I contacted Low Key Locks because my wife and I had lost a key fob to our 2022 Mazda CX-9. We had bought an aftermarket Fob off ebay and knew we needed to find someone to program it We called the dealership they refused to program anything except one they sold us and the said it would take a couple of weeks to get it and would cost almost $800. Brett agreed to come out and cut a key and reprogram the fob we had for only $100. Other local lock smiths said that "Mazda" were finicky and they they could lock us out of the car and require us to go to the dealership to fix. Others we called were all 3rd parties who referred us to other locksmiths and it seemed all really sketchy. Brett not only own his company and has run it successfully for over 5 yrs now (I got to talk to him as he reprogrammed the fobs) but knew what he was doing. I got him to program 2 fobs and cut 2 keys for a fraction of what the dealership was going to charge for one. And with the dealership it was going to take 2 weeks and I was going to have to go to them. Highly, highly recommended. Will have him make another backup key for my Ram Promaster when I get it back from the shop in a couple of weeks. I am 110% pleased with LowKey Locks' service. I messaged the company just before midnight, got an immediate response and the technician was willing to come out at that time. I said, "How about 8 a.m.?" He said, "Sure!" And at 8 a.m., a technician was here, in the pouring rain. It took him no more than 20 minutes to unlock a 2002 Chevy van, make a key without a key to go by, and he only charged $140, which included a second key. (I have paid 3 times that in the past.) Brett answered the phone on the first try at 9am on a Saturday after I came out to my truck having been broken into and attempted to be stolen in the hotel parking lot. I had a wonderful experience getting my car key fob replicated! They answered the phone within literally two rings, and I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Ty provided quick service, and there was an issue with a faulty key, but he went all the way back to his supplier to replace the faulty key and make sure my key worked perfectly before leaving. We couldn't recommend Brett and his crew more. We were out of town and our house was robbed. House keys and car keys/fobs taken.
