I was visiting from California, use my mom's car which was sitting for about five months to get an oil change. First, when I pulled in they both greeted me with a smile and provided me with ice cold water bottle. Showed me the status of the oil(why the reminder came on), change the oil within 15 minutes(while I stayed in the car), showed me the filter was not trying to oversell cleaned it off for me, and I was on my way. Service and quality have improved drastically since this spot has been under new management. I am always given fair, polite and professional service. You can overhear the strong teamwork as they all pitch in to get customers taken care of. There was a line/wait, which is life...but I was offered a free bottled water. It's not like the grocery store does that in their long lines, ya know? Shoot the line at the grocery store should be passing out jello shots. Anyway, that was a classy touch that I'm used to getting at the salon, spa or dentist office. Also, my head was buried in my phone. They knocked on my window and asked me to pull up to a certain area because otherwise another car would go next and I was there before it. They could have just let nature run its course. My non paying attention self could have been towed away then sat back down and wouldn't have noticed! So another great effort at customer service. read more

I stopped in here today to get an oil change because my car was due... the light came on, and I usually wait until the last minute. The guy checked my oil and came over to the car to show me how clean it still was. He suggested that I wait for another 1k miles. I mean, I just can't get over this place. Such amazing customer service... honesty, kindness, and quality. And an oil change place? Why not? :) Oh, and what did he also do - filled up my washer fluid. This place is amazing. read more

[Trying to use a Groupon, for this business] Two guys sitting doing nothing, one open bay... so I get out of my car. ME: "Can I get some service please?" THEM: ***Rude, and acting like why am I there!? I pull in the bay. They ask for my fully paid, full synthetic oil change Groupon. THEM: "You know you have to buy a special oil filter for this, right?" ME: "No, nobody's ever asked me to buy an oil filter with my Groupon, at other oil change places!??" [I leave, with no service. - Call Groupon for a full refund] Groupon, get rid of this company! AutoTechLube, no I don't want to call you to try to rectify the issue! The best and honest place in the area to fix your car. Very friendly service People and fast service. Extremely professional. I go there always . One time I made mistake went to another place new and fancy , just because it was closer to my house in west Dearborn. I thought I will just wait at home for my car instead staying at mechanic shop . Huge mistake , yes got nice coffee etc all show off . But paid 3000 plus for job which in fact I didn't need it but overpaid by 2400$ don't go to place on Beech st . Stick with AutoTech read more

I brought my car in for an oil change. I bought a Groupon for 5 quarts of synthetic oil, they told me it would take almost 6 quarts and charged me another $8 for another quart. They then proceeded to start the oil change, then stopped and said that my car was leaking oil everywhere and that they couldn't tell where it was coming from, and basically kicked me out and said they couldn't do anything. Not only did I not get to use my Groupon, which they did get their money, I didn't get refunded the $8 for the extra oil I didn't get. So scared there was something seriously wrong with my car, I took it to a friend who is a mechanic. THERE IS NO OIL LEAK!!!! This is their job!!! How can they not know if a car is truly leaking oil or not?!? I have been completely screwed! read more
