I marked multiple things I wanted to keep and they sold them anyways so now I have a bedroom set without a dresser which is useless. I put things in the guest bedroom and put Keith outside on the door so they wouldn't even go in there and they went in there and took all my stuff and sold it and they say they can't get it back. I have gone over there and looked in the trash cans and found all my baby books and all my baby pictures and family pictures thrown in the trash along with silver items. They take items that are worth thousands of dollars and put them on their auction site and they sell for two or three dollars and you're out all that money. They charge you a fortune for them to come in and clean up the place to get ready for sale. No way an estate company they only bringing their friends to see your possessions and sell them for pennies on the dollar and then the people resell them online for three times as much. Thinking about getting some more of the past clients who went through the same thing because of these vultures and file a class action law suit. They come in your house and totally disrespected all your things they've broken multiple valuable things and just leave them there they don't care about the passing of your loved ones they don't care about your house and they certainly don't care about you. I am going to have to go through months of therapy due to their neglect lying and stealing. Totally heartbroken and devastated and will never get over this.
