But then last month, it happened twice in three weeks--first time was my old radiator finally giving out, and the second time was a brake issue. Both times were terrible timing, and I really needed my car back fast. Even without an appointment, they fit me in, got the parts quickly, and had me back on the road way faster than I expected. That kind of service under pressure is rare. I was so grateful that they understood the predicament I was in and they, as per usual, took great care of me.
