    Very impressive that even after 14 years - our custom paint was able to be made to do touch ups for our home interior walls. Loves looking around the garden area and purchases a new peony plant.

    Terrible customer service. Lowe's subs out all of there services to small companies that do not follow up with you. Blue standard for appliances is not reliable and tells you a different story each time you speak with them. I purchased a top of the line GE dual washer and dryer through Lowe's with the extended warranty. Save your money because Lowe's, blue standard, and the warranty company won't help you for an issues that is covered under warranties. I tried calling Lowe's to speak to the supervisor that helped me earlier in the day but Lowe's will not answer their phones. So I'm in store now meeting with supervision and still on hold because now I'm curious when someone will answer. (Time on call with no answer; 1 hour 7 minutes.) If you need to improve your home in anyway. Go to the company direct. Stop using Lowe's that subs out their work to another company. If you need flooring. Go to a floor business. If you need an appliance. Go to the appliance store I can go on but I hope you get the point. Big box stores don't care about customers. They are just a name. Not a backing when a product goes wrong. Thanks Lowe's for nothing.

    Lowes never seems to have anyone to assist their customers, not unless you're standing at the register and then they will surly help. I asked som guy what isles were rebars on? He didn't know. Asked someone else that never came back. Took a guess and found it myself. Asked a sorry kid to help me with a 50lb bag of sand, hold on let me find someone they never came. I ended up squatting using my legs and arms and did it my self , charcoal-- guy was standing right there do you think he would even offer? This shows how they really feel about the female customer. I'm in my late 50 thank goodness I can still do this correctly. I'm destroying my CC with lowes because this is crazy. I would rather put a -10 on the board for service and or assistance everything lowes lacks..

    Georgette was amazing. We had the best experience there. She was Patient and she helped me buy tile and get through their system. It took two hours to get through the payment system due to some difficulties, but she stayed with me the entire time and was even there when I returned for my pick up.

    Returns department is the worst they always answer the phone saying please hold. It's always the same girl I can tell by her voice.

I found it very frustrating, more or less the management kind of brushed it off so I ended up having to buy another one...I was frustrated and I did not want to give attitude to the cashier because she didn't know she was just the messenger so I dont blame her. Note to self take your own multimeter to test power stuff before you make a purchase and do not throw out your boxes because they wont work with you...

    Absolutely LOVE this home center! We came here after we couldn't find an adapter for our sprinkler…read moresystem. Guess what they had & more. We walk the aisles and found so much neat stuff from gardening to camping to tools & hardware. The prices are reasonable & quality is excellent. The staff were very friendly and welcoming from the entry to checkout. I would definitely recommend this home center for all your do it yourself wants & needs. I went into foothill builders mart to buy a nut and washer for my bathroom sink I noticed a employee walking up the aisle towards me I said excuse me could you please help me find this. I showed him my old nut and washer for my bathroom sink he walked me over to the appropriate location but there was several different sizes and I didn't know which size was mine I asked Tony what size is my nut and washer for my bathroom sink at that same time I asked him the phone rang he left me talking to myself and quickly picked up the phone then he proceeded to helping the person on the phone I waited for Tony he finally came back after 5 minutes no no not to help me but to continue to help the person on the phone I just stood there finally went over to Tony excuse me you were helping me first I guess another employee heard me and proceeded to help me it took the employee a minute to help me. I looked over at Tony he was still talking to the person on the phone. I spoke to manager Geo about this problem it might not seem like a big deal but to me it's all about respect and building that customer relationship. I know Foothill builders mart relies on employees respecting the customers for a brighter successful future. I do not recommend Foothill Builders Mart.

    First, I want to note that I truly enjoy Harbor Freight Tools, and this feedback reflects only this…read morespecific experience--not the 99% of positive interactions I've had at other locations. Our company is outfitting technicians with toolboxes that include approximately $3,000 worth of tools per set. This is our first time doing so, and I was hoping for some guidance from the Fontana team. Upon arriving at the store, I met a very helpful floor associate who began pointing me in the right direction. Given the size of the order, I asked whether I could leave my list of items and have someone follow up with me in the next few days. I assumed that a $3,000 purchase--and the likelihood of future orders of similar size--might be of interest to the store. Unfortunately, a female employee interjected abruptly and stated, "We don't do that," followed by, "We do not do your personal shopping." While I understand store policies, the delivery lacked empathy or acknowledgment of how labor intensive it would be for one person to locate roughly 50 items on their own. Because of this interaction, I decided to take both my current business and future purchases elsewhere.

So, for months now I have been waiting for a new popular tool (like everyone else) to be back in stock at my local HF stores. Since there was a big discount for a brand name tool and me being an ITC member I wanted to grab one while the ITC pre-sale was on before going to the regular customers next week. So, I called my store in Chino Hills, then Chino, Montclair and finally La Puente trying to see if they had one in stock. None of them did but La Puente said Fontana had 3 pieces in store. So I called the store to verify they had one and the employee that picked up the phone confirmed they had at least one on hand. I asked if he could put my name on it and I will make the 31 mile trip one way in traffic to pick it up. He told me it is first come first serve and will not put my name on it. I asked to talk to a manger and he mentioned the answer will be the same. I waited 5 minutes and called back hoping to get someone else and the same person picked up the phone. I could not talk him into it. I told him I am not going to drive 31 miles in traffic one way to find out it was sold before I got there. The employee was not rude but did not seem to care if I came in or not. Over the years I have not had another local HF have an issue holding a tool so I can come and pick it up. So, I ended up and called HF corporation in Calabasas to voice my frustration. The customer service agent was not sure why they would not hold it for me but mentioned she could not call the store to ask them to put it to the side. So about 30 minutes have passed since my second call to the Fontana store and I decided to call one last time. This time a different employee picked up the phone and was more than happy to get me the store manager. I explained to Rudy what I was trying to do and he ended up and personally went and got ahold of the tool and put it to the side for me. 1.5 hours later in traffic and I was there picking up the tool. I want Rudy to know that I really appreciate him helping out where the other employee would not. For that reason, I am giving this store four stars. If I did not have an issue from the start this would have been a five star review. For the store it should have been no big deal to put it on the side with my name on it since I would have left right away. Even if it was for a hold time of 2 hours. For me it was a 2 hour and 45 minute round trip so I really should not have had to deal with the issue the first two times I called in. If this is a company wide policy not to hold a tool for a customer then it needs to be enforced across the whole chain of stores. If this is only with the Fontana store you might want to reconsider for future customers. Thanks again Rudy!
