    Marcello Jackson from Handy man services

    We were given a business card by Lowes employee to contact Marcello Jackson for handyman services. During this snow storm Jan 2026 our heating system went out. We called this guy. He is total fraud. Took $160 and did not do any thing and left with money. Copy of Handyman business card and his pic is attached.

    Maytag washer & dryer

    Don't buy your appliances at this place! I have had the worst experience ever with them... I literally bought my washer and dryer with all the warranties etc....moving from California into a brand new home so it took me awhile to actually try the product and when I realized that my washer was extremely loud and the dryer is hard to close after within the first week of my purchase....Lowe's management had no sympathy at all! They don't care if you're happy or not....none of the sales people ever mentioned to me that I had 48 hours to return or exchange my appliances! This is truly insane especially when that amount of time isn't even sufficient to try your appliances to see if they work for you! I believe that they should at least give you 30 days.... When I tried to explain my situation and how I just moved into a brand new home and i couldn't even try my washer and dryer until after the 48 hour mark they had no sympathy for that....im just extremely disappointed with spending my money at this place! Never again will I buy anything else from this company.

    Worse Lowe's with the worse Manager, Dee at Customer Service. I am a senior and tried to return a brand new unopened power screw driver with the receipt, but the Manager, Dee with the pink shirt would not do a return. He said they have a 90 day policy to return items but it does not say anything about their return policy on the receipt. The manager Dee pointed to the sign that is on your way out the door, up high, on the back wall after you return items. The sign is hard to see from far away and who really goes and reads all their signs on the way out. So they do not warn you ahead of time about their 90 day policy where you pay but at the wall after the return booth. Photo below. I self checked myself out when I bought this item so there was no way to be aware of their policy.The manger was a smart Alec and would not do an exception on my return which was only a few days after the 90 days. The return policy was not anywhere on the receipt and I did not need the tool after all and it was actually too heavy for my hand, but was told by one of their customer service clerks that was the right tool I needed to put a chair together. The chair came with L wrenches and did not need the power screw driver after all. I was not treated fairly and did not appreciate their female clerk making the big eyes and staring at me, when I was talking to the manager, Dee. Their male black customer service clerk seemed more friendly and understanding, and I'm not black, but I could tell he did not have any power over, Dee the male manager. People need to be aware this store does not print the return policy on their receipts everybody else does, they expect you to check yourself out walk over to returns and look at their back wall in the store to see their return policy that's ridiculous. You can't go to the return booth on your way out, store is not set up that way. All I wanted was my money back. With grocery prices the way they are we could have used the money back. Don't go there they don't care about customers. They would rather trick you, crooked and not fair. Cold customer service manager.

    My experience over the years with Harbor Freight tools is you have to go through a learning curve…read moreto shop there. Fortunately,it's not too expensive but... For example,one that stands out was my need for certain types of wood boring drill bits. I purchased a set that ended up so dull they wouldn't cut through wet cardboard. However,that didn't discourage me from using them as a valuable resource. Recently I was taking down a new pool filter that I'd never cleaned before. The drain was a large 4" PVC cap that I had nothing in the tool box that would open it . Initially I headed for Home Depot when it occured to me,Harbor Freight may have a more cost effective solution. Bingo! Not only did the " oil filter" wrench for $9.99 do the trick but,it was invaluable when I reassembled the filter housing and needed a certain leverage on the clamp. This gives me confidence that if you shop smart with an idea of the outcome you need, Harbor Freight is likely to have a low priced solution.

The manager and sales associate both suggested that I ask the person who gave it to me to provide the receipt. I could not believe they would ask me to do that. This was the return of a small flashlight that looked like a lantern. I was returning it within 6 days from Christmas. I was not asking for cash, just a simple exchange. Everyone I spoke to was rude, inconsiderate, and uncaring and certainly did not reflect the exchange policies of other major retail stores. Unbelievable! karen ferris

    Local hardware store that has most of the essentials. Been very convenient in a pinch…read more I've had mixed experiences with the customer service. I've had really helpful gentlemen at this store (both young and old) help me out with various project questions and issues I've had. Even had them go in the back and fix a couple things for me which I was extremely grateful for. However, the last time I was there customer service sucked. It was all women. I stopped a young girl and asked very politely if she knew where WD-40 was. She said she had no idea and took off. I was kind of flabbergasted, and I just assumed that she went to go ask someone and would find me to let me know. Nope, she literally just said no and took off. It was so bad customer service it was almost funny. Then the cashier who rang me out was whatever. Chit chattin with another employee right there bitching about something work-related right in front of me. Just wasn't the best experience this time around. Overall, it's a convenient hardware store so I'll continue to return if it need something. There are no other hardware stores in Princeton unless you want to count Walmart.

Delivered my first order in January and still have not been paid. Its now August. Store manager tried to help, but corporate office doesn't pay their bills. They take advantage of small businesses. Stay away and support another local shop before you give them your money.
