These guys are complete jerks. Actually I should say just the manager is a complete jerk. Every single time I try to go here to get my oil change, the first thing he does a shake his head at me when I pull in, then says he's too busy. I don't know how much business he costs his company with his attitude but I'm betting it's more than his salary. We were on a trip south on Hwy 101 when the temperature warning light came on. We added some coolant fluid, but that didn't help. So we took the next exit and drove to the nearest service station. Thank goodness it was Lube N Go! They gave us an estimate, ordered a new thermostat, installed it, took our car on a test drive to make sure everything worked, and we were back on the road 90 minutes after we pulled in. Everyone at Lube N Go was courteous, friendly, and professional. This being the second time a new thermostat was installed on this vehicle, I can tell you that this team got it done faster and for less than at the other place. I couldn't be happier with how we were treated at Lube N Go. Highly recommend it! read more

I always went there because of the customer service and the coupons didn't hurt. However it is now under new ownership and the customer service is lousy. He got oil and grease all over my mat and door and then blamed it on the fact that he just bought the place and he didn't have time to clean it. Never had that problem before. No coupon could make me go back. read more

Went to take a my new project car in to get smogged , for a title transfer. Right off the bat this old guy was a dick, not friendly at all. We pulled the plug and decided to go somewhere else. Im not about to be accused of having a illegal smog previously done in december just because its a louder car. I've never had any problems with these guys. I've dealt with three of the employees ( I don't know how many people work there) and I've had a reasonably good experience each time. I've been taking my truck here for years and they're work is just fine. I'm just not a fan of the price on these kinds of things in general. Unless I can go to a Toyota dealership/service center (no longer available) their prices will do just as good as anybody else's. read more

I went to the LUBE N GO on theater drive. The tech Joe Plumm was very, very helpfully in answering my questions. I was unable to bring my car in so he suggested that he could come to my home and look at it. This person went out of his way for Customer Service, above and beyond. I don't know of anyone else that would have done that. He was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose my vehicle. As long as he is at the Theater drive location I will continue to go there. read more

Do not take your car here for an oil change! First time to take my granddaughter's car here and right after it started to leak oil in a major way. We took it back and they told us it wasn't their problem and to take it to a mechanic. So we are tomorrow, and I'm so interested in what he says! My son said the same thing happened when he took his car in, leaked oil right after! Never again!! read more

If I could I would give a negative stars. I had never used lube n go but thought I needed an oil change and had the time so I stopped. Bad mistake. When I drove up, there were no other customers, the workers made me feel that I was wasting their time. I had a very unfortunate experience at this establishment. I had taken my suv there for a simple oil change and informed them that I will be providing them with my own premium oil and filter. They get in the car to move it into the service bay and they couldn't even figure out how to put the car in drive. That was my first red flag which prompted me to observe the service being conducted. Well while watching from OUTSIDE the service bay area I was told by Mike, the tech to go elsewhere as he did not appreciate someone watching him while he worked. I explained to him that I had some reservations as to his familiarity with this type of vehicle and he told me that he'd figure it out and that maybe I should have taken it somewhere else. Wow, where are your people skills?? Very rude and quite blunt, this guy had no filter whatsoever. I stepped away and gave him his space however I was still within eyesight. That's when he comes and tells me that this oil change was going to cost me $79.90 despite supplying him with all the materials. I said that your standard oil changes that include oil&filter are $39.95 how did it double? He said that my car was premium and that it required special pricing. That's when I informed him that I had a coupon for this service and that I would only have to pay for what it called for. Well that's when things got worse, he said it was an old coupon despite not having an expiration date. Things got heated and the manager had to step in. The coupon was ultimately honored but not without a fight and the service was the worst that I have ever experienced to date! Never again....... read more

I was trying to get an oil change on my lunch before heading out of town for the weekend and went to the Spring St location which was overly busy. I headed over to the Theatre Dr location and was able get in fairly quickly. During the oil change they asked me about my filter s and I declined. When I got back into my car, I was looking for something in the glove box and when I opened it everything fell out onto the floor. So in the process of checking the filter behind the glove box, they took it apart but didn't put it back together, or the air filter all the way back in. I figured no big deal I can do that myself real quick. Boy was I wrong as they had lost one of the stoppers that keeps my glove box from falling out. They half heartedly looked in the vacuum drum to see if it was there and then searched my car, which I had already done. Now I have to go buy another one so my stuff stays in the glove box. I guess I won't ever use this location again. read more
