A large group of us chose Low Key Taco for a colleagues farewell happy hour. The weather wasn't ideal; there was a chance of rain, of course. Luckily, Low Key Taco has a covered patio and bar area outside so you can enjoy the warmth without the risk of getting rained on. The bartenders were extremely friendly and not at all overwhelmed by the quantity of people. They kept our cards for our open tabs, since we were all paying separately. The drinks came out quickly and you honestly can't beat the happy hour prices. Good location, if you're in Robinson, and they have plenty of parking.

Decent location, great service. The food was pretty good but not my favorite. I love the decor and vibe of the place.

It was okay. The food wasn't bad but wasn't knock your socks off. The drinks (margaritas) are super sweet! Coming from someone that likes sweet fruity drinks it was a lot...however they definitely had a good amount of alcohol. So if you're good with sweet it's great. It's also a great deal to do basically bottomless margs for brunch you get your money worth if you have two margs and if you can get through all 5 you'll feel amazing!! The atmosphere was great it was open and fun would love to try again for dinner. Maybe see some live music there. The service was quick and everyone was very nice. I can definitely see this place being great and will definitely give it another try.

This was our 2nd time at lowkey taco, we were seated immediately, which is nice for a weekend. Our waitress was very nice and friendly. My husband and I both got taco platters. I had the Cluck Norris and the Eric Carne Estrada. I also added fries to my platter. The tacos were okay, i definitely think the steak could of been seasoned better, usually steak tacos are my fave. But the meat was a little bland. They are over stuffed tacos, which is definitely nice! The cluck Norris was my fave, the chicken was juicy and crispy. The decor in this place is awesome as well, I love the local artwork on the wall.

Went here for date night and overall had a good time but it took a little long for our appetizer to come out so by the time it ended up getting to our table, our food was ready too. Additionally, the pitcher of strawberry margaritas we got were not very strong - honestly couldn't even taste the alcohol so im suspicious there even was any, lol. Giving it 4 stars though because all the food was really good. Really enjoyed the tacos, fries, and the dips & chips.

Super cute place! Went there during the holidays and the cocktails were SO good and fancy! The food was also super delicious.

Stopped in to check out their holiday "pop up" Tinsel & Tequila. They decorated the restaurant really nicely for the holidays and have a long holiday drink menu! I had frostys margarita which was pretty tasty!! Our server was delightful, frequently checking in but not overbearing! Super friendly service. Got some chips and guac to snack on, their guac is super smooth, no chunks if that's your jam!

The food at Lowkey is still good and they've expanded the menu to include burritos, quesadillas, etc. Tye holiday drink selection is very large, too. Service is still good and friendly and the holiday vibe is even better than their regular good atmosphere. Always enjoyable.

I love lowkey taco. The jalapeno margaritas are excellent and I think their queso is better than Condado's, especially the habanero queso. Also their happy hour is a steal!

I've come a few times Solely for the dip trio: guac of some sort, queso of some type, and a salsa. Chips til you explode and all for $15! I've had plain and spicy guac and for me the spicy was too spicy. The salsa was just poured over the already prepared guac instead of being mixed in. I love the red salad! And the queso is just the right consistency.

    Danielle M.

Let's start by saying, the traditional queso is some of the best. I am so picky about my queso dip and this one is excellent. We go the $15 choose tour (3) dips: spicy guac; traditional queso; habanero salsa were what we chose. All 3 were so good and highly recommended but you def have to like spice to get the spicy and habanero options! For our taco platter entrees, you can get 2 for $13.50 or 3 for $16.50. All tacos come with rice and refried beans! I had the Cluck Norris soft shell flour tacos - extremely filling and great flavor with fried chicken, YUM! My husband got the Frying Nemo (); Young Cheesy () and the Fajita Dreams ()! He was a big fan of the 2 but the YC was dried out in his opinion. The service was pretty good and the vibe on a warm day was great to sit outside. The area in itself needs a little TLC when it comes to cleanliness though.

Chill location with open air bar if you want to sit outside we went with an inside table. Super friendly and amazing service! Ordered the seasoned fries appetizer which was awesome served with queso and ranch. All 3 of us ordered the taco platters which you can mix and match 12+ different tacos. A MUST TRY, TOTALLY AMAZING!!!

The staff were all really friendly and accommodating. Mezcal Margarita - sticky, sweet, sour, just the right hit of smokiness. Strawberry Margarita (on the rocks) - perfect sour base, the strawberry takes it to another level. Strawberry Mojito - super minty, insanely refreshing. Chorizo Cheese Dip - salty, savory, creamy perfection. We almost licked the bowl clean, no lies. Queso birria Tacos (w/ rice & beans) - I'm calling it right now: hands down the best birria I've EVER had. The corn tortillas were crisped to perfection. Plus, cilantro on the side? Huge win in my book. Chicken Chimichanga - totally loaded and the chicken was so juicy and well-seasoned. The queso on top was fire!

My sister got the chimichanga and liked it, but didn't like that it was only beef inside. She loved the plantains though! I was very excited to try El Sabor based on the several high reviews, but I was a bit disappointed. Maybe I set my expectations too high? The food was pretty good, but the meat to veggie ratio was way off for the fajitas I ordered. I ordered the trio fajitas (chicken, steak, & shrimp) and asked to only do the steak & shrimp, and to just do bigger portions of those two instead of having the chicken. There was barely any steak, and just a huge amount of peppers & onions. I don't mind paying $20 for decently portioned fajitas, but I was pretty disappointed that there was barely any meat. I would have liked more shrimp on there as well. I'm left with mixed opinions honestly. It wasn't necessarily a bad experience, just a little disappointing. Most folks seem to love it, so I'd say to leave it to your own judgment and give it a try!

The vibe is chill but energetic. At about 6:30pm, it was pretty packed. I loved that even the busy bartenders were aware of new patrons coming in the doors. One even seated a table from behind the bar! Bonus points for service! This is a 4 1/2-star review --- leaning 5. We ordered takeout to take to some friends' BYOF wine bar, so I'll look for my 5-star experience when we return soon in person! Food: We shared some seriously awesome ceviche. I was a bit alarmed at the $16 price tag, but it was totally worth it. There's a lot of shrimp with little filler. The seafood was plump with citrusy goodness - not too "cooked" - and packed a bit of heat, which hubs & I love. The enchiladas y mole was GREAT!! I'd prefer dark meat chicken, but props for the abundance of white meat! The mole was soooooo flavorful - def some heat mixed with a great cinnamony zing. The rice & black beans were really good. The guac y chips was so fresh and flavorful. (PS - that is one weird "coffee cup" style styrofoam takeout cup for the guac! Boo!!) The tomatillo salsa was not so bueno. The highlight of the meal was definitely the chipotle chicken, the rice, refried beans, and chicken mixed together amazingly and the entire dish was packed with flavor. The shrimp ceviche was also solid and quite large for the price. Finally, the churros were great, a bit sweet for me but the churro and the whipped cream go together nicely to create a joyous experience. When it first arrived, we were skeptical if they actually gave us enough for 10 people, but it was more than enough and everything was soooo good! They serve everything in individual containers. The soft tacos are heated and then placed in the sheet pan, so they aren't just stone cold from like a bag from the grocery store. The meats are plentiful and hilariously labeled in the big box! The toppings were plentiful and so were the tortilla chips! Plus... they give you enough bowls and forks for probably close to 25 people!!!
