I used an amazing realtor named Sarah Dykema from Purpose Life Homes who staged the newly cleaned, empty home with stylish furniture that she provided from her personal storage at no extra cost to us. She did an inspection out of pocket, as well. She had several Open Houses and we got 4 offers at and above asking price. It was a beautiful experience from beginning to end.
