Unfortunately the noise was still there the next day. Franklin came the following day and took apart the dryer again and found the problem. A cracked blower wheel. The crack must be hard to notice. He gives a 90 day labor warranty on dryers so i was not charged. He didn't even charge me for the blower wheel. This guy isn't going to try to rip you off or tell you parts that are fine need to be replaced. He will be my appliance guy from here on out. He will figure out the problem one way or the other.

After trying to schedule a time to repair the refrigerator he never called me back or returned my calls. I called the shop and he said he would call me and schedule a repair. After numerous attempts they never called me back. This company is selling items and promising a warranty which is fraudulent. They have done this numerous times with other customers as seen in other reviews. It's not only bad business but it's a crime. I'm going to follow up with another complaint to the city. We used Matt in March 2025 and he came quickly to fix our washer. He replaced the belt and showed us how to. Belts should last 5-7 years. It's broken and shredded again. We tried to get him to come out again and he scheduled for yesterday between 11-1. We gave him the model number so he had the parts days in advance. We asked the day of if it's possible to come closer to 12. He said no and that he could come the next day. During the next day we called to confirm the time and he said he didn't know if he could come and that he doesn't know which parts so maybe next week.
