UPDATE: I was due for another oil change so based on my last experience with Lube Pit Stop I decided to do it myself. In the process of doing so I discovered two more things they failed to perform. 1) They did not replace my crush washer on my drain plug. Instead it was visibly obvious by its warped geometry that they simply reused the old crush washer and had to over torque the drain bolt so it wouldn't leak. 2) They failed to replace 2 out of 3 of the newly supplied gaskets on the filter housing which means they had to initially remove the old ones and replace them with NOTHING. WTH is with these people? I neither recommend nor trust this establishment to do anything they advertise to offer. Do not bring your vehicle here! read more

Went in on friday at around 4:30 with my honda civic. As usual the oil change did not take long but the guys did not check anything at all on my car. They were just standing around. As i left i checked my receipt and i got charged for a full service but nothing was looked over. Im not the type to complain but if im paying for a service i would expect it to be performed, or at least given the option to just get a regular oil change and not have to pay for some that isnt done. Management needs to have a sit down with these guys or at least let them know . My friend introduced me to this place because he has been taking his car here for years. Lube Pit Shop is very quick, I was in and out in a matter of minutes, which felt like seconds. It's adjacent to Auto Zone, right behind it specifically. It can be easy to miss since it's kind of hidden. Once you pull up to the front entrance, they will guide you to drive up and be in alignment so the car does not fall in the pit. Sometimes, they position the car themselves. Lastly, they also checked my air pressure and put air in my tires. Overall, I have not had any issues with coming here and have been a customer since 2020. I would recommend. read more

I've been here twice with 2 different cars. Both Honda and both times the oil pan or whatever the part is underneath the car has come loose and started to drag while driving. Either these young guys are inexperienced or don't know how to work with Hondas. Maybe all cars too. It's fast service, but quality of work is bad. Stop going anywhere else and make this your go-to spot. I have been coming for 4 years and have yet to have a wait over 15 min. Once you have your car in the bay it is not even 5 minutes and the job is done. The staff moved quickly and are professional. I asked them to take a look at my air filter and instead of trying to get me to buy a new one they simply blew it out with compressed air and put it back in. I went here for a quick oil change. I had been here one time before and figured it was quick and easy. Yeah, until I realized that they put the most expensive oil in my car without asking. I said I was there for a regular oil change. When I looked at the bill, after I paid, I saw that they used 100% synthetic oil. My car is a 2013 Equinox. It doesn't need that! No wonder it cost $95. I should've gone to Pep Boys where it costs less than $50 and they rotate your tires for free. Never going here again. Rip off artists! read more

Grew up going to this place and haven't had a problem until the last year. We keep out vehicles very maintained. However I will never go back to this place. Went to get my oil changed and they either didn't put enough or didn't add any and still charged me! A week or so later my motor blew. Then recently my best friend went and the same thing happened to him. Two weeks ago same thing happened to my sister. It almost happened to my mom but we caught it in time. The girl at the front desk was RUDE!!!! I would have given them an easy 5 stars based on the exceptional and quick service from the guys performing the oil change. I haven't had such an awkward customer service experience. I walked in and she did not make eye contact or even acknowledge me. I had my wallet out and waited for her to finish with her paper work to let me know if I should pay or wait until they were done with my car. She didn't even look at me when I got to the counter when I was in front of her and she just walked away. So I decided to just sit down. Another car pulled up and the customer stood by the counter and I was sitting down on the side. Then the girl finally decided to acknowledge me but the first thing she said was, "It's $33.52." I thought she was saying that to the customer that was standing by the counter, and thought there was no way someone would talk to a customer like that. Then she repeated it again, and so I got up and paid. ***From the time I walked into the store to the time I left, she did not say anything not even a "hi" or smile. Didn't even say "excuse me" to let me know she was talking to me. The only thing that she said was how much to pay out loud!! I hope they get someone new to replace her. Rolled in today @2:26pm. Rolled out @2:36pm. So I get there ready to turn down what ever up-sell they were going to offer me, and I pop the hood. To my surprise, they only asked, "Oil/filter change and/or coolant flush". I said only oil/filter. While these few words are being exchanged, there was already someone underneath my car, draining my oil. By the time they asked me for my information, the oil was drained, the filter was changed and they were already filling it back up. I paid $31, which is right around average price. Yeah, I could have done it myself, but... 1. I don't have a garage and it's 89º outside. 2. No jack stands... 3. This would have taken me around 30min because it's duck butter hot outside. So all in all, for the speed in which they got me out of there, I would definitely say that it's a pretty good deal. ***By the way, I totally forgot to take a picture of this place. Which is very important in my book since I travel for work. I've already been here 5 times in row, it was my new favorite place until I found out my coolant was very low after taking it for a full service check and oil change. Something I feel could have been caught while performing a full inspection like most places. The only reason why I'm giving a 2 stars is because their service is very friendly. I have been getting my oil changed here for about 25 years. Well, to be honest, there was a stretch of about 4 years from 1997-2001, when I didn't work in the area, so I didn't go. Anyway they provide a great service at a good price. You're in and out quickly, but during the short time you are waiting, there is a barrel of peanuts to munch on. There's a clean bathroom to use also. The best thing about the place is that they don't try to sell you on another service you probably don't really need. read more
