It's only been twice in my adult life when I've needed vacuum repair but both times I've come here…read more First time was my Simplicity brand vacuum that needed repair, cleaning, and a general tune up. It's been several years since and it's still working well. This last time my vacuum for the hardwood floors was clogged. Even though they aren't able to get parts for this particular model they still were able to fix it. I haven't purchased anything from here and have only had repairs. The prices for the work I've had done has been fair, the repairs have been done in a timely fashion, and the employees are friendly and competent.

We've used Omega Force Appliance Repair twice -- once last fall for a KitchenAid refrigerator…read moretapping noise (Adam did a great job diagnosing and fixing that one), and more recently for an LG washer throwing an "IE" error code. Adam correctly diagnosed the second issue as a clogged water inlet valve, but the $129 diagnostic visit only identified the problem and quoted repair costs -- $385 for a new valve assembly plus installation -- rather than attempting any fix on-site. We ended up buying the OEM part ourselves ($133) and found the cold-water screen inside the old valve packed solid with sludge. (Adam also took a picture of this as he showed me, as well). A quick rinse under a sink tap likely would have resolved it. My husband installed the new part himself and the washer runs perfectly. I called Omega Force afterward to ask about this and was told diagnosing and quoting repairs -- not attempting minor on-site fixes -- is standard company procedure. Worth knowing before you book: you're paying for a diagnosis and an estimate, not hands-on troubleshooting. Good technical knowledge, but manage your expectations on what the visit actually includes.

I've been using my Alclair IEMs since 2020 and I love the way that they sound and how light weight…read morethey are. I was part of a group order through a church that I used to work for and someone from Alclair came onsite to Chicago to take ear impressions and help us select which model we wanted to order, I settled on the SPIRE model and have used them for FOH cue and MONs as an engineer since then. While custom IEMs are a pretty substantial investment (this is the case for any custom IEM company), they sound amazing with rich bass and crisp highs and they come with a super rugged custom Pelican case with your name on it. Fast forward to this year (5 years later..), I noticed that one of my ears had a small chip in the outer casing. It didn't affect the audio quality but I was still a little disappointed. I saw Alclair at the FILO conference this year and asked them what it would cost to get them repaired. They took them back to their office in MN, and within a week and a half they were refreshed, cleaned, tested, shipped back to me in CA and ready to rock - free of charge!! INCREDIBLE service. My Alclair's have stood the test of time and someday when I need to order new ears I will definitely order another Alclair custom IEM. 1000% recommend.

I've had custom fit single driver IEMs from another manufacturer for years, and they're good. I've got high end Shure SRH1540 closed back headphones, killer sound. The Alclair RSM IEMs BLOW THEM AWAY! They're so good that I can hear EVERYTHING the vocal mic, (Shure KSM9), has to offer, good and bad, exactly. These IEMs put the studio feel in your monitoring, while playing live. I'm a sound engineer and a vocalist. I know the difference, but you don't have to have skill, training or experience to immediately HEAR the difference, you only need the money. Yes, they're expensive, no you can't borrow them, they're custom fit. About custom fit ear monitors: Try good universal fit IEMs. Make a chewing motion simulating singing. If your ears tend to push them OUT of your ears, you may need custom fit monitors. My ear canals are small, only custom fit devices work for me. Whether you need or want custom fit monitors, they are a step in the professional direction, and make a huge difference. Back to Alclair. They're going to take care of you. No hype, no up sell, just accurate reliable information online, and clearly stated pricing. This is not Amazon, you can't have them tommorow. They WILL send you an e-mail and give you a reasonable expected delivery date, (mine came a couple days early). If you've gotten this far in your research, these ARE for you. Horrible communication and customer service. Wish I would have read reviews before hiring because…read morethere seem to be a lot of those same complaints! My husband and I purchased a GE range from Home Depot back in June. We learned at that time that it needed to be converted from natural gas to liquid propane and Home Depot told us they do not provide this service. I researched dozens of sites, plumbing companies and appliance specialist companies, and decided to try JUSTIN FROST from PRECISION APPLIANCE SERVICES. He came out 4 times during the month of July to install the conversion kit, but after his last visit, the burners were not burning correctly. I knew something wasn't right so Justin said he would call GE and get back to me. JUSTIN FROST NEVER RESPONDED so I called GE directly and they sent an appliance repair specialist to us. Unfortunately because someone else had already worked on it, they were not able to help us. They could not spend the time trying to figure out what JUSTIN FROST did wrong and then try to fix it. Even though the GE specialist was not able to help us, he did tell me what was wrong with the installation of the kit: (1) the orifices were installed on the wrong burners so some burn too hot and on other burners the flame does not change at all, even after turning the knob from high to low; (2) it takes 30 seconds+ plus for the burners to finally ignite, which is a safety hazard as gas is constantly leaking while trying to ignite, (3) the screws behind the knobs were all stripped. I called JUSTIN FROST to discuss the situation and he seemed very friendly at first and even scheduled an appointment to come back out to fix the conversion kit. Guess what? JUSTIN FROST never showed up! He never responded to any of my calls or texts and I learned that he blocked my number. We ended up with a ruined range that could potentially be leaking gas and no one to fix it. Needless to say, I have never been so disappointed with someone you trust in your home who leads you on telling you he can perform a service he obviously is not capable of. I strongly do NOT RECOMMEND JUSTIN FROST at PRECISION APPLIANCE SERVICES!! I called another appliance company and they told me that once the kit is installed incorrectly, it cannot be fixed and my only option is to buy another new range, which we did.

The material frayed and pulled away from the seam so I called and worked with the warranty company and they said it was not covered. SERIOUSLY. Why do we have warranties and then Furniture Manor said I could bring my couch in and they would repair it for 175.00. I cannot move my couch in my jeep. Why can't you come out and repair it it is your crappy couch you sold me. The person I did pay to come out to repair it said this will probably happen again because it was loosely stitched and he said this is totally manufacturer defect and not sewn correctly. So I would not recommend anyone buying anything from Furniture Manor and their crappy warranty company. I thought I was helping a small store I will only go to the big box stores from now on. Very Disappointed in the customer service and standing behind what you sell.
