I spent two weeks trying to decide where to leave them, and I'm so glad we chose Tipton Pet Hotel. One of my favorite things was that the dogs have access to both indoor and outdoor spaces--it gave me so much peace of mind. The facility itself smelled amazing (which says a lot!), was very clean, and felt welcoming right away. The staff were warm, caring, and even let me check out their room with them, which I really appreciated. The absolute best part, though, was the communication. I truly felt like they cared about my girls. One of ours is a recent rescue, and I was a little nervous about how she would adjust, but they were so kind, patient, and genuine. I wish I had gotten the name of the person I spoke with because she was incredible. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Tipton, for taking such great care of our girls!

I was assured she would be with other dogs to match her energy and I was so happy to see pictures of both of them having a great time playing in the water. They were happy and tired when we got home. I will always use Tipton to care for these two when they can't come out of town with us.

Wagbnb booked her into a spacious suite at a moment's notice, sent lots of photos and videos of my puppy's stay, and made sure she was comfortable and safe. When my puppy was a bit too nervous for playgroup, staff immediately contacted me and arranged to do individual play with my puppy instead. Staff puts dogs' safety first. Puppy came home without being overtired, hungry, or thirsty. I rarely board my pets. When I do, Wag is the only place in town that I trust.

There is no evidence of recent accidents It's just in the air. It is very chaotic in the morning There is no counter area counter separating the metal tables with computer wires and the metal chairs. The sound level is jarring with no sound barriers. More than once I have picked my dog up dog and he has been soaked in urine like he had been laying in it. I asked about it and I was told it must be water. More than once I have had to take my dog to a dog wash and shampoo him before I could take him home.. Incidents such as these along with the uncaring attitude, the front staff has shown has sent me over the edge. I am not taking my pet back and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

We've been using Good Paws exclusively for many years. They have always managed to find room for our two Yorkies, even on short notice. Our dogs are always clean and happy to see us when we return. They do not seem stressed. One great thing Good Paws does is give us a discount for the second dog when they are kept together. We just had a great example of the service provided, as we had to board our dogs at the last minute due to a family member dying of cancer halfway across the country. They got us in for what we thought would be a one week stay, but they we able to let us stretch that to fifteen days when the funeral was delayed. We never worry about the care and attention our dogs will receive. They are a bit outside of town, but conveniently located to the airport when you are flying. We would rather change our own travel plans, than to use another boarder for our dogs.

Above and Beyond is the best vet/daycare in town!!!! Absolutely great customer service. They have…read moregreat hours, too! Their front desk staff (including Kassandra and Courtney) is helpful and friendly, and they always recognize us and our dog and come out to pet him! We've worked with several vets for basic check-ups, including Dr. Ford and Dr. Thomas, and they are kind and gentle. For daycare, we love Rhonda, LaDonna, and Daniel- they are always so sweet with our dog. Once I came to pick up my dog from day care early, and they let me go back to the outdoor area to watch him play (without any notice), which I always take as a good sign! How we came to be customers at Above and Beyond was because we found our dog on the street one cold Saturday morning, and they were one of the only vets in town that had Saturday afternoon hours. They checked him over for us and did a last minute rush on his vaccines. Of course we love that whenever we come to visit they always remember our story! Finally, we are moving to Chicago, and they called all around town to track down a specific vaccine that we needed before our move. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. We are sad to leave Above and Beyond because we cannot say enough good things about them!!!

They then told me to come back a week later, when I brought all 3 back they told me they were only planning to fix one of them and when I finally got to take her home she had many complications the following days, we ended up having to take her to another vet because her wound got infected which is something that's never happened to me before. Mind you the first time I came they took all three cats back to get examined they told me I had to get a fecal sample, but the next time I showed up to get them fixed they tried to gaslight me saying they had never taken them back and pretended they had never asked for the sample. Altogether it was unprofessional and not only a waste of my time but my money that I could've spent on taking care of my babies.
