However after purchasing a few appliances here, I am SOLD. 1. I bought a washer, dryer, and dishwasher Appliance from this store over a year ago. All 3 appliances are running good so far with no issues. (Wanted to get a fridge too, but they didn't have the size I needed). 2. Sales associates are helpful. They were not pushy and are pleasant to heal with. 3. Delivery can be done on the same day sometimes. I am a property manager, if a unit has an issue, I cant wait for days or weeks to get appliances replaced. I need them the same day. 4. They go the extra mile for client. Last year, i bought a dishwasher without even going there. Rafael helped me choose one and texted me a photo. And delivered the unit the same day. Unfortunately Appliance Outlet would not install it because the current dishwasher Angel valve was old. Long story short, we installed the dishwasher on our own, but we left the old unit in the garage and forgot about it. I called appliance outlet a year later, Kimberly answered, I asked if I could pay $50-$75 to get the old unit hauled away. They normally don't do that but made an exception for me and only charge the normal low haul away fee. Thank you Appliance Outlet, if I need another appliance, I'll be sure to call you guys first. And I highly recommend them if you need appliance and good customer service. One delivery on the washer and dryer was bad though in 2025, I was watching, the driver scratched the washer's door real bad on the dolly. I recommend you guys to cover the washer with a thick moving blanket before putting it on the dolly. I hope management had addressed this issue.

I bought a dishwasher, "brand new" GE Profile, inside the filter housing you will find sludge from previous use. I purchased a forno Range, that was fine, as it had to be ordered from the retailer as it was 48in, no one really buys those so it came new. I purchased the hood vent, the baffles hinge on 2 of them were broken so they would fall out as the latch doesn't work and 2 months in, the right fan, which comes on after speeds 3 & 4, went out and makes a loud grinding noise, so now it has to be replaced or repaired also. Here's the kicker, they didn't care. They did not take on the liability and directed me to "call Forno and claim it under warranty". I shouldn't have to! I should be able to call them, they fix, or replace. I spoke to a repairman when my dishwasher had to be replaced and he informed me he's had several instances from others about this store in particular. He told me that they purchase broken appliances and swapped them out for parts to repair other broken appliances that they sell to you as "NEW". It's business so it understand, it's to turn a profit. But if you can't take care of your customers you will fail as a reputable retailer. I've spent 14k on a Dacor fridge, 200k plus remodeling my home, 20k building a podcast studio.. I don't need to "bash" a business because I don't have anything to do, I'm genuinely frustrated and disappointed. It's 11:24pm on a Monday night, I'm heating up dinner and ANOTHER appliance form them has failed on me.. I'm genuinely frustrated with their business. This will not be my last review. God bless.

He went out of his way to ensure we got the best bang for the buck, arranged a way to get the appliance to our house by utilizing their in house daily rental for U-Haul. He went sideways on us because after starting out Uhaul and noticing the fuel guage was lower than the paperwork we went inside to ask if he could update our paperwork. His answer was " if you dont like it then you can cancel. He doesn't know us we are just regular customers. But his demeanor and super argumentative behavior was as if he had it out for us. I asked one question which was if he could update the fuel level on the paperwork and he was very mad and at one point stated that I was asking all kinds of questions. I asked him why he was so aggressive because I asked the question and his answer was "if you don't like it then cancel." I said " you know if you can't do it then you can just let me know you can't do it. It really shouldn't elicited anger and aggression from you." His response was " if you don't like it then you can cancel." What was really confusing about the whole thing was that as I was getting ready to just go ahead and leave he hands over an updated paper showing the actual fuel level. As a USAF Vet I let a lot of things roll off me because you never know someone's circumstances but in heinsight this guy was pushing buttons and trying to get me to loose my cool. To bad for him as a former Military Cop I don't frazzled easily and I am always aiming for de-escalation. However I will be reporting this behavior up all the avenues possible. Noone in my opinion who operates at this caliper should be in a customer facing role. Also by the way we have rented a truck here once before and now both times they were heavy on trying to sell us appliances. You should really take the time to look up the models of what their selling . Their prices are very inflated compared to Lowe's or Homedepot. Their units have marks all on them. I looked up two fridges our first time there and they were $500-$900 cheaper at Lowe's and Lowe's units were new no dents and dings.

WHO EVEN DOES THAT THESE DAYS?! Mario ordered a new "selections panel" (cannot remember the technical name for that part) for us and since we are still under warranty there was no charge for parts or service. Mario gave us a few tips about the best way to use the washer while we wait for the ordered panel. Mario tried to refuse money for gas, but my husband would not take no for an answer.
