We've had 2 other contractors in the past for a room addition and an installation of a 16 foot sliding door that required a lot of structural work. Throughout my entire new home project, the most challenging part was finding a reliable contractor to construct a platform for my roof deck hot tub. He gave a good low bid and we chose his new company. We were so glad we did. Joe is hands-on every aspect of the project. He is very detail oriented and can do all trades so there is no lag waiting for sub-contractors. Often multiple trades were working simultaneously. Joe does great drywall, tile and woodwork himself. Also can do plumbing and electrical or personally directs his assistants or subs. Total installation of new bathroom and renovation of bedroom took under 2 months. I'm extremely happy with the work that Loynes Construction performed. I had some HVAC issues that created mold so needed to move the location of the fan coil and the only option was to create a furnace closet. The newly created furnace closet would take away some of my master closet so Joe brought some ideas to make the most of the smaller closet and we removed the existing closet door and replaced with a barn door. He also moved the closet light from the wall to the ceiling and installed the new ceiling light. Joe is meticulous and trustworthy, when he had his crew working and he was off-site he had them FaceTime so he could approve the work or direct them so it would be up to his high standards. Joe is solutions focused and I really appreciated that as construction is not my expertise. I also appreciated the care and prep that his crew took in preparing my house for all the construction work.
