Upper management needs to hire more people, spend the money for better staff (and train them) or start spending some time in the store and actually put some effort in. There is no system or leadership here and it's definitely shows. Even if everything else is great, when you have to sit in a disaster for 40 minutes before leaving it leaves a really bad tasting your mouth.

All the times that I have entered this location. All the staff seems to be very helpful and polite, not pushy. don't let you roam around. Sit on everything lay down on the couch, etc. and enjoy your visit. They also provide snacks down in the back. There's ice cream and candy does come in handy if not alone. I would like to state one story about their warrantees, which I highly suggest you purchase. One of my purchases was a white leather living room set.. It was a rather large expensive set. it included a large sectional and I added to living room cheers and three Ottomans as I had a huge living room. I had this furniture for approximately four years and to my surprise the sectional on the backside started to peel. I was very surprised about this and I contacted them about replacement as I did purchase the warranty. I spent almost $400 on the warranty which most of my friends thought I was crazy. I'm a big fan of extended plans. Anyway, while I was speaking to Bob's customer service on the phone and requesting someone coming and take a look at my furniture as I wanted to put in a warranty claim to either repair it or replace it. I was informed that they no longer had this leather living room available and that they were not doing repairs on that model any longer. I found myself in a funny position when I asked what can you do for me? They said we can give you a refund so I readily agreed. When my refund came in the mail now mind you I still had all the furniture they didn't want to come get it. They didn't even come in inspect it which I couldn't believe. I thought they were gonna be sending me a partial refund of some sort however they sent me a refund in the form of store credit for over $4000.. yes they refunded me for my entire purchase the cheers the Ottomans and the warranty. Unless I fall in love with a piece of furniture somewhere else, I will always drop at Bob's. Now back to the basic review they have a very very large parking area so you will always get a spot. It's directly on route one so it's. And they have a great selection of furniture for any room or decor. Now when you go in if you like a couch or chair, they actually have different colors. You can order them in even though you don't see it displayed so make sure you speak to the sales person. They have a finance program positive, but I see it advertised when I walk around. Definitely consider Furniture.

He had a he ability to respond positively and even offer me some discount on future (btw, which he did after I told him I'm never shopping here again and will be reviewing store and him in every social media and review site possible). Frank, you manage a retail store which customer service should matter. Your demeanor is arrogant and condescending always. Your reputation precedes you and as far as I concerned earned. Do not expect to receive any service in the kitchen cabinet department. No calls are returned. You stand there and they ignore you and when you ask for help from an employee walking by they replay it is not my dept. I know my order had 6 items and the cart had 5. I tell them they go look and tell me that item is out. They go to the register and reprint the invoice which shows the one item deleted. I go home and by chance I glance at the invoice and compare it to the original that I have. The new invoice with the deleted item is the same total as the original. I call them they say call corporate, so I do. They see the mistake and I was told it was adjusted, I say thank you. Three days later I look online at my visa. No adjusted price. I call corporate again and now they say it could be seven to ten days before it shows on my visa. Three weeks later it still isn't there. WATCH YOUR INVOIVES VERY CLOSELY!!!!!!

Now let's fast forward , it is August and I still don't have them. I would call every two weeks, never would get an answer, left voicemails never a call back. My installer would call and everytime he would get a call back he would receive an email. No apologies nothing . Finally we had enough of this terrible service. I got a call in the morning from my installer and he said you need to call and give your CC # so you can get a $200 dollar refund and I will pick the parts up and install it myself. So I call and guess what no answer , but I left a vmail and guess what got a call back in two seconds which means he was sitting right next to his phone. He calls me up , no sorry no apology literally just said hi I'm ready for your CC #. I will never use this company again , Oh and I'm installing 3 more doors in my house this year and was planning on using them if it wasn't for this. Absolute jokes , spent 1600 on a door and they treat customers horrible. The only positive from the whole situation was the manager Peter that I spoke with. He was a good guy and finally started getting me some answers.
