The actual weight for the bagel sandwiches took a long time. We luckily got a spot on the patio and waited for our bagels there. The girl shouts out the orders name inside and if no one's in there, she goes out to the patio to bring it out. It was a really good bagel. I got the bodega and added bacon and it was nice and salty with some cheese and some sauce and on the weekends they have their za'atar bagels so I got it on that and it was delicious. I would come back again if it weren't so far from me.

Imagine my luck or maybe it was because it was nearing end of day. Either way a dozen bagels just cost me a Whopping $8.99 lol. Where can you find a deal like that. And The bagels were just awesome, just the way I like them with a doughy denseness and a great flavour. If you like chunky and chewy bagels with a well-hydrated dough, then NY bagels all the way. If you like crustier and lighter bagels with a drier and less dense dough, then Montreal bagels it is. (P.S- I'm speaking for the one located in Toronto though) Personally, I like the Montreal style for a lighter fare, and the NY style, when I want to treat myself to an OG bagel. Don't expect "chocolate chip bagels". It's considered sacrilege! You get a free bagel for every 12 bagels. They have maki rolls here too, and some great looking cheese "bulkes" (buns), similar to my Latvian/Lithuanian grandmother's baked goods.
