They asked for some proof and then, within just 1 week replaced the product. In the past, other nurseries would tell me to wait 6-8 weeks to see if the tree revives. Of cpurse that meant keeping a dead tree in my yard for a few month and then they would ask me to mail it in! Often it was a large tree and mailing it would be a hassle not to mention quite pricey. Pixies Gardens take complaints within first two weeks and actually issue replacement. The remaining 3 trees are thriving. Shipping was fast, packaging great and quality of the trees is excellent.

What I got was severly diseased plants with bugs crawling all over and eating them. I contacted customer service and was asked to submit pics of the plants which I did. The reply said they agreed the plants did not meet their standards. My question is if they grow these plants themselves and ship to customers why they sent them out like that. Anyway to make a long story shorter I followed up, reply was sending to customer service for review. The was May 27th. I told then the next day I was not shipping them back, they aren't worth it, plus I'm not paying the shipping to get them boxed and shipped either. I said I did not want replacements as I believe they would be the same, I wanted a refund. So for days now , its 6/2 and always the same answer .... waiting for customer service to review the case. I do not believe them, and this feels like a scam! They can keep the money, they lost way more is repeat business and good reviews because they got just this sale and earned many 1 star reviews in the process. If you want to buy plants online, do yourself a favor and stay away from this company, You will surely regret it if you place an order. So my review goes in with the many other terrible reviews! DON'T RECOMMEND!!!!!

Allen took his time and explained how to care for my Elm. Never have I ever seen two men work as hard as they did to get the job done all by keeping friendly updates. I cannot say enough good things about them.
