Wagbnb booked her into a spacious suite at a moment's notice, sent lots of photos and videos of my puppy's stay, and made sure she was comfortable and safe. When my puppy was a bit too nervous for playgroup, staff immediately contacted me and arranged to do individual play with my puppy instead. Staff puts dogs' safety first. Puppy came home without being overtired, hungry, or thirsty. I rarely board my pets. When I do, Wag is the only place in town that I trust.

There is no evidence of recent accidents It's just in the air. It is very chaotic in the morning There is no counter area counter separating the metal tables with computer wires and the metal chairs. The sound level is jarring with no sound barriers. More than once I have picked my dog up dog and he has been soaked in urine like he had been laying in it. I asked about it and I was told it must be water. More than once I have had to take my dog to a dog wash and shampoo him before I could take him home.. Incidents such as these along with the uncaring attitude, the front staff has shown has sent me over the edge. I am not taking my pet back and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Their front desk staff (including Kassandra and Courtney) is helpful and friendly, and they always recognize us and our dog and come out to pet him! We've worked with several vets for basic check-ups, including Dr. Ford and Dr. Thomas, and they are kind and gentle. For daycare, we love Rhonda, LaDonna, and Daniel- they are always so sweet with our dog. Once I came to pick up my dog from day care early, and they let me go back to the outdoor area to watch him play (without any notice), which I always take as a good sign! How we came to be customers at Above and Beyond was because we found our dog on the street one cold Saturday morning, and they were one of the only vets in town that had Saturday afternoon hours. They checked him over for us and did a last minute rush on his vaccines. Of course we love that whenever we come to visit they always remember our story! Finally, we are moving to Chicago, and they called all around town to track down a specific vaccine that we needed before our move. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. We are sad to leave Above and Beyond because we cannot say enough good things about them!!!

I spent two weeks trying to decide where to leave them, and I'm so glad we chose Tipton Pet Hotel. One of my favorite things was that the dogs have access to both indoor and outdoor spaces--it gave me so much peace of mind. The facility itself smelled amazing (which says a lot!), was very clean, and felt welcoming right away. The staff were warm, caring, and even let me check out their room with them, which I really appreciated. The absolute best part, though, was the communication. I truly felt like they cared about my girls. One of ours is a recent rescue, and I was a little nervous about how she would adjust, but they were so kind, patient, and genuine. And they didn't even ask what vet we normally use! Then today she was nauseated and vomited 9 times in a hour which led to an overnight stay for dehydration. I will never ever take my dog back inside the doors of a PetSmart and I don't plan on ever shopping there again either.

June I left him there for 5 nights with enough food for that duration. When i picked him up there was 2 days of food left so i guess they decided he didn't need to be fed every day. This visit I had a reservation for 2 nights. I was called this morning and asked if I was picking him up today and I said yes. when I went to pick him up I was told that I wasn't supposed to pick him up till Tuesday so again he wasn't groomed. 3rd time a charm, I won't do business with people that don't take care of their business.
