I have taken my oversized suits, formal dresses and gowns to get them altered and you would think I bought it that way. Incredibly professional and such a delight to visit. It can be pricey but I think when you are altering very expensive clothing, it is worth it. Especially with the way clothes are made so by heap nowadays. If you have a good base/foundation to work with and good fabric... do what I did and save the clothes! Get them altered here. You won't be sorry

I called sleep deprived and desperate to get a laundry service to help me I the middle of the day when my puppy was sick. They sent someone out within a few hours to do an early evening pickup for me and I had my laundry back the very next day, dropped off before 12! Alex answered all of my questions on the phone, and was patient with me as I was a little scatter brained from lack of sleep and stress. The pick up and delivery driver was also amazing! He was kind very personable. The pricing is also fantastic. Worth the service you get without completely gutting your bank account. Will be using them again! 10/10! I don't mind the price of $90 for pickup/drop off laundry, but the constant texting back and forth, the handling, and basic customer service was really unprofessional. I acknowledge that the confirmation email went to the wrong address, but it should not have taken over two weeks to get my mother's laundry back. When finding out what went wrong, the whole transaction wasn't handled professionally. After two weeks, my mom's laundry was dropped off in front of her apartment door. No phone call, no attempt to reach her or me. At least they took a picture and texted it to me proving delivery. Thankfully, no one took it. When things go wrong in business, you bend over backwards to fix it. I didn't see this happening, just excuses and no solution. I realize that mistakes happen. But the frequent texting, delay in delivery, making excuses, a week delay in payment (you should let customers know about different/faster payment options than PayPal), then dropping them off outside a front door without communication is unacceptable.

Super impressed with the service here! I've came a few times to bring suits and work clothes. Most of the time I'm running behind and need to get next day service and they are always happy to oblige. I'm even more impressed today because I dropped off 16 pieces at 7am but needed 2 pieces done by the evening. Fully expecting for only the 2 pieces to be done I was very surprised to find that all 16 pieces were done and ready on the very same day! Will definitely becoming here from now on! read more

I requested back the handmade cotton blouse I had just brought in bc at this point I no longer trust that they have any capacity to remove stains from clothes and that they are more likely to give me back something worse than I brought in (and blame me for not being OK with it). However, I was going in for a back procedure and brought a coat in. I told them I wouldn't be coming back for a bit and paid them $38 IN CASH before I left. I was rushing and did not get a receipt. How would I know how much it was if I hadn't paid? When I went to pick up my coat a month later, the clerk, who was rude to begin with, told me I owed $38 , which I reminded her was paid. She asked me for a receipt and i told her I never received one. She argued with me, refused to give me my coat and said she would ask the owner to call me. She didn't. I went to get my coat today and she was rude again and would not give me my coat. When I reminded her I wasn't given a receipt and perhaps she took the money, she laughed in my face. Things got heated and we both exchanged obscenities (me only once, her several times). I left without my coat and I will never go back. I also plan to call the Better Business Bureau on them. I hate to do that to the man who owns the cleaners, but this woman is an embarrassment to this establishment and really should be let go.
