Before and after

What can I say?!? If you want something done right and done with specific attention to detail, call Joe! I had hired him to fix two small bathrooms and he took it on right away! I had a vanity installed by someone else and it was done so poorly that there was no way we were able to keep it in that location. Joe came in and said he was happy to bring it upstairs and install a new one. The job was done within a week and done with amazing focus to detail! He even had his painter came back to fix super small patches that probably could've been overlooked. I truly appreciate his communication and customer service! If you have a project around your house that needs to be fixed, his company does it all...from electrical to plumbing and painting! I'd def recommend him as a one stop shop. Super lucky to have his company saved in my phone. Thanks so much!

I'm a demanding client. And I work in the home construction industry. But rather than utilize company resources in an effort to separate business from personal projects, I had to search for a contractor to hire for wainscoting/paneling work. I had in-depth scope-of-work discussions with 16 potential candidates over the course of a few weeks, physically met on location with 11 of them for measurements and quotes, but in the end, Loynes Construction Inc., came out on top. Owner/CEO/President Joe Loynes personally met for the initial work assessment as most contractors did, but what won me over was his continual engagement in answering questions, providing insightful recommendations, offering feedback and making suggestions based on his 21+ years of hands-on experience thus far in his field. He didn't just answer my questions, but did so thoughtfully, meaning, he would ask questions back to understand my objective before proffering a reply based on what he felt I was looking to accomplish. He basically partnered with me in executing my project, which made all the difference because I felt that he was building out my walls as if it were his own home, with all the same care and attention to detail as he would give to his own project. He was harder on himself with his keen artistic eye than I was, not taking the easy routes that I allowed him, but doing what needed to be done to get the job done RIGHT. I live in a condo community with neighbors on both sides and below, and with an HOA. Need I say more? Concerns for those working from home and having the HOA potentially penalize me for every minor infraction was a concern. I expressed this concern to Joe, and he and his phenomenal team: Steve, Austin, and Kurt all honored the rules of the Association to perfection. There were zero noise complaints despite woodwork being done by heavy machinery for days on end. They showed up on time, they finished what they had to do on time. My neighbors all commented about how clean they kept the place, how respectful and stealthily they came-and-went... so much so, that one of my neighbors is planning to hire Loynes Construction Inc. for a future renovation of their own. As for the work itself, as the saying goes, "A picture is worth a thousand words." See for yourself. Joe is a person of high character and respectability. He's honest and fair. He's not about shortcuts, but about delivering a beautiful product. We didn't always see eye-to-eye on some things, but he'd tell me his recommendations, and ultimately gave me what I wanted. Sometimes I regretted it and totally should have listened to him, and sometimes, we both just smiled and said, "That looks badass!" I often say that what separates the professionals from the amateurs, are the smallest of details. Joe and his crews' trucks were often cleaner and spotless than my Benz. That tells you a lot about who they are as individuals. These guys made me proud to call them my contractors.

Joe's team built the range hood surround, built the floating shelving, tiled the kitchen, and installed the oven.

Joe and his team are the BEST! I interviewed so many contractors for our remodel and Joe was the only one that impressed us right off the bat. He and his team did an incredible job from start to finish. It was a couple months of work and we weren't even ready for them to go that's how much we enjoyed having them around. Every day they cleaned up after themselves. We lived in our home during the remodel which isn't for the faint of heart, but working with a team like Joe's made it bearable. They were extremely trustworthy, kind, respectful, and professional. Their attention to detail was fantastic and I'm very picky. Joe had great ideas and suggestions throughout the process and was all in for my last minute changes/additions to the projects. He is thoughtful about his recommendations and always took our budget into consideration. I can't tell you how happy we were to find Loynes Construction. We will definitely be calling Joe for our next home project. Highly recommend!

We're in the middle of moving into and remodeling/ renovating our home. The house has beautiful…read morehard wood and stone floors but the bedrooms, closets, stairs and this kind of funky, stand alone, third floor room have such gross old carpeting in them. So our first plan of action is obviously getting rid of the carpet flooring and putting wood flooring in the rooms and marble in the closets. The funky room isn't fully enclosed and has pony walls going around the front half of it that overlook part of the house- mainly the living room- we had the idea of turning this into a playroom for our little one and really wanted to get it done by his birthday- problem we had less than a week to get everything done. We found G&A flooring- called- spoke to Brandon and told him our situation, he said okay hold on let me call you right back- he moved some stuff around- we went in the following day found a gorgeous light natural colored wood flooring that even had the slightly knotted look I wanted and two days before our little one's birthday they'd installed the wood flooring and they did an AMAZING job! The team he sent literally stayed from morning until almost 8pm to finish the job including new baseboards and painting them. We have now used them to do another room in the house, redo a staircase landing where a mini demo had to happen because of a leak and the guys who did the demo absolutely destroyed the wood flooring- we found 5 XL planks in our garage left over of the original flooring and G&As guys cut these to a T, without even a scrap left and did an AMAZING job at putting the floor back together and making it look like nothing had happened. They also just laid the marble down in both master bedroom closets and omg the difference it's made. They are EXTREMELY fair priced I cannot tell you how many joke companies have come in seen our home and tried to absolutely rob us- telling us the wood they're using is the highest quality stuff in "the game" right now and with installation and the rush installment they could do a room for $15,000. LMAO. I told this to Brandon and he not only told me the flooring they were trying to install was basically shit but he can install actual high quality wood done at unbelievably fair pricing- $2,000 for everything- materials, flooring, new baseboards and painting them, labor- everything. Four other companies with the same product gave us bids ranging between $3,900-$7,000 and then the obvious psycho with his crap material and his $15,000 bid lol Brandon also goes the extra mile with his clients-since Marble is one of the most expensive floorings to have done, he came out to our home a few days before the job and measured the areas to a T to make sure he didn't order a box over what we needed to keep the price as low as possible. We'll never not go to this company and this is after going to 11 different companies altogether in the area. G&A always has the most competitive/ fairest pricing, beautiful flooring (what we're looking for every time!) and gets jobs done within a week tops (usually only a few days) of having chosen the flooring. G&As teams that do the installations are also all amazing guys, hard workers, very respectful, extremely knowledgeable and they even fixed a door frame for us today free of charge. Absolutely recommend these guys and looking forward to them finishing the rest of our house. Thank you for everything!

I was really worried that a dark color would be hard to keep clean but the color is so beautiful I couldn't pass it up. Keeping it clean is actually amazing - you only need to use a dust mop and a bona wet mop pad dampened with warm water and it cleans up quickly and easily. Kevin at G&A was great to work with - he met all of his commitments, he came in before, during and after install. The install team was very efficient and did a great job. The baseboards also look fantastic. Kevin was so helpful in suggesting a solution for a design issue we had with the stair landing and it came out great. There was a small issue after install that required the install team to return and replace a portion of the floor. Kevin and the install team took care of this the very next day, and the repair was seamless. I really appreciated Kevin's attention to the project from start to finish. I highly recommend G&A flooring.
