Be AWARE. If I can only leave ZERO stars, I Would. I work over 60 hours a week in the medical field. My girlfriend is a full time student, going to school 30 miles one way. I don't have time as I used to when it comes to checking and servicing my own cars. So I decided to go to this place and trust them. Worst decision ever. I finally have the time to make this review. 4 weeks ago we went in for a full synthetic oil change, with a coolant top off (rip off pricing but what can I do when I don't have the time) . How is it possible within 2 weeks after service. My girlfriend's car is broken down and smoking in the highway. I check her fluids and she has ZERO oil and ZERO COOLANT?! The entire engine is now messed up and shot. So I had to purchase an entire new engine to replace and you can just imagine how much I had to pay. My mechanic inspected the old engine and said there was no signs of leaks anywhere, and it's like they just didn't put any oil at all. I also took my own car to this place prior and just recently did an oil change service at a local mom and pop shop. The guy was extremely nice and blunt about everything. He asked who was doing my oil change before since they used a cheap aftermarket oil filter and also I wasn't aware until he pointed it out that I didn't have a hose in my coolant reservoir this entire time. How's that for fully inspecting your car at jiffy lube haha. I'm done with this review. Aminadab went above and beyond during my visit! He provided excellent customer service, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. On top of that, the pricing felt very fair for the quality of service, which is something I really value. Got on the phone this morning with this guy to get an oil change priced out on my mini Cooper which I've had standard synthetic oil changes done for many years, and the cost was always $79-$89. I've had it done many times at Jiffy Lube! Then this guy tells me I have to have some bullshit European oil change now that they want to charge $130-$140 for. Came here for an oil change and upon returning to my regular mechanic he spotted that the oil jiffy lube used is poor quality (never seen oil darker than that) not only that but they cross threaded some bolt (didn't need to be done like that) and nearly damaged my drain plug! The service to my car was good. The only thing is that once I got charged, I got a call from my bank that someone tried to take cash out from an atm machine. The address to that atm was from the bank across the street from the jiffy lube. I am very disappointed about this! Took my car in for a oil change, picked my car up and left it home! Found out two days later that my oil was leaking and low! Took it back and the "fixed it" by putting a new oil filter! Did not fix it again it was leaking! Told them and they denied everything. Took it to dealer and they charged me 250$ to steam engine and they found the oil filter was a cheap one they used and it was leaking! They replaced with oem filter. No leaks now! Took receipt to jiffy lube (Daniel asst manager) he decided to kick me off property for just talking, the owner and him said to take them to court! So will be going to court now. Rip off and will be reporting to BBB. Also jiffy lube corporate. They are scammers. I encourage people to use another location. Scammers. read more

This place was fast they changed oil and air filter in about 10 minutes..The downside is if you have a fleet account, they don't know how service the account, waited over 20 minutes and two guys to use a computer to figure out what type of service was approved for the milage of the vehicle, it was for a oil change and tire rotation, so they took the new air filter out and placed the old one back in then they started the tire rotation, I wouldn't come back to this location for any service. If you just need your oil changed and have cash and everything else is closed you might consider this place. And just to be fair I tried Valvoline let me tell you that place is the worst. Just find a good independent shop were they have certified trained mechanic. read more

Went for an oil change and only oil change. Didn't ask for my wiper fluids to be refilled but they did it anyways. I used the wiper fluids for the first time today and I barely got one spray on my windshield before it ran out. They drained my preexisting wiper fluid only to barely put any. Guy was talking to me and showing me all the things they did but I feel like it was a lie trying to justify charging me 140$ for an oil change. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. This place charges you for things that you didn't even ask for. I went in to Jiffy Lube because my usual spot closed early. So I came here. Once I got there, the guy told me that it was gonna cost me $$109 for full synthetic and I'm just looking at him. I'm like OK I guess. The usual place I go to lube pitstop on Turbo Canyon Road only charges me $100 for full service and full synthetic. Wait in the waiting room then the guy discussed how much it was gonna cost and I went from $109-$121 and I told him that's too much then on top of that they took the liberty of taking the air filter out of my car and saying that I needed a new one. My car is a 2021 Toyota Corolla and it's still fairy new, so why did they think I needed an air filter change? I don't know. And they wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to replace it with a new one and I told him no I didn't come here to change out my air filter. I came for a simple oil change and that's it and he claims that they did more extra And I was watching them the whole time they didn't do much extra to be charging me $121. I was able to get the guy down to 116 because I told him my place only charges me $100 for a full service Full synthetic oil change. Then when I went to go get my car, the guy explained to me all the stuff that he did and I'm just like you're a liar because I watch you the whole time he didn't do much he just didn't oil change put some air in my tires you didn't do much And they even offered to put air in my tires for free if ever they were low. Why would I trust you guys after you guys overcharge me and lied and wanted to do all this other extra stuff for more money to get more money out of me. Then after I picked up my car, he said that my air filter was fine and I'm just like wait a second a minute ago, you guys said that I needed my air filter changed. Do not come here.
