Jake, the owner, quickly responded to my request for a quote. He described how they would do the ceiling. He had a machine that had a vacuum attachment that removed nearly all of the dust. He showed us pictures of some of his recent work and we were sold. Although they were busy, we got on their schedule quickly. Tommy, the crew lead, was absolutely amazing. His team had a work ethic that you rarely witness. Their attention to detail was superb. Even after a couple of months, I walk into the redone rooms and just smile. Then they gave me a quote. I scheduled a date and time for the move. The guys showed up with a big truck on the day of the move. They were friendly and assured me that the items will be loaded and moved safely. They handled the statues with care and carried them to the backyard and placed them where I wanted. The whole process was smooth and the movers were genuinely willing to help. Their moving costs were pretty reasonable. I am glad that I found reliable help with my moving needs. During the move, my walls were dented and damaged, my door was damaged, my couches and chairs were damaged, my $1,500 Frame TV was damaged, and several other furniture items were damaged as well. What made the situation even more frustrating was the company's response afterward. I documented the damages and provided photos, but the manager only offered a $750 credit for the TV while refusing to take responsibility for many of the other damages. I am still left paying approximately $1,400 for the move, plus the cost of repairing my walls and replacing or repairing damaged furniture. The company also claimed that my furniture was wrapped during the move, which is simply not true. None of my furniture was wrapped by their crew. Only my TVs were covered with blankets when they were picked up. Instead of working toward a fair resolution, I was told through text message that the $750 was the most they would do. Moving into a new home should be exciting, not stressful and expensive because of preventable damage. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
