I was looking for a door me & my wife purchased a door when I picked up with my father in law he noticed actual size of door was to big & the swing was wrong which I noticed as well so I found the right door online at Rancho store & the code for the door I need wasn't even in the system of my store so William over in Mill called the other store which was timely in itself just to reach other mill person 30 minutes later we did & We was put on hold he couldn't find the 3 supposedly that was in stock on his computer which my phone said he had 2 in stock because I had 1 in my cart on my lowes app for in store pick up William advised the other mill worker to check his top stock were on hold again yes he found it & William proceeded to ask can they pick the cleanest one attach my name & phone # to the product label & take to customer pick up area & i immediately drove to the store which was a good distance away to retrieve the product read more

I've had the absolute worst experience ever with the this Lowe's. I ordered a 1600 dollar washer and dryer set and was told my deliver date would be June 27th An hour before my expected delivery time I was told it would not be there. I then made some called where I talked to a man by the name of Seth In deliveries. Seth told me I would get my delivery the following day. I then did not get my delivery Seth then told my wife that it would be there the next day when she called. Once again the washer and dryer was not there. Management does nothing and Seth is full of lies keeping me taking days off of work where not 1600 dollars and turned into a 1500 dollar loss by trusting Seth's failed promises. For as long as I live I will drive the extra 40 miles if I have to, to NEVER shop at this lying companies stores ever again. read more

Paint Section. Very very Poor customer service by Maria. A very non caring, selfish & lazy employee. I work too & give my clients way better service than I got at Lowes Paint dpt. I had worked all day and went to Lowes to get paint mixed at 6:30 pm. Contractor doing my bathroom said tomorrow is paint day. After 10 minutes waiting at paint counter, I asked for help & pressed button... heard the over head page. Another 10 minutes went by, nothing. Now there is a line with 5 more people behind me. They are pressing button avery 5 min. I keep asking personel to send help. One guy goes to look for help up & down the Aisles. Nothing. Its now 45 minutes of waiting so I wander around and ask someone the managers name and he tells me Damien. I go back to paint counter and ask Service desk to page Damien to paint because there is a super long line and no one has helped us for almost an Hour. That guy waits another 10 minutes before he pages and i had to ask him to do it. After that page, all of a sudden Maria comes hurredly down aisle towards us. Where the heck has she been! She acts all nice and takes my order, mixes paint in 5 minutes. I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for 2 gallons of paint to be mixed that took 5 minutes. This is Ludicrous, Laziness & very poor Managemnt to the Max! I will never shop at Lowes again & will take all my future home remodeling projects to Home Depot.. where the staff are intelligent, care and can really help. read more

My husband and I were just at Lowe's today around 6pm and the young lady by the name of Gussi was very disrespectful towards us. She was at register 10. Not only was my husband and I waiting in line but another person was waiting behind us as well. Gussi decided to close her register and jot say anything to us. We told her she could have said something and she turned around and said "I don't owe you anything." I talked to the manager there about her and he said that he will find out who it was and talk to her. I am very disappointed and upset about how we were treated by Gussi. I hope that she is spoken to and understands that attitude and disrespect do not belong in the workplace, especially toward customers. read more

My husband and I We're looking for a new dishwasher at the Lowe's in Riverside off of Magnolia and the service there was bosch Tomas in the appliance department who had helped us. He was just great! Unless you know exactly what you want do not come to this store. There service is absolutely horrible. For a home improvement store you would expect them to have at least one employee that can help you with you project. They would rather stand around and socialize before they show you where something is let alone cut wood for you. Thanks to Julie Canal in appliance department! I went to the store as I wanted to buy set of appliances, but it was not available until Jan'21. She mentioned that she will look for the appliances and call me later. Frankly, I thought she will not able to find it as I was looking for it myself at all the nearest stores, but to my surprise she was order to find all the appliances. I approached Rich in plumbing to ask a simple question about sprinkler heads. He asked what I was looking for, and when I tried to explain the product, he stared and aggressively said, "We have all kinds of sprinkler heads right here. You have to tell me what you're looking for." I then went into further detail on what I needed, and he responded, "Well, I have to know what you're looking for first, and you didn't tell me what you're looking for." As I tried to think of a better way to describe it for him, he angrily started asking, "What are you looking for? How far do you need it to spray?" I started to reply, and he began to rapidly rattle off sprinkler products before I could. When I chose one of the items he listed, he stomped in front of me, pointed at a shelf, and then made another snide comment as if I should have seen them already. Locating the item without so obviously inconveniencing Rich would have been much simpler if he had bothered to organize the shelves rather than standing in the aisle and talking on his phone. I'm certainly not a professional in these areas by any means, but I have always loved visiting Lowe's for my DUI projects and have felt very comfortable asking representatives for advice and direction. Putting this much time and trouble into a review honestly feels a little excessive, but encountering someone who is just blatantly disrespectful and worthless as a customer service representative makes me want to put in the extra effort to ensure something is done so Rich doesn't ruin another unsuspecting customer's experience. read more

Raul did an awesome job helping me select a color, described my choices perfectly, and set me up with an awesome selection. He was transparent about pricing, quality, and value. His choices seemed honest and I could tell he wanted the best for me. The connection I had today was humorous, fun, and engaging. It was perfect because I really didn't know what I needed and he described each product wonderfully. I came here on a Saturday morning and the place was not busy. I went a few weeks ago to the garden center and saw tons of summer fruits and veggie plants. When I went back I was only able to get some herbs and peppers. I think I might have waited too long to get the veggies they had a few weeks ago. The selection was very limited. The flowers were al beautiful and had a large variety of them. The seed section is inside the store and had 3 four sided carts filled. Overall not enough plants for a garden but it could be because I'm late on getting plants. read more

Came in to buy a water hose because online it said Lowes has 10 in stock. When I arrived the worker told me their computer had 12 in stock but when she checked the aisle and the back they had none. Then I went to buy tiki torches and the ladies in garden was so rude and had an attitude for no reason. I was not satisfied with my service. If it weren't for the employees name tags I wouldn't be able to tell who was a worker. Leaving 2 stars only because the Pro Desk staff are the only helpful people here. Other than that, if you ask an associate for help they will call someone else and have you waiting forever! Half the time you try to ask an associate a question they ignore you and keep walking away. The return counter sucks! Every time you try to make a return they act like it's the end of the world to do their job. Forgot to mention, good like finding someone to help. Visited looking for stuff for my home and Frank was horribly lazy and didn't know anything about what i was asking i would never return

So I went to this Lowe's because they are cheaper than Home Depot. Big mistake. I waited 40 minutes to have some wood cut. I called several times during those 40 mins, and spoke to several store employees who paged some guys named Rudy and Abraham multiple times. The store manager Michael told me they were on lunch and all the other employees who knew how to use the saw were with customers. So 40 minutes later some guy comes to assist us only to laugh and say the saw was broken. I told him that was something the manager should have been made aware of and he said it had just happened. I told him they should have at least put a sign so ppl wouldn't wait for 40 minutes for no reason. I live within walking distance of Lowe's but I'm never shopping there again. These employees are clearly clueless. read more

Wow. Never have I ever had a bad experience at Lowe's. The supervisor or manager on duty is very rude. Talked to the cashier in such a rude manner because she interrupted our conversation and confused her. I also had a pricing issue with wood that she apparently tried to blame on other customers. When in fact they over stock a location and place the other pieces of wood in a cheaper location. I ended up getting it for the price I found it. I like the selection, the arrangement, and the general atmosphere at Lowe's. Every now and then an employee is distracted or rude, and motivates me to give the store one star. But I end up putting it off till later and forget what I was upset about. The prices are about the same as Home Depot probably. Today while shopping at our local Lowes this morning I was completely appalled with how a worker treated a customer. A customer needed help and said "excuse me" to a staff worker the staff worker turned around made eye contact with the gentleman who when proceeded to ask for help. The worker who's name was name Yusuf looked at the gentleman and completely disregarded his request. He did not say a word, just turned around, completely ignored him, and walked away. The lack of disrespect and treatment to this customer I could not believe. With his customer service skills he should not be working at any type of retail store. As a matter of fact, all he was doing was walking down aisles, scanning items. He had the chance to help him or at least could have called on other staff too. But to completely ignore it is unacceptable! He should be fired or reprimanded immediately. read more

1. I shop at Home Depot ( I always get bad customer service at lowes) 2. I got a 10% off discount card in the mail for Lowe's that expired on the 31st of December. So I came in and purchased two of those blue Lowe's plastic buckets because I needed two of them, mind you I had the 10% off. I also needed some paint stir sticks. I went up and down the aisles and couldn't find them so I approached your associate SEAN he was able to locate them for me and had a great attitude. This was the first time I've had an encounter with one of your employees that didn't have an attitude so I wrote his name down on my hand so I wouldn't forget to give him the recognition he deserved. 3. As I go up to the self-checkout I noticed that two of the four registers were working. The lady that was in charge of the four registers spoke in the rudest manner to two different Hispanic males. Customer Service lacks. Could not fit the Christmas Tree box in car. I asked if they could hold for me and I will get my truck they said no. It might not be here when You get back. They were out of three-quarter PVC pipe and some fittings.He apologize that they were out and sent us to Eastvale store to get the pvc pipe and the shut off valve we mended.
