They were prompt and professional. They looked at my 2 hvac systems and dryer and gave me a quote on the spot. They did the work very quickly and it was a fair price. Not my dryer vent is squeaky clean! They hadn't been cleaned out for 10 years! Dryer fires are very common so this was something I needed to do to protect my family. What a rip off. I called these guys out to deal with an AC that was not working well. They come out and say that the system needs a new capacitor. They want to charge $670, which includes a "tuneup." They want $495 for the diagnosis and capacitor replacement and $175 for a "tuneup." Problem is a capacitor costs about $25 and takes about ten minutes to replace. I told them to go pound sand. Companies like this take advantage of consumers who don't know, but this is a major rip off. Avoid this company, call someone who charges fees commensurate with the work done. read more

We texted Bernie as first time customers during a heat wave when our AC went out. He texted back in 15 minutes and told us he would come out the same day in 4 hours. He arrived 35 minutes early, dressed in official shirt and put booties over his shoes to protect our floors every time he entered the house. ISSUE: Another HVAC company came by to fulfill a service contract which included a follow up -- they found that one of our furnaces had CO present and was damaged. Both AC and Furnace units were close to 25 years old and needed replacing. I decided to get quotes and references. Air ASAP came up several times in our online neighborhood groups. My heater wasn't blowing hot air so I messaged Bernie along with others via Yelp Quote. Bernie was quick to respond and with the best price. Covid compliant, he and his worker came with masks and booties. He diagnosed the problem rather quickly (fan control) was stuck and he noticed a large gap that needed to be taped up.
