The staff genuinely care about the success and health of their patients, and they want to work with you to make sure you have the best experience possible. If you are someone who needs a lot of work and has anxiety about seeing the dentist - this is the place for you. They will set you at ease and treat you with kindness and understanding. They know that dental stuff is tough for everyone, and they do what they can to ease the difficulty - both physical and financially. I had a lot of complicated work that needed to be done and I actually thought my case was impossible. However, they made me a treatment plan and took care of me. Within WEEKS - not months - my life was completely changed by the work they did - it was better than I could have imagined. I was also able to go on a payment plan which was reasonably priced, convenient to set up and interest-free. If you're worried about going to the dentist, give this place a try. I do not go out of my way to write reviews. My fiance and I went here once 2 years ago for a cleaning. My service was ok at best with no interaction from the team about my teeth health, cleaning practices, things to look out for, etc.; however, they treated my fiance horribly making negative comments about the appearance of her teeth and claimed she had 8 cavities that needed immediate attention. Based on the experience we decided to get a second opinion. Guess what, no major concerns from the second opinion, things to watch for sure but nothing pressing. Obviously, we did not reschedule and had no plans to return. I would have let the above go, if they had not continued to message me about scheduling an appointment even after I told them to stop. 2 different Star levels: #2 Star level For Teeth Whitening- spectacular 1st and last time/ however the 2nd time (Zero Star) the person who did it apparently was a new person and I had a big painful burn on my lip the entire time I was in Hawaii. Didn't matter if my teeth were white; but the burn on my lip ruined a very expensive Hawaiian vacation AND when I called, not much concern and no apology or re-do. Disheartening to say the least. But I gave another chance 4 years later, I came back in 2024 for teeth whitening cuz it was a different person who did it- it was perfect, my teeth didn't get as white as they usually did but maybe they was cuz it hadn't been there since 2020 - but very good job on the assistant who did it, the dentist did not do it, fyi. Second star:0 Star: I was going to change to them as a new dentist as I heard the dentist was very caring and calm and I'm very afraid of the dentist from childhood trauma BUT when she started to examine my teeth- my LORD- the Dentist had the worst B.O. I couldn't get out fast enuf but I did tell the receptionist, so hopefully she told the dentist because being a dentist/ u can't have B.O. Patients can't be smelling that the entire time. So disgusting and especially with ur mouth opening having to smell that full on- ICK! I also have to say 2 days later I all of a sudden had severe pain in my mouth so I called them; they could not or would not accommodate me to help me be seen, antibiotic or anything, just said 'go to endodontist' I was FLOORED! U have got to be kidding- u leave ur new patient in the lurch and do NOTHING to help them/me! I immediately called my prior dentist and was seen within hours and got an endodontist referral, got antibiotics and ibuprofen promptly called in and have already had a re-do root canal that was severely infected. read more

What a great dental office, I already have a dentist but they could not get in anytime soon for teeth whitening, which is normally $500. Calsmile has a promotion for half that. I promptly made an apt with Vanessa, and she was sweet, very professional, accommodating, and suggested a teeth cleaning prior to whitening, so I set up apt for both. I drove from Pleasanton and was running a lil late due to weater and construction on 680. They were understanding and told me to ahead and come in and I might have to wait a bit. They got me right in to see Dr. Azeem who was super nice and has great bedside manner along with her staff. Dr Azeem noticed I had a chip in bottom of front left tooth (which bothered me but I did know I could do anything about it) she suggested bonding it and said it would take 5 minutes. Absolutely awful experience with a receptionist that has a don't-give-a-shit attitude and zero professionalism. In a time that calls for kindness and compassion, there's no room and excuse for shitty treatment and service. I had booked MORE THAN A MONTH in advance for a cleaning + whitening. We had canceled the cleaning portion, but still kept the full 2-hour time slots (12PM, 2PM) so we should have had more than enough time for whitening alone. The receptionist texted that we had to be there within 15 minutes of our appointment time to keep both appointments, which we arrived exactly at the 15 minute mark. (The receptionist wanted to argue about being 20 SECONDS late - I've never encountered ANY medical/food/service that was so inflexible and stuck up.) After waiting for an hour and a half, she then informed me that she canceled one of my appointments because "paperwork takes time." She made zero efforts to accommodate (there was only ONE other patient in the entire practice). It was not a situation where she had no options, she simply didn't want to help. DO NOT BECOME A PATIENT HERE! This place is sketchy and they will price gauge you if you get a Groupon. I got a Groupon for a basic cleaning since I am not able to get dental insurance and they upgraded me 300 bucks more than all other surrounding dentists for the exact same procedures. They are only open a few days a week for whatever reason and it was a game of leave texts and voicemails, calling at least 8 times just to get my records released to me in a timely manner or even getting them to pick up the phone. I finally get someone on the phone. Not to mention the Groupon I got for a cleaning, x rays and exam...the doctor rushed through and my teeth didn't look or feel as clean as they have every other time I've gotten basic cleanings done. Before I left they quoted me about 1000 bucks for a deep cleaning on my bottom teeth they claimed I needed, three fillings which they said would require numbing local anesthesia and drilling. I went to get quotes from multiple different places and they all quoted 300-400 bucks less. This place preyed off the fact I don't have insurance and tried to cheat me. I paid 125 per tooth filling that required NO DRILLING OR ANESTHESIA, the same teeth they quotes 250 each tooth for! When I got treated at my new dentist, she said she was shocked at what I was told since I didn't need a deep cleaning (which this place quoted almost 300 bucks for), and that I only needed two teeth filled not three. I walked out of my new dentist paying 250 only for both teeth and now they are all perfectly fine when I was originally told I needed to pay near 1000 at this place. Shop around the market and make sure you're not getting scammed. With an office that had no patients in it besides me at the middle of the day, offering cleanings on Groupon it says a lot about their obvios need for money. read more

Wow! The Zoom Whitening really works! My teeth had gotten more yellow over the years and previous whitening treatments didn't help much. One session of Zoom and my teeth look much better. They are a bit sensitive, (I just had the procedure done), but I'm not surprised. They tend to be sensitive to cold. The staff is very well organized, warm and friendly. Saw Dr. Azeem a few months ago. The receptionist at the time was nice. Dr. Azeem and the dental assistant were very cold and not friendly at all. It's extremely uncomfortable to have someone you don't know poking around in your mouth so an ounce of bedside manner would have been appreciated. Dr. Azeem attempted cavity fillings on either side of my mouth and royally messed up both. I had immense sensitivity and pain because she rushed through and did the fillings incorrectly. I did not return to her after that and the next dentist I saw informed me that the fillings were done very sloppily and would have to be redone, and are the cause of my sensitivity. I could feel the holes and shards in my teeth where she attempted fillings. Dr. Azeem left shards poking out and did not fill in enough composite to fill the cavity hole she made. I would highly, highly advise steering far away if you value your money and the health of your teeth! read more

Every time I come into the office, I am immediately taken in there's never any wait time or delay which I appreciate since my schedule is always busy.
