and call me once it arrived. I'm not holding my breath.... read more

Every year I spent thousands at Lowe's only because there are not too many other alternatives. Lowe's Paint department lacks knowledgeable individuals. I am the type of consumer who when they walk into a facility wants answers to any questions I might have. Blind leading the blind. It is pretty bad when they do not know their products. The only training I was told by an employee was that they watch a video, the same one that is set on display for any customer. I have had so many paint mistakes because I was sold items by someone who just goes through the motion of taking home a paycheck. read more

Absolutely the worst. Will never buy from the Conyers, GA store again. I should have known when I walked into that messy store where the employees were too busy looking for a date on their phone rather than helping a viable customer that this was not a good place to shop. But I found a lawn mower with a great price on it and it was really what we were looking for so we purchased it and arrange to have it delivered 2 Days Later. The first one is damaged and the second one is damaged and now we're a week out with no lawn mower and grass growing like crazy. So I cancel the purchase that I paid for flat out and waited a week for the refund. Imagine my surprise when I got a text message another week later telling me that they were delivering the lawnmower to me and of course the contact number and email were not viable, to decline the purchase. so I had to call their store manager, again, to inform them that I was not accepting this lawn mower. This is the most disorganized, messy Lowes I have ever been in and we will no longer be making purchases with this company. there are way too many competitors out there. We ended up purchasing a rather expensive riding mower from Agri Pro where they did a wonderful job at customer service and didn't charge us any extra money for a 4-year warranty. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in a home improvement store. The purpose for our visit was to purchase blinds, as the lithonia location informed us that the Conyers location will have our desired size. I was greatly appreciative for the assistance so I drove to the Conyers location. I've been in the store for a hour with no response or acknowledgement. My mother and I have rang the bell for assistance three times (mind you the entire store hears the request yet not one associate acknowledged or attempted to assist). We finally get to the paint section, I am not making this up, the customer service associate walks in front of me to have a conversation with another associate, that's fine. I continue to wait. At this time they both go separate ways and I am still standing unacknowledged. I must be invisible. The only reason someone asked to assist was because I said "I am here!". We have now been waiting over an hour still no assistance with the blinds. I promise you I can't make this up. I could not make an excuse for such passive, unprofessional, and malice behavior. I just want to ask, why? You probably ask why do I have so much time to compose such a lengthy review, because I am still waiting. read more

Don't expect to be treated well at this store. As far as price matching, no matter what department it pertains to, you will have to go to customer service and wait while they call the other store and wait longer while they track down someone to verify the price. The employees are rude and have no time to help you find what you need. I have always shopped at Lowe's in the past but this location has changed my mind about doing business with Lowe's. When I asked about where the clearance plants had been moved to, I was laughed at and told I waited too long to get there; they were all sold or thrown out. read more

My mother and I came here to purchase flowers for her garden. We picked up a few looking for specific weather allowance and thought we found the perfect batch until the cashier let us kmow that the flowers we picked up couldn't handle what we were looking for. He then called someone to help us and she had the absolute worse attitude I've ever seen! We asked if if the flowers we had can with stand the winter and she shook her head no. She didn't introduce her self, there was no smile, she looked as if she didn't want to help a minority family. We then asked if she can show us the flowers that we needed. She walked in front of us and the numerous flower sections and with her swift hand motion(in a waving manner) "swished" or the sections we needed to go to. Mind you some sections had so many flowers. She didn't want to any and point them out. She just stood where she was and wave sections to us. Not pint. But wave. I stood and looked at her and I couldn't believe how inconsiderate she was. My mother in law and I went through every section only to find some didn't have what we were looking for. We looked for about 20 mins in the heat and finally found a batch NOT in the area she told us. I was highly disappointed and had to hurry to get my mother in the cool air. Not good lowes! Why work here if all you'll have is an attitude?? read more
