Hit & miss. I'd love to give 5 Star but sadly could not and the 4 was for a pleasant staff and some hits among our food choices. Hits: The Meatball bake, decent tasting meatballs in a somewhat spicy sauce- yum. 2 weeks later I went back & ordered the Mozzarella sticks & Lemon Chicken. The Chicken was just OK not lemony at all and th pasta side was really a throw away for me. If I go back it's a meatball bake or Pizza Place only, no more forays off onto the food menu. We were heading down Parker Road to Havana & wanted something to eat on the way, so we found this place on Yelp, saw they had pizza by the slice, & meandered in on a Tuesday night at 7 PM. I was underwhelmed... Service: 3.5 / 5 My roommate & I awkwardly stood by the door for a few minutes before someone came to ask us how many people were in our party. It was evident that they were severely understaffed, as there appeared to be 1 server for a completely full restaurant. The staff was extremely attentive when they got to our table, but the service was slow due to the under staffing. Food: 3 /5 We ordered the mac & cheese triangles & a slice of pizza. The mac & cheese triangles were okay, but not really worth $6.25 - it was definitely just Kraft mac & cheese with breading... I was not a fan of the sauce, which was given to us on the side of the mac & cheese triangles & also the pizza. The pizza was okay, but a bit greasy. The white pizza sounded pretty good, so if I ever come back here I may try that. The pasta choices on the menu also sounded pretty good. They do appear to have pretty good lunch deals. If they can get their service / staffing issues fixed, they may do better - I know there were a couple other frustrated parties there. read more

The crust is bland- needs more salt. The sauce is too sweet, and too much sauce is put on the crust. To top it off, they screwed up my order twice. I will continue my search for good pizza . read more

Celebrating our soccer players birthday and this place accommodated a group of 30 ... we called ahead and they had a private sitting area for our group .. Service was great on the phone and even better when we got there .. our server Paul was the best ! He was attentive and efficient. The food was amazing !!! What a great place. Used to work here 15+ years ago when it was Lil Ricci's, and it still continues to be an amazing family owned restaurant. Great pizza, great service, great memories. Stuffed shells are great with chicken. Wife had the sausage hero, also great. And the kids love the pizza and pasta. I make a point of it to come every time we come home to visit, and it continues to bring back the wonderful memories of spending my weeknights here in the kitchen. We have had take out from LuBos several times and always enjoy. The calzones are HUGE and can definitely make for leftovers. They give you large portions of ranch/blue cheese for a "cup". Wings are tasty and pizza is a thicker crust. Prices are fair and food quick. Nothing fancy, just good eating read more

This is one of the best pizza places I have had in a long time. I first had this at work, someone brought in for lunch. It is so good. The crust is perfect, sauce just enough and the slices are big. The staff is nice and totally friendly. I could see that they have regular customers all the time. They have beer and wine and you can sit at the bar and watch them make the pizzas. The pizza is just as good the next day, either heated or cold. It is a little pricey but totally worth it. The only negative is that they don't deliver! Great pizza! Hubby drives by here everyday, had some time to kill yesterday and decided to order a NY pizza and a Sicilian. Wonderful pizza, NY was just how we expected, have had a hard time finding good NY style pizza, but now we found it! I'm a sucker for thick Sicilian pizza, it did not disappoint! Always in search of the best NY thin crust pizza, I tried LuBo's last week. While the pizza was pretty decent it wasn't quite my concept of NY pie I've had. We ordered a pizza with half sausage and mushrooms, half Canadian Bacon and pineapple. Overall it was pretty tasty but the "Canadian Bacon" is some kind of spicy ham and not at all Canadian Bacon so minus one star for that... YMMV read more

Don't believe a single negative review from here. We eat at lubos once a week, in fact we crave it, and recommend it to everyone we know. The calzones, pizza and garlic bread are top notch. Service is fast and fantastic. The only thing we'd change is the beer selection but that doesn't matter too much when you are eating the best food there is. read more

Very disappointing. Tonight we went to Lubbos at 8:29 pm and where told that they have reach the cut off for dining in. There was another family eating in the restaurant, and everywhere they publicize that it opens it until 9 pm. should change their advertisement to reflect their time. read more

We moved to Piney Creek a few months ago and LuBo's has become our to-go pizza spot! Both dine-in and take-out have been awesome. Dine-in the service is great, great drinks (and great pours!!), and fun atmosphere. Take-out the pizza is always hot and fresh, great crust, plenty of toppings. Love this place! read more

Our go to pizza joint for over 10 years! Combo pizza is and the wings are always good. Locally owned and locally loved. The wait times can get long but if you call ahead they should give you a good estimate. Their to go system is pretty good. Prices are great and good environment for a game or family event. read more

After having Covid in December & finally getting my taste back two weeks ago I was pretty excited about pizza and other italian entrees. Got the sicilian home and took a bite. I was so bummed because I couldn't taste anything but the pepperoni. Then I tried the eggplant as well as the chicken parmesan. Could barely taste the sauce and nothing else. Then I noticed my family just staring at one another wondering if everyone was having the tasteless experience. My teenage son actually put the rest of his pizza back in the box & said " No thanks". Most bland food ever. Horrible. We threw most of it out. Perhaps Lubos should season their food & sauces. Oh, and they forgot to cook one of the entrees so I had to wait an extra 30 minutes for our takeout. At least the salad sat there getting soggy and warm... Just, no. read more

Pretty darn good pizza! It gets super buzy, so there can be a wait, but worth it. Employees are super nice.

Good food and service. Everything I've tried here is good! Their pasta dishes are good too!
