Went to Ferguson's for a specific part my husband needed for the sink. Since this is the first time I have been here, and I have no clue where anything would be, I waited for the person at the cash register to help. I didn't get his name, but he was super nice and helped me find the product my husband needed. Unfortunately, they were out of stock on the item, but the guy offered a replacement product that was similar but it wouldn't work for the sink we had. I appreciate the time he took to help me and I went to another Ferguson's and they had the part and I didn't need to ask anyone since I knew where it was from this Ferguson's. Walked into this store today hoping I wasn't wasting time after reading a review saying " if your not a tradesman they won't give you the time of day " . Let me tell you that's a Lie ! There were 2 people ahead of me , one a tradesman and one an average homeowner like myself . Both were treated very well and in a timely manner . I brought in a faucet we purchased that I needed a air gap and soap dispenser for hopefully that looked the same . Henry greeted me with a smile and asked what her could do for me . I explained , he DID IT ! got me Exactly what I needed and really wanted . The exact matching parts ! He walked me to my vehicle and carried my ( slightly heavy ) box full of sink faucet . As a private homeowner I'm no plumbing expert. I went to both Home Dept and Low's first. neither one had the simple part that I needed. Ferguson's staff were friendly and knew exactly what I needed. And had it on the shelf. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and the price was fare. if I have to do more plumbing repairs, I'm defiantly going to use Ferguson again. read more

This location is a joke! Horrible customer service. I called before going in to return an item and spoke to a person that instructed me to come in to do my return. When i arrived another employee told me that they were not accepting returns. I related to him that I called and was instructed to come in. He was reluctant but agreed to take my return. While I waited, I notice several plumbers outside not wearing masks or gloves, spitting and coughing. One of the employees walked with no protection and started shaking hands and jaw jacking with the spitter. Another customer arrived, responsible and wearing a mask and gloves and commented to me " This place sucks". I voice my opinion and left. This place does not care, and only takes care of the "Homies" If you know what I mean. By the way, I visited this location a few years ago and the same.
