He responded and said he'd be right with me. 10 mins later, still no one to help. I decided to just leave at this point because there was barely anyone at the store but they couldn't help me?? I ended up seeing the guy who was supposed to help me carry something out for another lady. I was pretty annoyed. I drove a bit further to the Lowe's in the Upland location and oh my! I needed to find bolts to replace the ones that came with an office chair that I recently…read morepurchased. The bolts that came with the chair were just too short to connect to the pre-installed nuts on the legs of the chair. I originally went to Lowe's but they did not have what I needed. The employee suggested that I check with So Cal Bolt & Supply, which was right down the street from Lowe's. I came in, showed the employee the original bolt, and described what I needed. He came back a few minutes later with exactly the bolts that I needed. There is currently a $10 minimum which is totally understandable. If you are looking for any type of screw or bolt, I would definitely recommend checking this place out. I would not hesitate to come again.
