Returning to get another good quality USA-made bed (~$480 full size, non-rollable; the Taiwanese foldable ones that come originally in a box are around $250-300.) The other one is still in very good condition at home. The owner is very friendly and approachable and gave us a good deal with the bed frame. Price is negotiable if you pay with cash and bring it home yourself. They have been in business for over 30 years. You can go to the back of the store for pickup. read more

Either it was me being lazy or I got tired of searching online for a couch, after almost a decade of living in Daly City, I stopped by LT Furniture that is so close to my apartment and drive by it almost every day. I didn't have any expectations since they don't have a website, but I am sure glad I stopped by! It is a locally owned shop and has a good amount of couches, sofas, dining tables, beds, dresser drawers, and cabinets. The price and the quality was really reasonable. Plus, they delivered and put together the new couch and took away my old one for just $20 (+$10 tip for courtesy) in about 15 minutes. The staff wasn't pushy and was just calm and useful to point me out to the right couch I had in mind. I will definitely be checking out this store again if I need something. Apparently, I needed a refresher lesson on "shop locally whenever possible" and LT Furniture got to be the teacher. I temporarily lost my mind, listened to my novice interior-designer brother-in-law, and ordered two bed frames from Wayfair. The Wayfair delivery dates were a total lie and kept getting pushed out, and we have family moving to California to be with us and needed furniture. I have lived a few miles from LT Furniture for 15 years and, to my eternal shame, never stopped in until I was sort of desperate. I AM SO GLAD I DID. Ming and team are refreshingly lovely, straightforward, and helpful. There was no sales pressure and there was no BS, just a lot of "We do/do not have this in stock" and "This is the price" and "I can get that by this day." I wish ALL shopping was like this. There is real service here: Ming called the next day to follow-up on something he checked on. And, though I was not shopping for sofas/sectionals, they have an exceptionally good selection of them at fair prices, FYI. I bought a beautiful oak bed frame and headboard (better quality AND price than Wayfair BTW) on the spot and will be coming here for now on. read more

This is a mom-and-pop furniture store located near top of the hill Daly City that's owned by two brothers. They committed to giving customers reasonable and affordable furniture which is bar none better than you're higher end chain retail stores. Those stores operate on the mindset that it's easier to simply make cheaper quality furniture but for bigger bucks. As soon as you walk in you can be overwhelmed with the amount of furniture that they have on hand. Everything from futons, bed frames, sofas, loveseat, mirrors and even artwork can be found here. Vincent & Eric (the owners) are always helpful and willing to do almost anything to make sure that the customers feel like their getting quality service while and his store. Another perk about this place is depending on the amount of money you spend in the store, the delivery can be free. I've actually never had a problem with getting free delivery cause it's one of the pluses of shopping here. I highly recommend this place and although there aren't tons of reviews to support it. Every single one of the individuals that have done a review hear has recommended it as well. It's been around for years and at this same location. Lots of people in the community are aware of this furniture store so that speaks volumes about this place. I really hate furniture stores since it's high pressure purchasing. I read the reviews on here and we just moved so we checked it out in search for a couch, dining table, and a desk. Got a FANTASTIC deal! Definitely check them out! Low pressure, walked right in and they greeted us. He told us to take our time to look around and just come to him with any questions. Just what I wanted to hear. We did a first round and was impressed with a couch and asked if we bought other things if we could give us additional discount, and he said yes! We walked around a second time and picked out a dining table and a desk as well. We asked him questions about colors and delivery (FREE! if you're close). They have a very good section of couches and dining tables mainly, but there were a couple of desk, bed sets, and tv stands as well. Now the important part. The price. He gave us a great deal the first time around 980 for all 3 inclusive of tax and delivery. The couch was a suede L shapped couch, dining table included in 4 chairs, brown, and a desk with 3 drawers and a lock. We tried to bargain it down a bit more even though it was a fantastic price but he was pretty firm. Shipping: I just got my things delivered on Monday when we went to check it out on Friday. The desk was new so he had to order a new one and will delivery it as soon as he gets it! Two shipping guys were great! They brought in and set up our couch and dining table. They also removed the plastics and boxes for all the furniture when they left as well! If I ever upgrade/need more furniture I will definitely stop by LT Furniture again. read more

Came here looking for a dresser and within 20 minutes I found the right one! When you walk in the entrance everything can seem bit scattered but there is a process to the madness that you witness. Just walk through and begin looking for what you need. If you need some guidance feel free to approach the older gentlemen near the counter. He will not only point you in the right direction but walk with you to the area where you items might be. The selection of furniture here is decent overall. Most of what you see will be floor models so don't jump the gun that you will be taking the floor models home. They have the items in boxes. If you feel as though something might be a bit overpriced you can bargain somewhat with the sales guy. You can even bargain down on delivery costs if that is a service that you are interested in. FYI, if you are looking for a bed then this place has some good options. There are some nice bed frames here for those who have a king or queen sized bed. Finally decided to check out this little (not actually little! It's much bigger than it looks from outside) furniture store that we've passed by for many years. They have plenty of options and they're not pushy at all. The man that worked with us was really nice and helpful and we left having finally bought a loveseat recliner! Shipping was free- however, we did decide to tip- and the guy who delivered our loveseat was extremely quick. Overall, our experience shopping here was 100/10. Came here to buy a mattress after looking online. Their price is a little cheaper than Amazon and other places such as Kmart, Walmart and Target.com after considering the shipping prices. What made the price even better was the free delivery. In the long run it was about $50 cheaper for a $400 mattress. Just after getting the mattress, it had a chemical smell for days. read more

My boyfriend and I just moved from a small furnished apartment in SF to a fairly large sized house here in Daly City. That being said, you can only imagine how EMPTY our new home was besides the black trash bag decor filled with clothes and shoes! I've been on a hunt for a Reclining Sofa and Love Seat throughout SF and SSF (Ashley Furniture, Sears, Nice and Right, Macy's, Ana's Furniture, Room & Board, ETC.) EVERY and I mean EVERY single furniture store I went to, the set(s) I wanted, I was told it wasn't instock and the delivery time ranged from 1 week to 4 weeks! I was so desperate to purchase the sofa set of my dreams that I even offered every salesman / saleswoman that I'd buy the floor model! But no budge! Just when I wanted to give up my hunt and settle for the cheap stylish crap at Ikea.. I went on Yelp and found LT Furniture!! Upon walking into the store, absolutely NOTHING fancy shmancy BUT THE 2 FLOORS OF SELECTION WAS OUTRAGEOUS! 1st Floor is all the Sofas, Selectional Couches, Chairs, Barstools, Dining Sets, Coffee/End Tables, Etc. Second Floor is where all the Bedroom Furniture is displayed! We weren't greeted when we entered.. but I must be honest, I prefer that due to my past experiences at different stores. The millisecond you walk in the door, you'll be greeted and guaranteed to be STALKED the entire time you're looking around. Questioned as soon as you test a piece of furniture out.. Like as if the sales people are so thirsty for your money, no effs are given about privacy nor patience. Within 10 minutes of walking around, the owner Tony welcomed us and asked if we're interested in anything We pointed out a Reclining Love Seat with Media Center Console, the matching Reclining Sofa and (3)Suede swivel adjustable barstools. Tony whipped out his Calculator and added up the total for all (5)pieces. He said all (5) for $1500 and that price includes the delivery AND tax! I thought "WHERE THE HECK HAS TONY BEEN?!" I'm sorry but.. $1500 for 2 couches and 3 barstools is an absolute STEAL! I'm not one that has all the money in the world.. BELIEVE ME! But when I was being quoted $1200 for JUST a Reclining Love Seat*Rolls Eyes* you can only imagine how ecstatic I was! After Tony told us the price.. My boyfriend and I did this sudden pause and looked at each other as if we just seen Baby Jesus. Then I see my boyfriend squint and say.. "Perfect but how SOON can be get this all delivered?" Tony paused.. "I can have it all delivered by Friday!" Keep in mind, we walked in on a Sunday early afternoon. I wanted to jump for joy since I wasn't hearing a 1 week plus delivery time. I then hear; boyfriend, "there isn't anyway we can get it sooner? Our house is absolutely empty"... Tony paused again and said, "How about Wednesday between 2p-4p?" We instantly said "SOLD!" Our visit was only 30min. to look around, discuss price & delivery and pay! Now the waiting has begun. This was the real test to see if Tony was a truly great salesman.. [Will it all really be delivered by Wednesday? Will it all be brand new like Tony said or just the floor models?] GUESS WHAT?! The drivers arrived that Wednesday @ 3:30p and I didn't have to call to follow up or anything! The drivers unloaded, unpackaged, hauled and assembled all the furniture and removed all the packaging for their disposal! FIVE FRICKEN STARS HANDS DOWN! Tony is truly the FURNITURE GOD! Definitely will be returning for a dining room set and (2)bedroom sets! We will meet again LT! read more

This is the place you want to be if you are looking for decent furniture with good prices. This used to be L&L Furniture & Carpet but the owners revised their business and they no longer do carpeting anymore. When they were L&L Furniture they had a fantastic Yelp rating. Now as LT Furniture, they continue to have an outstanding rating. On the outside, it just looks like any other independent furniture store out there. But when you walk in, there are different types of furniture EVERYWHERE, from traditional to contemporary. Inside it is actually more like a large warehouse. Just browse through and see if you hit anything you like. If you don't, just like the comments from other Yelpers for L&L, you can ask to browse through their large collection of furniture catalogs. Basically selection is limitless. Order through them what you like in the catalogs. SImple! In terms of the quality of their furniture, they offer good quality stuff. Unlike the crappy stuff from thrift stores or from IKEA, their products actually last. I bought a beautiful formal dining table set from the maker Ashley Furniture for a price so low that I almost cannot reveal it here. Guess what....delivery included with the price also. HOLY SH_T. So yes, we have now come to the topic about pricing. Let's just say it never hurts to ask the staff if they can honor the price you offer, provided that it is reasonable. If they can make a profit yet still satisfy your bargain hunting needs, they will honor it. That to me is some good customer service. They're happy, you're happy. The other day I got some bookcases and dressers at prices that were essentially the lowest online price you could find on the Internet without the shipping cost. This means that their pricing is so low that they can actually compete with online stores. HOLY SH_T AGAIN. A brick & mortar store beating the prices of online stores? This is hard to come by but this place can do it. WOW. Vicent & Minh run this store. You can ask for them and they will treat you nice. By the way, if your furniture breaks (within a reasonable amount of time) due to a defect, they will be happy to replace it with the manufacturer. Trust me, once you build a relationship with this store and they get to know you well, you really don't need to go to any other furniture store anymore. I had just signed my lease for a new apartment and needed to load it up with some excellent looking furniture at a decent price. I heard about this place from a few of my friends and decided to check it out. As soon as I walked in I was overwhelmed with the selection size that they have. They have a plethora of sofas, tables, beds, and chairs on display, but even more in the catalogs! Make sure to ask them to see those as well. I wasn't badgered by the floor salesmen to hurry and pick out what I wanted. I was able to walk in, look around, and see what I liked on my own without being rushed or feeling pressured. Vincent and Tony were super patient and helpful. I tested out all the mattresses and was pleasantly surprised by their wide selection. I inquired about the price and knew it was worth it! For the quality, the price is UNMATCHED. I even saw brand name pieces like Ashley Furniture there for sale and much cheaper than what I've previously seen. The price also included delivery AND the man who delivered it set up my frame as well! Excellent customer service! Was referred here by a friend as I was moving into a new apartment and needed a new mattress. In the past 5 years, I think I've bought 2 mattresses just because I didn't feel like forking out that much, but I realized it was time to buy something of quality since it is something worth investing in. I always used spring mattresses but I decided to switch over to memory foam since I heard that it helps with back pains. The owner Vincent was really helpful and nice in helping me pick a mattress. Typically, for memory foam mattresses, they can run 1k+, but I was amazed at the prices this store offered, without cutting back on the quality (free delivery too!). It's been about 2 years since I've purchased my mattress (yeah yeah, I know this review is a bit late) but I can say I LOVE it - every time people lay down on it they always ask me where I got it from cause it's just so comfortable. It takes a while to break into, as with every mattress, but I don't get my lower back pains anymore and I sleep better at night now. This place is awesome. I needed a couch set very last minute while in San Francisco visiting my mother in law. It was a birthday gift but I needed it the same day. I came here to buy a new dining room table and chairs. The staff were very friendly and not pushy at all. They don't have as big of a selection as some other furniture stores, but they have several catalogs that you can look through and order anything from the catalog. I didn't find anything in the store, but ordered something out of one of the catalogs. They gave me a very reasonable price, delivery was $20 to SF, and they took away my old dining room table and chairs. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. After reading all the great reviews here on yelp, I had high hopes for this store. I really don't understand where all the good reviews are coming from. I'd say that maybe I came in on a bad day, but that just doesn't seem feasible. My husband and I stopped in yesterday to look for a new sofa. As we came in, we weren't greeted by any staff in the store. The only others there were a small group of three or four people by the counter speaking angrily in Chinese and pointing at some couches in the front of the store. Assuming at least of of them was a customer, I gave them time while we searched around the store by ourselves. We first looked through all the sofas and sectionals. To our disappointment, the quality of these couches were terrible. They were hard and uncomfortable. Not to mention the lack of variety. As we returned to the main room, it had seemed as though the ruckus had settled. Still no staff greeted us. Even as we walked right past them multiple times, they'd glance our way and continue to stare off in silence while sitting at their desk, appearing to be waiting for customers. Heading upstairs (we toured the entire store without a single interaction with staff) you begin to notice how dirty the place is as well. Don't get me wrong, the entire place was a little gross, but the upstairs is the worst. After deciding there was nothing of interest in the store, we soon left empty handed, feeling disappointed and frankly, a little frazzled. All in all, if you're looking for furniture of any kind, pass this store up. It's not even worth the glance. read more
