Ordered interior doors and it literally took 7-8 months before I got them. There was a whole series of events that happened during that 7-8 month period honestly it would be way much to type. It was absolutely horrible. Once my doors were finally delivered and installed the manager of the store said he would be reaching out to work out a possible solution/compensation since the experience was so terrible. Went to return a set of Christmas lights that I had bought in thanksgiving. Had later found some I liked better so planned to return them but had gone back home for the holiday so never had a chance before I left. Went to return them the weekend after the holiday and was told I couldn't return them after the holiday. Seems ridiculous and I've never heard such a thing. They would've made more money off my $20 return as I had planned on buying some things to store my Christmas tree and decor and needed to buy basic was going to see what pet supplies they had but will be taking my business somewhere else. Terrible service. I had a refrigerator delivered. I paid them to take the old one away. They claimed they couldn't take the doors off to get it through the door. So we did that. Then they refused to cap off the water line, which they said they would do. They scratched up the walls with both the old and new one. Two people there, Ashley and Erica were not helpful. I was at Lowe's on McCain in North Little Rock, Arkansas on 12-8-24 at 15:03 at terminal 12. the person checking me out scanned my item and I gave him $3 for a $2.72 purchase. I stood there for three minutes waiting for my 28 cents change. the cashier was looking around at other customers or other employees . I had to tell him to just count out my change so I could can go. I am sure I was not saying it very nice. When a cashier is handling a transaction he should be focused on handling completing that customer's transaction. I got tired of calling back, and bought the product cheaper from somebody else. When I questioned them on these issues, the person in electrical, made some fairly rude comments, and hung up on me. He would stop and voice an opinion but wasn't about to get off his arse and provide any help. I ordered a new refrigerator from Lowe's. They scheduled 4 different delivery dates after waiting 4 different days for my delivery. They finally came today. These where my additional complaints: They could not figure out how to get the old refrigerator out of the door because it was to tall. They where just going to leave it in my kitchen. I had to show them how to bring it back in and flip it on its side. They tried to leave part of it that was to he hauled away. I took it down to the street in a rolling trash can. There I saw where they had dump all of there trash from truck in front of my house onto the street for me to pick up. The guy also put my handles to the drawers upside down. Where it read profile upside down. There was a screw missing to one of the handles. He also left my refrigerator unplugged and did not hook up the ice maker line. I had bought a new one and we discussed that fact and that he was suppose to connect it. Now these are guys that really care about customer satisfaction! GREAT JOB!!! I'm not very good at telling people how I feel but I have to find a way to describe the way I was treated today at lowes. As I walked thru the doors I was greated by a gentleman "Welcome to Lowes, can I help you " Told him I was looking for concert, he said I could pay for it and they would load it into my car told the gentleman I needed to shop he said ok when your ready I'll be here. As I walked up and down the aisle looking for what I needed but absolutely had no ideal, every worker I walked by said "Hello" can I help you find someone I always replied thanks I'm just looking no way I could tell them what I was looking for because I didn't know what I was looking for. As I was walking down the aisle to go pay for my concrete these 2 ladies looked at me and ask "Can we help you, then they asked me what project I was working on I told them I was going to be making a headstone for my dog Lucky that I had to put down :( These wonderful ladies got to work helping me figuring-out what I needed...I kept thinking and saying I don't have much money well these to wonderful ladies told me not to worry about it. Amy and Priscilla made my day. The crazy thing I had went to Home Depot and not one worker asked me if I needed help finding something or say hello how are you today. What Amy and Priscilla didn't know I only had 10 dollars to my name and I was going to spend it on making a headstone for my dog Lucky. I will continue to shop at Lowes. Thank you to all the workers who I didn't get their names but jump in with a smile to help me out and also Amy and Priscilla. I will ABSOLUTELY pay it forward. Didn't get their last names but I will never forget what they did for me today. Thank you Lowes for absolutely showing kindness not only showing kindness but practicing it as well. Amy and Priscilla said they were here visiting the Store and that the store had new management and stuff was changing for the better. I would absolutely love to work for a company who shows kindness and is willing to go that extra mile for someone who they don't know. Military Veterans, don't waste your time signing up for their 10% military discount. I signed up and tried to use it twice and the employees just told me approval was pending. Live chatted with a fellow named Jerry and he was of no help. He told me to fax documents.....is Lowe's crazy, it's a fricking 10% discount. Welcome to the Store from Hell. I have seldomly seen are less professional business in my lifetime. I ordered appliances that were supposed to be in stock but could not be delivered three weeks out. Nothing happen on the scheduled deliver day - no show, no call, no email. Gotten an email a day after scheduled delivery day that the items were on backorder. The day after, one of my three items showed up(on a Sunday). Again, no phone call or email. No one knew when the other items would arrive. Very bad communication from Managers when calls were returned. Nothing but excuses and lies. I have never been I aide a Home Depot in my life. I was scheduled to have a washer & dryer delivered from this location. This morning I called to ask if they could give me a 30 minute heads up when they were on their way because I wasn't going to be home all day. They assured me that delivery would call 30 min prior to arrival. Hours later I got a call from the driver stating that he was in my driveway. I told him that he was supposed to give me a call before arriving. I told him it would be 30 min before I could get to my house, which is why I asked for the 30 min notification. He said he would only wait 15 min & said he would call his dispatcher to see if he could wait longer. The dispatcher called me and said he will call the driver to see if he was willing to wait longer. Mind you, I was the last stop of the day. He said the driver said he will not wait. This is a 3rd party deliver company, Lowes never told me a 3rd party company would deliver my items. I called Lowes and was told I would get a call back several times. I never got a call back. Hours later I went to the store to speak with the manager. I waiting for about 40 min and I spoke to about 7 employees that said Leo was handling this and they would go get him or that they had called him but didn't know where he or any manager was. He never came out from wherever he was. I finally found a manager (Roy, who was very nice and helpful) after walking around the entire store and he began calling the delivery company to see what the issue was. Meanwhile, Leo FINALLY called me (instead of coming out to talk to me, as I was still in the store). He was absolutely not helpful or remorseful. He said maybe the driver called to give me a heads up and I missed the call. How insulting. He could not tell me where my items were or when they would be delivered and offered no solution. So a random 3rd-party company had my items, refused to deliver them, and did not tell me when they planned on delivering it and Lowes acted as if they couldn't do anything about it because they've "been using this company for years". This is not the first issue i've had with this particular location, it is the WORST store I've ever been to. I ended up canceling the order. Most of the employees were extremely rude and they have terrible customer service. There is always an issue with the store, they rarely answer the phone and keep you waiting forever. I had a similar issue with an employee, Kelly, putting in the wrong order for doors I bought and whenever I called to have the issue corrected everyone would say they don't know where she is or she isn't in the store at the time. Kelly never called back either. So, just know that when people screw up at this location, the managers tell the employees to say they aren't there so they won't have to be held accountable. I've filed a complaint. (Will reiterate that Roy tried to help as much as possible. Also, a young man (I believe his name was Brandon) was very nice and tried to help me find the appropriate person to talk to. The rest of the employees were awful. read more

Terrible experience! I have purchased 3 different dryers just for them all to get canceled! The last one I ordered the manager had put it aside for me. My husband went to pick it up and all the employees in customer service were very rude to him and refused to talk to the manager who sold me the dryer! After my husband left and got refunded our money for the third time the manager called my husband and said I have your dryer right here! We no longer had a truck to go get it so I am sure it won't still be there when we have a way of picking it up again. Terrible customer service! read more

Attempted to buy a lawnmower from this location. They had three in stock; none of the three were assembled properly. To add insult to injury, they had swiped my card before ensuring they had a good mower on hand. Then they can't figure out how to refund my card, so I end up with a very large sum of money in gift cards... I don't even want to use Lowe's anymore, but I'm stuck buying this mower with them at a later date due to having these gift cards. read more

When I went to customer service to ask about the offer, I had to repeat myself 4 times to two different people; who were no help. BY FAR the worst customer service experience I've ever personally witnessed. It was not even directed to me but I was standing nearby as it occurred. I myself was not approached or offered help by anyone. First, an older couple was looking at some door knob sets. They asked the lady working in that area for some help and asked for a book or something that showed options. The worker very rudely asked if they have an idea of what they want. They said they didn't know yet and just needed general info. They again asked if Lowes had any catalogs or anything they could look at. The worker then says in the rudest tone (I'm still having trouble believing what I overheard) "Yes we do have catalogs but I asked you if you already have an idea of what you want!" So the gentleman customer says something they were looking at and the worker says "Thank you! THAT was helpful!" The worker then proceeds to go behind the counter to look for catalogs I guess but the shoppers were so upset by the ordeal they said "Well I'm glad WE could be helpful. Forget it. Thank you." They left. Now this was bad enough but as I'm still standing literally right there by the counter the worker and another worker I'm assuming was her manager begin talking about those customers and saying horrible things about them. I was dumbfounded! Second, (oh yes there's more!) I proceed to the checkout counter. As I'm using the self checkout another set of customers asked the nearby worker at the register to help them ring up some landscape bricks. She simply nods. No words. Just nods. The customers apparently didn't see her nod because they started trying to ring up the bricks at a self check out. The worker proceeds to yell at the customers saying "NO NOT THERE! RIGHT HERE!" And then let's out an annoyed sigh. They silently complied. The then started to take things out of their basket for her. And she yells at the again. "DONT DO THAT! I'LL GET IT!" And sighed again. Management - WHERE ARE YOU? WHERE'S YOUR LEADERSHIP? I will not be going back to this location. The Jacksonville branch not far down the highway is great and I will be going there from now on. I feel if I visit this location again and witness such things again I'll have to say something and cause a scene. At what point are the consumers going to snap back at such horrible service?! read more

Usually when I go in to Lowes I am with someone else and we are approached frequently by friendly staff who offer help. That is why I chose to go to Lowes this time when I was the one needing to purchase something. I wandered around the store looking for sheet metal for quite some time. I could not find anyone to ask. Oh, I saw employees but they were typically 50 yards or so in front of me heading in a different direction. I finally found the sheet metal and selected a few pieces that were a little bigger than I wanted. I hunted down an employee and asked where I could get them cut. He sent me to the lumber section. Once there I chased down another employee who sent me to the hardware section. In the hardware section I waited and waited some more to find someone to ask yet again. I was told with a smirk "we don't do that here. Good luck". Yep. "Good luck". Surely, someone, somewhere, in the history if the world has needed to cut a piece of sheet metal and if I could just find that person he, or she, would tell me how to get it done. Not "good luck". That person does not work at this home improvement store. read more

Great service today from Chris at Lowe's, NLR. I went in for a new grill armed with my questions. He quickly reviewed the strengths of each grill I had been considering and made a recommendation based on the information I gave him on how and how often I grill. This is the worst store ever!!! When checking out the cashiers always over charge you when the items are clearly on sale. Not just once a total of 3x. Customer service is horrible. They never know what they're doing. When I called to see if my online order was in they put me on hold and never came back. 4x yes I called and asked to speak with a manager they put me on hold again. Online ordering is horrible also. I made an order that was in stock and in the warehouse and they said it should be delivered to the store 1 week later. Here it is a month later and when I call they just give me the run around. This is just too many incidents. That little 5% off with their Lowes card is just not worth it. I'm still trying to get my order and whenever I do will cut that card up and never shop here again. read more

Lowe's, you dropped the ball really bad on this one. I'm a Lowe's CC holder and did a lot of business at the store. I had a riding lawnmower delivered. The battery was dead. I jumped it twice and ran the mower for a long time hoping the alternator would charge it, then put it on the charger and the battery still wouldn't hold a charge. I had to take the battery out of the mower and return it to the store for a replacement. Come on guys, that's as basic as it gets. No one turned the key to see if the battery worked? Guess a Home Depot CC is the next step. read more

Having just had a horrible experience at Lowe's customer service desk, I went on-line and read similar situations by other Lowe's customers. This review may not make any difference to the Lowe's Management Team, but I hope they will attempt to make some changes. I received an e-mail stating that an order I placed on-line was ready for pickup on November 3rd. I drove to the store on November 4th to get the items. The lady at customer service was courteous and helpful and told me the order wasn't ready. On November 6th, Lowe's sent an e-mail stating that they had noticed that I hadn't picked up a prepared order. On November 7th I drove back to the store and walked up to the customer service desk and told them I was there to pickup my order and gave them the order number. It took them 10 minutes to try to lookup the order. They proceeded to call to try to get someone else to help them retrieve the order. Ten additional minutes later, with absolutely no explanation to me, I finally inquired as to what was taking so long with the order. The ladies, with put out expressions on their faces, explained they were waiting for someone to bring the order to the front. I waited another 15 minutes and a different employee came from the back of the store to say they could not find the order. During all this time, no one made any effort to acknowledge my long wait Someone finally noticed I was not happy and asked if I wanted to speak with the night manager. Fifteen minutes more passed and the manager came and spoke with the employees to see what they needed. He never acknowledged me and was going to walk away until I asked to speak with him. I requested that he call me on my cell phone when the order was ready and gave him the number. During this hour long wait another customer came in to return some items and placed them in an empty cart near the customer service area. The lady at customer service made him take the items out and promptly told him that the cart wasn't for his use. I certainly hope the customer service employees are not the best that Lowe's has to offer. read more
