Fluff & Fold service is a total ripoff. I dropped off several pounds of shirts and was charged $14/lb ... a little pricey given place down the street charged less than half that. But place down the street did not use fabric softener and their detergent was harsh on my clothes .. so i was willing to pay up for full professional treatment. Well this place must've let my clothes sit for a day and a half because every shirt stinks. Bad. Like, remove it from your body, wash it again and use Fabreze bad. They also did not use fabric softener and another of my sweatshirts that I only wore two times is faded. I guess They just charged me for the labor to fold - which was exceptional. The folding was outstanding. But they literally only had one job. And as a business I expect them to get the whole "clean clothes" / "fresh as a flower" concept down. read more

I made a short review earlier but decided to make a longer one due to my recent (and great) experience with Loyal Cleaners. The first time I went here, Jesse explained to me the whole process and was very kind. I went in on a Saturday to drop off my suit and got it back as early as Tuesday. And most recently, I dropped off my suit this past Monday and was planning to pick it up Thursday. However, I had an unexpected interview scheduled for that Wednesday and was worried that I would not be able to get my suit back in time. Jesse was so kind and understanding that he tracked down my suit and got it ready for me to pick up that Tuesday. Absolute great hospitality. Also, the prices are very affordable. I rarely go to the dry cleaners. I'll be honest, they weren't my first choice (I went to another business that had 5 stars first). But when that business said it would cost me $100 to dry clean my comforter (which isn't even an expensive down comforter!) I had to find another place. This place is close to where I live and had good ratings. (I had tried it once before to get a suit cleaned, but the turnaround time didn't meet my deadline, which is why I started going to the 5-star business mentioned earlier.) Anyway, my comforter was very dirty (my dog leans against it at night), but they gave it back to me WHITE - like it was new! He said he ran it through three times and spot cleaned it. I appreciated the extra touch (I figured it was a lost cause). AND he told me it would take three days, but it was done in two! I will definitely come back again!!! I am pretty over this place after my last experience. Brought in a couple of shirts that were stained. I told the person working about the stains and showed them to him and he said not to worry about it and that they would treat it. So I came back to pick up the shirts and there was a note about the stains not getting out. So the person working (new person) said oh you didn't get the stain treatment. First off, I had no idea that was an option and I would have paid for it if I knew. Secondly, rather than offering me the stain treatment upon pickup, she just gave me back the shirts and charged me for them to be drycleaned. Obviously, I do not have much use for stained shirts so the whole experience was pretty worthless and a waste of money. I took the shirts back to my house and soaked them and put on some spray and washed them and the stains came out. So I am sure for a full-scale Drycleaning and laundry place, they could have gotten the stains out if they put a little bit of effort into it. Going to find a new drycleaning place. read more
