We have bought several appliances over the years from these folks and always felt we got a good product (although refurbished) and good service. But, a few weeks ago, I thought our dryer was going out. Leaking, rocking all over the place and generally a mess. I walked into their store and I was all prepared to buy another appliance. The old one had certainly done its share and I could put it out of its misery. I'm not sure who the fellow was there but, he listened closely to my concerns, asked a few questions and although they didn't have anything that day (he looked), they may a few days later and would let me know. As I was going to leave, he suggested a couple of things to try when I got home. Amazing! They worked and he saved me a few hundred dollars. You just can't beat that. Yesterday, our dryer decided to die in the midst of the COVID 19 pandemic. I called and spoke with Jeff, told him what happened, he took down my criteria and number. I also asked if they could still deliver and he said yes. I called back and spoke with Leann who told me what they had in stock. I chose one and asked if it could be delivered, gave my payment information and set a delivery time. They arrived at 3:00 pm, brought the new one in, hooked it up, took the old one out and they were done. Now I'm back to drying my clothes and with a one year warranty. Went today to purchase washer and dryer, as a friend of mine suggested it. I called prior to my arrival and asked if they had washer/dryer sets for $200. I was told, yes! Starting at $190 a set. I got there and the man pointed me to the oldest smallest washer of the lot and told me that's all he had for $99. Kept looking around the place, as if he didn't want to sell to us and led us to the smallest combo for $250. Once I told him I'll get back to him, as I'm still searching, he just walked away. I was expecting to be treated kindly, the way my friend was... I was expecting to find something similar to what my friend was offered. I got terrible service and terrible options. read more

Went there today and got awesome service. Four years ago we had purchased a washer dryer combo there. Still runs great, but we moved and needed new hose and a diffrent dryer plug-in. Went there and not only did he show me how to change every thing myself, but gave the hose and cord to me for FREE! I haven't actually ever done business with TV Time, but, I do know their delivery driver needs to take a crash course in road courtesy! I was Westbound on Steilacoom Blvd S.W. making a left turn onto Bridgeport way, southbound, he was waiting to make a right turn onto Bridgeport Way, I had the left turn arrow, which meant I had the Right of Way! I was about halfway through my turn, and he whipped into the Right Hand lane and almost collided with me, both of our windows were down, I said "Hey, don't you know the meaning of the term "Right of Way"? He got very rude with me, and it was him who almost caused an accident! Like Police Officers, Professional Drivers are supposed to set the example in traffic, not be the exception to it! I work in that area of Lakewood, and if I ever cross paths with him again, I will go have talk with his boss, if he happens to be the owner that business, then I'd just call the police and let them handle it! read more

I'm in the multi-family housing industry and these guys have been a lifesaver for new or nearly new appliances. We've used them exclusively for all of our appliance needs (besides dishwashers) for over a year now and they've probably saved us thousands at this point. Great variety and price for what you're getting, they also offer a 1 year warranty which we haven't really needed to use but was comforting as we weren't entirely sure of what the operating quality would be like at first (turns out they're great). I purchased a washer & dryer from this company about 2 mos ago. A short time later it started to leak from the front of the washer. I called the company & they sent a guy out immediately. He turned the water on & let it run I'd say about 10 seconds, said its not leaking now & blamed it on me for washing a pillow. He said the water must have been spraying out the back but the wall was not wet & it was coming out the front not the back. I quit washing pillows, just washing normal loads even cutting my loads in 1/2. It quit leaking then started leaking again periodically once in a while. I figured it was spraying out the back like he said. I look in the back, no water on the walls. It leaked twice back to back so I called TV Time again & again he sent the same guy out. Right away he said its not spraying right & he took it away. As he removed the washer I noticed the tile is damaged. He said it was due to the water. I immediately called the company & the guy said he would call me back regarding this. I never got a call back. 3 days later (today) I get in an argument on the phone w/ JEFF from TV Time. He said they will have my washer delivered around 1030am (its 1045 now not here yet). I ask him if they're planning on fixing the damaged tile. He becomes instantly rude, tells me its MY fault for continuously using a broken washer (Remind you his guy told me it was NOT broken when he came out but it was spraying water out the back). He told me they were not going to fix it & that my landlord laid the tile down incorrectly which is BULLSHIT. The tile in this house is in immacculate brand new condition & I have only lived here 3 mos. He continued to state over & over again he's sticking by his story that I continued to use a broken washer. I told him I dont know shit washers thats why I called them to come look at it! It was leaking periodically 2-3 times out of 10 or so washes then on the last day it leaked 2 times in a row. I have 3 children I wash laundry everyday. He said there was a hole in the drum making it sound like I did it. 1st of all I wouldnt even know how to make a hole and why would I purposely make a hole in it? I told him well I didnt do it & he claimed he didnt either. I said the point is you sold me a faulty washer & he yelled at me WELL WE FIXED IT!! The tile is still damaged & they're refusing to fix it. I have already notified my landlord, I took photos & I notified the better business bureau. My attorney is next. When I told him I was notifying these people he told me GO AHEAD DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! RUDE!!! read more
