These days it's really hard to find a business that will actually call you back. When I walked in, the business was super clean and organized, even though the owner and her groomer were balancing multiple pets at once. I was in and out less than 10 minutes for a walk-in nail trim, which I believe she does from noon to 3 PM on Thursdays. The owner was super kind to my dog and I, which I appreciated since not everyone is comfortable with Pitbulls. Towards the end of her nail trim, my dog started to get super nervous, so the owner went over and comforted her while the groomer finished the last paw. I love supporting this small business and will absolutely be back. I highly recommend that everyone goes here over any other chain like Petsmart or Petco.

The last time we took our pup the price was still $75 and $10 extra because he had one tiny knot behind his ear. So it was $85 total! And then they told us that they weren't taking cards that day so I would have to pay cash! On top of all that she didn't cut his nails and they put this over powering perfume on them too...idk...I guess they think it smells good. My mother is allergic to everything including that perfume so I had asked her nicely to not put it on him. He itches for three days when he has it on and I don't care for it as well. She put the perfume on him again. One more thing, the doors are always locked and sometimes it take 2-3 calls just to get to talk to someone. They have always been very nice though I will say that!

When I asked her to thin him out as his coat is quite thick she said that she couldn't because he wasn't a real Yorkie and didn't have the right hair. The groomer Lauren said he was matted on his ears and neck so he needed to be short. My son picked up our dog because I was at work. When I arrived home and saw my dog I was FURIOUS! He was hairless to the point you can see his bones. I paid $122 which includes de-matting but he has no hair so what was departed? Literally shaved him bald. I never received a call asking for permission to cut off all his hair. My dog doesn't even look like himself. Every time I look at him I want to cry because I'm so angry. I called to cancel his future appointment and i was asked what happened and did I want to go to another location. No THANK YOU! Will no longer be utilizing their daycare or boarder services either because I don't trust them with my fur child.
