Leaving 4 stars as the management was quick to resolve what could have been a 1 star review. My experience wasn't great with initial visit. Team was busy, hot and miserable, and no all equipment working. However it trickled over to my experience as a customer. However, I called customer service. Manager / owner very quick to respond and resolve. Very polite and professional. Showed up at home to check over car, Had come back up to make it right and was a very difference experience. Second time I went to this place. It will be the last. Every time I'm there they tell me there's not somebody that is able to rotate tires or do some other service. There were zero cars that they were working on. And it was like I was putting them out to do their jobs. So lazy read more

My tire blew out on the highway and I was able to pull over to the parking lot near Jiffy Lube. I called to see if they could help and they immediately came over and put my spare tire on. Great service, clear explanation of what they were able to offer and gave options, and very respectful of my time.

I found the staff (especially Harold) extremely helpful explaining jiffy lube and how they operate. I really felt special when I had a problem with my vehicle oil pan and the screw that threaded (worn badly) and that I needed to make a vehicle service call. Also, I needed a battery as my battery was bad. They showed the voltage printouts and even ordered a battery from another place. I will go today to get my battery. read more

I'm not a frequent reviewer of things, but I am always very satisfied getting my engine serviced at this Jiffy Lube. I've never had to wait because of the bays being full, the employees are kind and helpful & don't seem to push unnecessary charges/services on you. Not happy at all. I have been taking my car here for 5 years. Today I get a oil change and told the representative I had a coupon he asked me how much and I told him I had a 15.00 coupon twice he said he would take the coupon off and ended up charging me the full amount and told me he couldn't fix it. Promised me a discount on my future oil change unfortunately I can no longer trust this shop after 5 years.. read more

I really felt like they bent over backwards for me. I'm sorry for those that may not feel this way. Folks we can all get a bad mechanic on their way out. And they can give a company a bad name. I really think though Jiffy Lube's policy has been to give the best customer service they possibly can. I've been going to them since they first opened and I've felt like they gave it their best. I wish I could give a negative star. I was there at opening and sat there for 45 min. I was the next car in line with one in the bay. A car comes flying up and pulls close to an empty bat. The employees took the man that pulled right up after I was there for 45 min and just told me oh well. There was only one crew there as well. This place is garbage. Do not waste your time. Outstanding set of efficient technicians! I had my car in and out in less than 20 minutes and the oil and filters were changed, all the other 14 point services performed, and the service lights were reset. everyone was very nice but there wasn't nothing fast about it I was there for quite a while. all in all they were pretty good.

Don't trust Jiffy Lube with service on your vehicle unless you can afford to replace your car outright. Their goal in the claims process, when your engine seizes up due to NO OIL following an oil change, is to dig for any reason to avoid even a small amount of responsibility. I will never patronize another Jiffy Lube establishment and encourage anyone else to be cautious before you trust them with your vehicle maintenance. read more

Horrible service & negligent to safety procedures. 1st visit -- They broke my air filter cover 2nd visit -- They didn't put my transmission cap back on. 3rd visit -- THEY LEFT MY HOOD UNLATCHED & it started flapping on the highway! NEVER GO HERE! I complained to the corporate office & they never replied. Horrible company. I highly suggest going to Valvoline Instead. Way nicer & proper detail to safety. read more

1/2 hour over given wait time just to have the guy doing my state inspection ask for help from 2 other associates and even asked his manager about a part name that even I knew. He walked around my car several times and it looked like he was looking for an excuse to fail me. He came over to me and sure enough he failed me for having the windshield tint slightly below the as1 line. I was told I could get it fixed and come back in 20 days for a free redo on the inspection. Just come back and he could just visually verify the fix and pass me. I got the tint fixed and returned 45 minutes later to have him tell me I have to wait another 20 minutes , which again turned into closer to 40 minutes. After he pulled the car in he disappeared and the manager had to finish the visual inspection. I will never go back read more

Took it in on the 22nd for an oil change. On the 23rd I found a massive puddle of oil under my car, and checked the oil level and it was half full. Took it back in on the 25th and the manager told me that I had oil on my skid bar and my oil level was full. He said it was not cleaned up after the change. (Why was it not cleaned in the first place.) I took it back home and let it sit over night. Today I checked under the car and it had another massive puddle of oil underneath the car. I checked the level again and it is low. Now I have to get it towed to a mechanic shop to get looked at because I don't trust this location. read more

This is my go to place for my oil changes! Just witnessed the most perfect thing in awhile! This elderly lady was just waiting for an oil change and the guy comes and tells her that she doesn't need one...that she has only driven 1k miles! She tells him that she has retired and doesn't drive that much, but her son said that she needed an oil change! He explained that oil can last a lot longer nowadays and he would put her a new sticker on.. but he would not be wasting her money! Kudos to the service guy! read more

Avoid. You have better things to do with your time. Tried to get a safety inspection, but they had apparently lost their state license and were waiting for a renewal. Waited, since they were closest. Came at 9 as directed, only to be told the inspector doesn't get here till 10, just like another review, oddly enough. Got failed for a bad wheel bearing, but the true cause was a ball joint, but not wanting to risk further aggravation, I replaced that too, which, in hind sight was a mistake. After I got that fixed, I tried to get a reinspect, said we will get you in if you get in by 4. Got there by four and was instantly turned away. The inspector, who doesn't start till ten apparently, quits at 4 and they said they got more cars in so too bad. I just made an appointment elsewhere and will never go back. read more

Will never go back! Oil all over driveway next day. New truck 9000 miles. They fixed that. Next they put miles down wrong 5000 miles off. That could of caused some serious warranty problems. They said sorry for the inconvenience. That was it. They should git a 0 but 1 is the lowest. read more

It takes alot for me to leave a negative review, with that said the following occurred! First no call when vehicle was done with inspection, only after i call at end of day do they tell me my 3 week old wiper blades cause me to fail inspection, rather than argue i agree to replacing the one blade, $30.00 later and a day i get my car back! Clearly predatory tactics to increase revenue! Very disappointed and to top it off when i expressed that i was unsatisfied he stapled a review pamphlet to my receipt and said in a smug voice " look forward to your review!" read more

My regular oil change location forgot to put windshield wiper fluid in my car :( and during a snowy ride to work I could hardly see. I had to pull off the road and found this Jiffy Lube. I would have been happy to pay to have fluid put in, but they added the fluid for me very quickly without charge. The staff that were there were very friendly and helpful. I tried contacting Jiffy Lube Corporate. The number disconnects you prior to answering. I was e-mailed a message from Jiffy Lube the day after my post. Jiffy Lube message asked me for my phone number so that they can reach out to me. They state that this is not acceptable. To date, I have never heard from Jiffy Lube. They are a scam!!!!! read more

Fantastic! Our air pressure light came on and they checked our tires for free! Really friendly, helpful people, and they don't try to scam you into buying a bunch of extras. They know you just want an oil change and don't push you into getting stuff you don't need. read more
