Careless installers…read more After the technicians came out to fix my Andersen windows, I emailed Missy Corelle detailing the issues. I waited five days with no response or call back, even though I confirmed the email was opened. Their complete lack of follow-up is unacceptable, and I will not recommend this company to anyone. Below is the email that I sent: "Hello, I wanted to share my recent experience with the window installation service on July 29, 2025. Unfortunately, it was far from positive. First, I found both installers to be careless. The younger installer literally ripped the valance off the blind and broke both brackets. It didn't appear that he examined how they were mounted before removing them. If he had been unsure, he could have asked me for help--I've removed that valance several times myself without issue. Not only did he break both plastic brackets, but he also never informed me. Instead, he jury-rigged it so it appeared intact. I discovered the damage when I tried to close the blind, and the valance fell. Secondly, the older installer dropped a hammer on my new end table, which we purchased just two weeks ago. I had placed a clear plexiglass top on it the previous weekend, which saved the table itself, but the plexiglass now has a dent. Again, this was never mentioned to me--I only noticed it after they had left. Both representatives appeared to be in a rush and did not treat my home or me with the respect that any customer deserves. It is important that I share this feedback so that you and your team can work towards creating a better customer experience for your future clients."

And how much easier is it really to just swing into the parking lot 50' from the entrance and not have to worry about the hustle-bustle of the orange madness or the blue lagoon!?. This store is a comforting presence whenever I have any home improvement ideas, issues, or emergencies. The owners are salt of the Earth folks with kids of their own and I always enjoy spending a few extra minutes at the end of my purchases talking with them. I go there for EVERYTHING from a light bulb, to a rake, to all of my paint! I started a return online and it gave me till September to return them. Brought them to Woburn Lowes and the customer Service employee Dolly was short, rolling her eyes and overall rude. She said she couldn't give me a return because they were damaged and one was cut. I called her out on her rudeness and she called the manager Hong. Hong was also rude and kept mentioning that I got them 12 days ago. I reported the damage and started the return immediately. I have ordered hundreds of these boards and was returning 5. He finally stated that they were delivered from the Danvers store and they couldn't accept them. I ordered online and Woburn is close by, not to mention that I have bought hundreds of these boards at the Woburn store so they carry them. I'll be going to Home Depot from now on, the staff there is respectful to customers, not rude and condescending.

They offer 30% discount to contractors, builders, wholesalers, tile-installers, etc (licensed professionals). Last week, I made a purchase for $1700 and my discount was not honored, I reached out to management to rectify this and spoke with the store manager, Cheryl LaFlamme who claimed I was not eligible due to not having visited the store in a couple years. She asked me to send her multiple forms of my licensure to confirm I was eligible, which I did as requested, and she stopped responding to all communications and did not honor their policy. Of note, that their policy does NOT require frequent visitations for the discount to be applied with a valid account.
