The store used to be good because the people that worked here were good people who knew how to treat customers. However that's no longer true. There are several Old timers here that have been here for years they're the last of the ones that knew how to treat customers. Most of the people here now are mean and nasty. I bought a plant, out of multiple that were marked half off & it didn't ring up as so, so the cash register lady didn't honor it. I could have found a way to prove it to her that I was being honest that I really got it off a shelf that said half off, but I didn't have time to & also the way she looked at me, all accusative, was offensive. The plant was literally half dead... are you kidding me. Also, she talked me down from the original price but didn't give me half off... like WTF... Was she saying she believed me but wouldn't honor Low's price tag? Who would pay $30 for a dying plant? Someone in a rush wondering WTH was happening. Why is Low's setting people up like that. Another day I called the store for some assistance & the customer service department kept picking up & to quickly say please hold, & never answering. They'd say it so fast you couldn't understand them & other times just picking up & hanging up. This is place has provided over all low quality service. First time visiting this location. I was looking for some vertical blinds for my sliding glass door. They did have some to offer here, but not exactly what I was looking for. While I was looking, Vicki came over to see if she could help me. She was very friendly, knowledgeable about the blinds and size I needed, and really seemed eager to help me find a solution. Her customer service was excellent. The store was inviting, very clean and well lit. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find what I was looking for here, but I really appreciate the great service I received from Vicki. read more

I went into today and tried to get help several times. I flagged people down but they said not their department they'd call somebody to assist me. I waited around for over 20 minutes on two separate occasions and nobody came. They would rather stand around and talk to their co workers. Nobody seems to want to help or work anymore. The manager Nashaun (?) should perhaps do a better job managing vs sitting in the office all day. I'll never set foot in their store again & steer people away. Plenty of stores will take my money. I already had $460 in my basket and needed help with about another $250. Their competitor was money than happy to help me and take my money. Do better Lowe's! Do better!!! But looking at the previous reviews it appears they can't. read more

I'm not a huge do it yourself kind of guy, but I enjoy coming to this Lowe's. They seem to have everything someone could want, including household appliances. I usually stop in here for little bits and pieces and they usually have everything. The only exception to what I just said was when I was looking for a "Grub Hoe" for removing some of my old lawn and weeds. Turns out that NO ONE has one of these in stock, so it's not a big deal. I made due with a regular hoe. I enjoy coming here and the people have always been very nice. I will keep coming back. read more

I bought a Kitchen Aid dishwasher from this store. Their installation 3rd party neglected to place a washer in the supply line. My house flooded. Lowes customer service was HORRIBLE !!! I couldn't get anyone to come and address the issue or clean up the water. BUYER BEWARE!!! I'm having to have the water damage accessed and water removed at my cost. If I could give a negative number of stars I would. We came here for supplies since we are moving. Needed a ladder, saw the attached sign and thought, "okay, let's buy one of these because they're on sale". We are moving from 3 hours away, didn't need a new ladder really but decided to buy one due to need. Asked for the discount as advertised RIGHT in front of the ladder picked, just to be told it isn't included. They can be deceptive, then make us check out ourselves, then to be told the discount doesn't apply to THAT ladder of the same brand and we should have looked at the very tiny item numbers to know this. The customer service was UNACCEPTABLE, incredibly rude and unprofessional. No need to be an ass and sarcastic to customers. You're literally standing there watching others check themselves out. I was there this morning around 10:40am. While I was at the cash register, I asked if I could complete the transaction using my Lowe's credit card. The cashier said yes as long as I knew my phone number. Immediately after the total appeared she was lost and appeared to be a deer in headlights. She immediately sought help from someone in customer service to check me out. That took up 5-10 mins before the other sales person came over. Then they instructed me to text a number to ascertain my Lowe's credit card information, so clearly this is a regular occurrence. How would the first staff not know how to do that? And if she didn't, why didn't she state that there is a way but she will need help completing it. Very frustrating and clearly poorly trained by Lowe's. Both staff went on to help other people paying by cash and I ended up standing there waiting for another 10 mins. The transaction was complete but I certainly didn't plan on spending 15-20 mins to check out, a process that usually takes 2 - 3 mins. I have been going to Lowe's for a long time and have been a loyal customer, but if they keep this up, I am taking my business and money to another vendor. Oh, the best part was the staff just walked away when I said I needed bags for my 12 boxes of holiday lights and clips. When they saw me and my young kids bagging our own items, they never said anything or attempt to help. Great job, Lowes. read more

Something as easy as paging an employee to the key cutting area was a 20 minute (19 to be exact) ordeal that became comical of just trying to get someone to page them. There were no managers to be found and the costumer service clerk was non responsive after explaining this will be the second page and we have been waiting for 15 minutes. They are quick to sell the extended warranty, but you are actually not able to use it. I purchased an extended warranty for an induction stove and when I needed it to be fixed, I was asked to remove the stove, since the company responsible for the repairs cannot do it due to liability reasons. This is by far the cleanest, most organized Lowe's I have ever been in. Literally I walked in and couldn't believe it was Lowe's. It looked better than the target next door! I was looking for a clear coat spray paint which took me maybe 5 seconds to find. Everything is labeled so well down the isles. Two people even stopped to ask if I needed any help while I was there. The staff here is very friendly, but the store suffers from the same issues as all the giant hardware stores: it's hard to find help when you need help finding something, many employees have no idea what accessories go with what tool, and inventory can be a little hot-and-miss. Ehhh, this place is hit or miss. I've been here sometimes and had great help, and others I'm begging someone to help me and the line for the one open register is insane. In this case I arrived looking for a replacement Dewalt battery for my drill and was told by a guy they "didn't carry it". I told him I was pretty sure they did and asked where the Dewalt stuff was and he pointed me in that direction. They did, in fact, carry the replacement batteries however one of them was open, literally laid out on the shelf. The other had clearly been purchased, cut open, used, and then returned. Lowe's had used clear packing tape to reseal the package, and these were the only two batteries. Since I needed it, I at least took the one that had been "tested" when it was returned and was given a discount on the item. I was surprised that no one had even noticed the tampered with merchandise, and the guy didn't seem concerned by it? Whatever, I got my battery. I just suggest you check your packaging carefully for anything you purchase. read more

They delivered a new grill to me the next day (because I had to borrow a truck from a friend to be able to get the grill home), even though I had cooked on it once already. UPDATE: Management from the store attempted to address our concerns. They acknowledged poor communication as well as some issues with the workmanship of their employees but in the end I was still given the paint to correct the issue myself as well as a (still unused) $100 Lowes gift card. Although I still cannot give them a positive review, the final effort to correct the issue is worth moving them from 1 star (original review) to 2 stars. ORIGINAL REVIEW: My wife and I bought a custom installed patio door for $500. Pricey but we wanted it done right. Unfortunately it was one disappointment after another dealing with this location. First we were told 21 days to install which was closer to 6wks. We could have understood if it was a manufacturer issue but the door actually arrived on time then sat in the store for 3wks with no sense or urgency to honor their timeline. When they did finally install the door they installed one panel in white when the door and other frames are almond. Why would they even think this would be ok??? Their answer to the problem is to give us paint so we can paint it ourselves. We corresponded with Lowes Corporate Customer Service multiple times. They tried to help us but apparently they have no power over the store as we still have a door with one white panel as we refuse to paint the panel ourselves when we paid a premium price for a custom install. 3 stars because they had what I needed, but not any more due to customer service in the paint department. They have plenty of staff to be able to care for customers, but I felt like I had to bother someone to get paint mixed or ask a question. At the paint counter, me and other customers were standing and waiting to get paint mixed while 2 staff members were behind the counter ignoring us. It took one outgoing man to get their attention and get us some help. It's not like the staff and politely said they would be with us in a moment. Then, I asked for the ultra paint, yet received the premium expensive paint I didn't need. When the paint was done, they just put to someone on the counter and didn't let the waiting customer know it was ready. So, we all waited twice as long as we needed to because we didn't know our paint was done until someone figured out their secret pile of done items. Just an annoying visit to lowes. Hopefully next time will be better. The tool guys tend to be helpful and nice. Maybe the paint people will learn from them. read more

My daughter and l went to this Lowe's to purchase appliances and little did we know we would have a natural professional like LEONARD helping us... He was with a customer when we came in, but he immediately spoke and advised that he would take care of us shortly. Leonard was totally awesome and l guess it makes a difference when you love what you do. If he is not in Management he should be.
