Horrible delivery service! Bought a high end refrigerator and paid for delivery and install. The delivery drivers didn't even remove all the Styrofoam and tape, didn't level the fridge, and left a huge mess in my kitchen! The worst possible service! My husband, who is a 100% disabled veteran, and me a disabled person has to try to level it ourselves so the compressor doesn't burn out!

I personally prefer Home Depot better their prices are a little cheaper but tonight I received excellent service from Paul and Shan there was lots of parking spaces Paul help me out by checking me out manually I was very unhappy that all the checking lanes open were self check only but the customer service beyond anything was amazing I'll be back just for that

OMG go to Home Depot. They showed up with carpet with orange spots. No quality control for a big room project.

These are most stupid idiots I have ever came across. First I ordered a washer and a pedestal washer from them online. Their delivery process and how they keep you updated is horrible. On top of that when they delivered it they installed both my washer and my pedestal washer incorrectly that led to a massive leak. It's been hell trying to get the damn manager on the phone trying to get my house back in place this is over $10,000 worth of work now that I have to come out of pocket. Go somewhere else.

Customer service sucks. I've been sitting here for 30 minutes waiting for them to come help with a washer and dryer.

Just another basic Lowe's. Staff were friendly. The bathrooms were clean. No complaints.

Every time I go to this place, they are very helpful...better than Tacoma Lowe's. And they have more selections too!

Personally I'd trust raccoons to give me better help. Managers were not available ever and customer service worked just gave excuses

From knives to pots and pans to kitchen gadgets you didn't think you would need until you see them. They even have makeup, hair products, clothes, and anything you can think of. It was so much fun roaming around this store, and they have a variety of the same item. For example, my goal was to get a butcher knife. They have big ones, small ones, heavy ones, ones with short handles, and ones with longer handles. I spent a long time picking one out to my liking. The inside feels like a big warehouse with everything neatly placed in a way that you can just walk up and down the aisles with ease. There was so much to look at that I felt like I spent close to an hour or more here. Some things were reasonably priced, while others were a little higher. It really depends on what you plan on getting from here. I almost got a wok from there but decided against it because the one on sale was a little bit too heavy for me. If you are in the area and love kitchen things, I would suggest going to Shin Shin to check it out. It was fun for me, and I plan to take my mom there on our next trip to Seattle. However, I might regret that decision later, because my mom would just spend her entire trip there and not want to leave. Haha, I will keep you posted on this. Parking is plentiful. Credit cards are accepted. One thing that caught my attention, though, was that the employees would stare you down after a little while. Instead of having security cameras, they have employees at every corner who would randomly show up next to you to ensure you are "shopping" and not stealing. If you are okay with having a personal bodyguard while you shop, then there would be no issues at all. Have fun!

I had driven past Shin Shin several times in Lakewood, but always headed elsewhere. This time I…read moremade it a point to detour and check it out (4/17/26). It is a fairly large retail site that carried assorted housewares, some alcohol, restaurant gear, small appliances, bedding and linen, Korean hair & skincare products, and clothing. I was rather amused at the gigantic sizes of some bowls, woks, rice cookers, and cooking pots...literally could hold a toddler or two. As other Yelp posts have noted, they do have attentive store personnel that are at the ready should you have any questions. Unless you're a regular shopper, one will definitely be wandering and browsing every aisle since there are no overhead signage. After all that wandering, I did end up paying for a substantial back scratcher for The Homie and a floral print quilted vest for my mom. Both were reasonable and one was even on sale! Chalk it up to, you don't think you'll find anything in particular, but stop in Shin Shin for some momentary retail therapy.

This Ross is very clean and well-recovered as compared to the average Ross store…read more I was stoked to find a steering wheel cover I've been looking for for a few months, and even more stoked when I walked up to the front of the store, and didn't see the nightmarish line that is characteristic of shopping at Ross. They had installed self checkouts. A miracle. Now, I happen to have a personal opinion that self-checkout use should require some type of training or license, but that's a separate issue. I was only buying one item, and I was about to be done checking out in less than thirty seconds flat. Or so I thought. As I walked happily towards the door, I heard a hoarse voice choking at me, "ma'am! MA'AM!" Was she croaking at *me*? "I need to verify your receipt." Sounds reasonable at first. I hadn't noticed a woman in a Loss Prevention uniform at a poorly placed kiosk where the tagging racks normally are. She was helping someone else. So I had to wait for her to finish scanning someone else's things, and then scan my receipt and scan my things. She wasn't doing a visual check like Costco does. She needed to physically scan every receipt and every item, and her scanner was slow, and she was bad at it. Her attitude was just so rude and gross, and she was so slow that it seemed intentional. Was she supposed to be loss prevention, or a decent cashier? Cause she was certainly not both. She was either the worst cashier I've ever come across, or she was deliberately slowing me down because she could tell I was in a hurry. It took her way longer to scan my items than it had taken me. And she acted like it was difficult and inconvenient to verify my one item. This entirely defeated the whole purpose of the self checkout. Ross ALMOST improved their awful checkout process. So close. As I was walking out, a couple of managers called our cheerfully, "That's cute! Have a good day!" It seemed like they knew that their 'lead checker' was bringing moods down, and this was their intervention. If Ross is going to put a lead checker at a bottleneck security check, it needs to be a decent, friendly checker, not a rude security officer who doesn't know her way around a POS. Other than that it was a good store.

It's much better than the ross that's on 38th, at least there aren't armed security only letting…read moreone person in at a time. They seem to have more stuff and feel less like a thrift store at this location too
