Crystal was amazing- very personable, very sweet, but the company nickels and dimes viewed for every single thing. I had acrylics and it cost $10 to remove the previous polish. Obviously they're going to have to remove it to redo it, but they don't tell you you're going to be charged for it. they advertise 30 and $50 pedicures and manicures, but they keep adding to it. Overall, the experience wasn't absolutely horrible. my nails look very good and the man knew what he was doing. but what i had a problem with was that i was charged for LONG nails when these were barely medium length. I was told that these were past medium length & I would love to see what is considered medium length. The nail technicians and staff were very nice and friendly. There were plenty of color options to choose from and they do all types of services including dip/SNS, gel, regular, acrylic, manicures, pedicures. Very good option for the price, just not the nicest nail salon I've ever been to or the best nails I've had done. Do not waste your time or money. This salon has been ok the first two times I've gone. The third was my worst & final trip here. My nail tech cut me open horribly, did not have her nail license displayed & did not properly paint my nails. I left with 6 fingers nicked and inflamed cuticles from the job she did. My thumb as seen in photos she nicked really badly and did not take proper precaution to clean, wipe or pause services with my bleeding. She dragged her finger nail into the bleeding and continued to use tools over the blood. This was not sanitary for me or for any other customers that she'll be using those tools on. I had asked her to stop and not paint the nail that could not stop bleeding and she did not listen, continued to paint and cure it with gel. I am now left with blood dried into the gel, a throbbing thumb & puffiness surrounding her cut.This can also result in a serious infection. Overall bad experience & despite the harsh filing & cuts she had polish all over my skin, painted unevenly and it's already popping off my nails. I have gone to Ty (sy) for 6 months and he is incredible. He is an expert all different styles whether that be dip, acrylic, regular manicure, designs, etc. he takes his time and does exactly what you want. He also is great at conversation and makes appointments fun. The prices are also pretty reasonable for the quality you get. Definitely make an appointment versus walking in because they are busy! Ty did my nails for my wedding with clear sparkle as the base and pearls with gold balls as accents and they were the most beautiful set I've had. My nails always last about 1 month and I do workout a lot with them. read more

It's too bad that ZERO STARS is not an option. I wasn't going to leave a negative review until I went back in to speak to someone about fixing one of my nails and my experience was even worse. I had the worst manicure of my life 3 days ago. I was cut in 2 places and left with polish all over my hands. When the tech couldn't get the polish off using remover, she literally started filing my skin! I had to yell at her to stop. I went back in today because I already had chipping. When I showed the pictures I had taken 3 days ago and said what had happened, no reaction. Nothing. They said my hands were fine. it was a really poor quality gel manicure. They had an older man working on Sunday and he didn't remove all of the old gel before starting to apply the new. I ended up with uneven, bumpy, flooded manicure. it looked like I had done it myself, although mine may have been better. it took over an hour and when I was "done." Although they did a nice job in my nails they were totally unprofessional and rude. I came in for a fill in repair and my fiancé came in for a pedicure. The man who did my fill and repair job kept burning my nail beds with the drill. When I told him it hurt, he just told me to stop moving and would shake his head in disgust. This continued to happen regardless of how often I told him. My fiancé waited patiently as several other women came into the shop, who didn't have an appointment and were led back to the pedicure stations. My experience at this salon was disappointing, and the quality of work was not up to my expectations.. They tried to upcharge me as soon as I arrived, telling me it would be $35 for a fill-in with gel, but an extra $5 for cutting my nails down. When I told them I just wanted them cut down to the length they had grown, they said it would still be $35. The tech started working on my nails, but then told me I needed a new full set, which I didn't have time for. She became upset and had an attitude, then told me it would be $40 for cutting my nails down and an extra $5 for replacing a lifting nail. I pretty sure my sister and I just got screwed completely by the prices we just payed. I got acrylic on my natural nail which is super short and color change on my toes and it came out to $62 Why?! My sister got long length acrylic with tips and a pedi, and was charged $90; they were not worth that at all. The prices are not real, they are ridiculous! I've never had my finger tips feel like they do after getting my nails done!!! my fingers started to get this burning sensation when he started applying the product as if I put my finger tips into a flame!!! I asked a friend who referred me if she experiences it and she said said yes! It's only with the "dip powder" ?? My daughter did not get dip but stated her fingers felt very sensitive after.... Today I went to LT Nails and Spa on 6 Mile Cypress, Fort Myers, FL. I am following the "Very Best" Nail Technician "MiLou". She recently started at this Nail Salon. I had gone to her for 3 years for both Shellac Nails and Pedicure and also for eyebrows. She does an excellent job and is very friendly. Although I have to now drive 25 minutes it is worth it as a great location with many stores nearby. The leg and arm massage is like no where else. She is quick, but also a perfectionist. The staff was also very friendly and offered me something to drink, etc. Be sure to ask for MiLou, you will not be sorry. read more

The clueless clod came to my chair and tried to remove my old polish with what turned out to be alcohol. After 40 minutes of no service, I took my alcohol cotton off my toes and walked out. My powder dipped nails started to fall of the next day. So I went back and they fixed it for free. It was great! Then I went on vacation for under 2 weeks, they all fell off except for 4. When I went back they told me that they wouldn't take off the nails that were already falling off for free. Or repaint my other nails for free! After my sister, mother, grandmother and I ALL got our nails done and paid over $200!! They still said that they wouldn't do it for free! They argued that we waited to long to come back that it had been 3 weeks, it had been less than 2 weeks! We walked out of there so fast without my nails redone or our money back!
