They just had a hard time with this tire. When he called this place, the man told him $220, then would call back and change the price and say $ 300, and he would have to get corrected by being told you just told me $220. Then the man would say, "Oh yeah, right, $220. Mind you, this is only for 1 tire. I think that's way too much for 1 tire, but anyways, the car ended up being in the shop for 1 day (to change a brake for one tire). The man called in the morning and said, "These are the wrong brakes and rotors, so I used mine and changed the other one in the front as well, so it's gonna be $450 now." Auto Zone helped find the correct brakes and rotors for the car and even so NOBODY TOLD YOU TO DO THAT. Soon as the car is being driven back home, it starts to smoke. Now the coolant is empty (never ever had this broken before), so had to go to the gas station to get something for it, poured some into the car, and drove a little down, and it's smoking again and the coolant back empty, so it's a leak. I called the man multiple times once the car started smoking and he's denying everything.

I took my truck to them for an issue with the fuel pump, I was told i had a wireing issue, and it…read morewould be 490.00 to trace the wires, and do repair. I was also told my catalytic converters were blocked. They wrote on the receipt, I shouldnt drive, and to have it towed home. Upon picking up my truck, i drove a piece down the road, and turned off my truck, low and behold, the fuel pump wasnt working again. i called Chris who was who i originally spoke with, and told him i was upset, he told me he would have the higher ups call me. well after a few days i called again, and was told the same thing. This has been 3 weeks. They wrote me finally after a review saying i was advised not to drive it. According to them, after they looked at it, i had the same person who put a new fuel pump on, work on it again. This is a false statement, i never said the same person looked at it again, it was taken to different shop. The man at the shop told me there was no repair done to the wiring, as i was told it was corroded. The shop went under and checked the wiring, and found they couldnt have cleaned corrosion, as there would be a shadow remaining. This place told me, not if it was done right. So my next step will be to contact the BBB and let them know about whats going on since they cant return a phone call. Im sure they will again write something on this saying it was my fault. Oh, by the way the 2nd shop pulled the O2 sensors, and put a camera in the catalytic converters, and found no block. My receipt never said what diagnostics were done, this what i originally wanted, a print out to maybe try minor repairs myself. No pictures, no nothing, just what they said. I took them at their word until the same issue happened 10 minutes down the road. The vehicle the first time was towed into their shop, as the fuel pump wasnt working. Great way of doing buissness, to make me forced into writing this review, and contacting the BBB. Do your homework on this place. .

She waited in her car per usual, and while the service worker eventually approached, he did so in a very rude and unprofessional manner. He was a white male with a beard and glasses, and appeared dirty and disgusting. His behavior made my sister who had every intention of purchasing tires and spending a significant amount of money feel disrespected and uncomfortable. Because of the way she was treated, she chose to leave without making a purchase. No customer, let alone a disabled customer, should ever be made to feel this way.
