Not only was it not completed in a timely manner he also broke my cars clock spring by disconnecting the steering shaft because he couldnt complete the job properly so now my steering wheels controls do not work and my paddle shifters are non functional cause significant issues. Showed me the status of the oil(why the reminder came on), change the oil within 15 minutes(while I stayed in the car), showed me the filter was not trying to oversell cleaned it off for me, and I was on my way.
