I purchased a black faux leather recliner in August of this year, and was initially pleased with the service and product after I got home and set it up. However, today in the center of the recliner, the fabric ripped from the stitching in the center where my lower back rests. I called the phone number several times and noone answers, and there is no way to leave a voice message. After owning it just under 4 months and not using it more than 4 days a week (as I am away visiting my family every weekend) and perhaps only 1-3 hours a day of those 4 days, I am upset that the quality of the recliners' upholstery has failed so soon, and feel as if I have wasted $400, which was the sale price for the recliner. Next time I have enough money to purchase a piece of furniture, this would be the last place I would visit, and even then I seriously doubt I would ever spend another minute or cent here. The fact that the recliner is as rarely used makes me feel duped. Do not shop here, at least for recliners anyway. read more

This place is AWESOME. Every aspect of our dealings here rated 5 stars. We happened to walk by it one evening while inside the Serramonte Mall & being in the market for new dining room chairs, thought we'd check it out. It's a beautiful place & we had a nice feeling right when we walked in. The owner greeted us warmly & said, "Please look around & let me know if you have any questions". That is exactly what I want to hear & in a very short time, found two different chairs we liked. We needed them to match an existing table, so Memet, the owner, said to leave him a deposit & go ahead & take them both. We did so and came back the next day & bought 6 of the chairs we liked best. We are happy with the quality, the selection, the pricing and the excellent service around the purchase. The owner was warm, friendly and informed. He was very easy & accommodating and he knows how to run a business efficiently. It's not that common anymore to get such excellent in person customer service which is why everyone turns to online sales & transactions to make purchases. But our experience here was so inviting & positive I would highly recommend you consider checking out this lovely little store the next time you need furniture. read more

Better off buying on Amazon or a more reputable department store such as Costco, IKEA, or Macys. Owner was kind and a great salesman, however overall quality of the item and service was a true let down. They have a partner moving service they suggest to utilize and they'll deliver/assemble/clean up. Unfortunately, their reputable moving service ended up damaging our couch and did not take responsibility. Instead, we as customers were blamed and passively accused of lying - not a great way to do business! Definitely my first and last time shopping at a local furniture store. The owner himself is a VERY nice man but the time delivery is not sufficient at all. We bought a new home & are set to move in by May 2021 so we stopped by here in February 2021 to buy a couple furnitures--ended up purchasing a dining table and bed. Dining table arrived on time but it was extremely heavy. My husband and 65 year old dad struggled to lift it to our Uhaul. There was no one in the store to help us and the sales associate only lend us a small cart for 3 different pieces of furniture that weigh hundreds of pounds EACH. Then our bed got pushed back. We were originally supposed to get it by mid-May but it kept pushing back until JULY 15. Keep in mind we ordered ahead in February. So I asked if they can deliver and honor the fees since it's 2 months later than promised date. The owner said no and wouldn't budge. I wasn't willing to rent another Uhaul and break my break trying to lift it myself. We ended up canceling the order. P.S, try to find the pieces online before making the final purchase here. I found the same EXACT pieces for at least $300-500 cheaper elsewhere. read more

So I wanted to ask the salesperson a question, but he said was unable to answer as a customer a second before although they were sitting far away testing a chair and said they wanted to purchase. I had no desire to wait for an answer to a quick question after a potential 20 minute or more wait. I had already waited to ask my question earlier, but because prior to that the only salesman in the store was playing kissy face with a gal that came in to visit him so I did not want to interfere. We purchased a couch and a love seat set for our new home. The couch material was soft and seemingly nice, however, after a month into moving in I noticed the couch stitching already unraveling. I buy furniture from this store since they opened and every time they demonstrate exclusive professionalism and care about their customers. Recently my wife and I decided to change our sofas. Since my boy grew up and understands that he can't damage furniture we wanted to buy a leather sofa set (sofa, love seat and armchair). The sales lady was very helpful with suggestions and she recommended a nice set made from very smooth leather. We liked it but the price was little bit higher than we could afford. After negotiating with her she offered a really good deal. Besides that the store owner offered a free delivery, which was surprising too. After one week they delivered and assembled the set in my living room. Now we enjoy our sofas. They very elegant and perfectly match with our living room environment! Thank you Divano Home! Came by here with my boyfriend to buy a couch for his place. Rusty helped us out and was so nice but niceness doesn't get you stars, customer service does. We paid for the couch on 9/24 and they didn't have the color we wanted in stock so they said they have to wait for the shipment to come in. On the invoice it says it will be available for pick up after 10/10. We had to get our own truck to pick it up so we did on 10/11. The couch wasn't even there let alone ready for pick up. I called them to speak to the manager (who rusty says is never around or comes in randomly... idk how they run a store when the manager is nowhere to be found). I told them since it's their fault the couch wasn't there as expected that they should deliver it to us and she simply said they can't as they hire outside movers to do deliveries. I knew that but as a business you should take care of that charge that's not really my freakin problem if you have to pay for it yourself. All Rusty said was how she can give me a discount on another item and I'm thinking for what? So I can spend more money on this store for more shitty customer service? That or she can refund the money. This is probably why I never see anyone in this store ... because they suck and everyone knew except for me. read more
