    Cell block A

It's the beginning of the end for Cordova Lowe's. Stopped by there last Friday to pick up some items really quick before I headed home and was stunned at what I witnessed. They have installed top to bottom locked cages on dang near the entire tool area. My Jaw dropped while my mind searched for the logic. This location has already convinced me it has the worst customer service. Now if I need an item that is incarcerated, I have to find someone to call someone who will probably be on break or covering another area. I can't even impulse shop while I'm waiting on someone to show up. All the tools have been thrown in the slammer Genius! Drastically reduce theft and sales simultaneously. My gut tells me 2 years or so and this Lowe's will be a vacant building. I had grabbed an item out of gardening before I headed to the tool area. Once I witnessed the maximum security measures required to obtain a drill bit, I hung my head, strolled back to gardening area, put my 1 item back on the shelf and departed the store. Walking across the parking lot I gave myself a silent reminder: ( this location is no longer an option, remember to glance over when driving by. It won't be long until it's a vacant building.) On a positive note, this Lowe's will have the tools you need in stock, you'll just have to spend a couple hours in store to get it. Hey, here is an idea. Turn it into an online pick up location! Shut the doors to the public and make it a ware house. Except for the garden area, surly it won't come to locking up the plants.

Use Lowe's if you want to have all the problems in the world. I ordered a fridge from this Lowe's and it has been the biggest disappointment/headache/waste of my time. They sent me a damaged fridge that was leaking. I called the next day to tell them I want a new fridge to be delivered and to come pick this one up. I waited on hold for 20 minutes for an employee to hang up on me immediately. I drove straight to Lowe's to ask to speak to a manager. After waiting in line for 20 minutes and then waiting another 30 minutes while they call for a manager on the overhead speaker. Of course, after waiting 30 minutes and still no manager I left and waited for a phone call. I get a phone call from an employee(not the manager) and told him the issues I was having with my brand new fridge and that I wanted a replacement fridge same day as the pickup of the leaky fridge. They said they would come pick it up but that I would have to wait another day or two to receive a replacement fridge. Apparently, this is their policy. After wasting a week of time and energy trying to get Lowe's to right their wrongs with me and no efforts had been made I took my money to Home Depot. I've tried to call Lowe's 2 times today to see when my refund is going to come in. And I of course no one will answer. I walked in to Lowe's today to try and get my money back. They said no, you will have to wait 24 hours and call back to get your refund or come back in person. I've wasted so much time and energy over trying to buy a simple fridge. Save yourself the time and money and headache by not going to Lowe's. It's truly been a thing of nightmares.

Placed on line order for a Scotts spreader, spreader arrived broken, used and fill with dirt. Ridiculous!! Couldn't get anyone to talk with, kept getting transferred.

When I called ahead and asked for a particular item, they made sure they actually had what I was needing.

I wanted to purchase an IPad for my grandmother and noticed it was cheaper at Costco but I wanted…read moreto purchase it from best buy as I was using a gift card. I looked up the price match policy and noticed that they match Costco. I went to the store - I had to wait over 20 minutes after signing in before an associate was able to assist me (issue number 1) on an item that I already knew what I wanted. Once I made it to the register, I advised the associate that I would like to price match from $299 to $279 with Costco. I showed him the price on Costco and my membership card. He went to get a manager to override the price but was told that you didnt price match since its a membership club. I advised that its on the website that you match with BJs, Costco and Sams Club with are all membership clubs. Once the manager comes over to assist, I am then told that in the state of TN they dont price match Costco. The website is for California residents only. I asked where was that on the website as normally a disclosure it given. She advised that that's what they are told to tell customers. I then asked for the 888 number. I called and spoke with a gentleman that told me that they did price match Costco and he will send me a link to order from and pick up in store. He was getting approval from his manager but then was told that he couldn't send me the link because Costco wasnt showing the IPad delivery option available - that was weird because it showed available in stock and the rep that I was speaking with also saw it available. I was then transferred to another department where the lady was rude and told me that in TN or MS they not price match and hung up the phone before I could ask any questions. I am very disappointed in Best Buy and their policy along with the rudeness from multiple reps. Safe to say I purchased the IPad from Costco without any issues.

Went in yesterday to buy a TV, but I wasn't sure what I wanted. I ended up having to Google TVs and…read moretake pics of the TVs and use Google to find prices since they weren't listed and not one person spoke to me or asked if I needed help. I was in there for over an hour. Even when I chose my TV- 50 inches- I'm 5'2 and petite- I literally walked past people who worked there talking to each other and eating and they didn't offer to help while I had to stop several times to rest my arms. I checked out and they couldn't locate me in the system even though I was able to log in on the app. I got home and upon unboxing, noticed a large scratch. I immediately called but only got to talk to corporate people because apparently there is no direct store line. I took it back today and was going to just swap it out. The girl at the register was legit annoyed to be bothered- looked at the tv and me and said, "what am I doing with this?" I explained and she proceeded to examine it and plug it in and then called for someone to bring me a new one to the front. I waited about 10-15 min and watched again as people who worked there were just chatting and hanging out but nobody brought my TV up. I got back in line and when I reached her again she said she would go get it and I told her I'm good with a refund. I have no idea what's up with Best Buy. This used to be the gold standard for electronics. I had a similar experience at the beginning of the year when I needed a new MacBook and again, nobody acknowledged me. I went and bought it from Apple instead - with zero issues and excellent service. I think I'm done with Best Buy. I honestly wonder how long they can stay open with such awful experiences and apathetic staff. I'll get a better TV at Costco and I bet they help me carry it.
