My friends took me here for my birthday, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. The kibbeh was almost as good as my dad's, which is saying a lot! I had the pistachio lamb kabob, and it was absolutely delicious. The service was excellent, and Javier took great care of us. I am new to the area and was craving good Lebanese food, found this place on Yelp and I visited: I AM SO GLAD I DID! I grew up with Lebanese neighbors and also restaurants around and I have to say that since I've been in this country (different state) I haven't been able to had a almond rice with chicken like the one I had home: I actually cried a little! (Tears of joy, of course!). I started with a Tabbouleh salad (so fresh!) and kibbehs (perfectly cooked). For my protein I had the chicken Taouk- not dried at all, so flavorful! And the Lebanese chicken almond rice that was just exactly how it's supposed to be! Of course I couldn't finish all that food but I had to get some dessert and the Baklava is my fav, here they serve it with pistachio rolled ice cream. Oh boy was I full! It was worth every penny. This place did more than delivery a great meal: they took me back to my childhood. Came here with my family to have lunch and we all enjoyed it so much. The restaurant is very cute and nicely decorated. The waiter was very attentive and gave great recommendations. He even brought little astronauts for them to play with. Everything about our meal was delicious. The habbra, which we thought would take too long to be made was actually brought out to us pretty quickly and it was so tasteful. The fatteh was absolutely amazing, the eggplant was soft yet crunchy and pomegranate on top just blended in perfectly. We all enjoyed every single one of our entrees and the kids did as well. The desserts were perfectly sized and great for sharing. We also got complimentary baileys shots which we loved and were grateful for. Been wanting to try One Lebanese for a while. Finallly came for dinner, everything was exquisite! We ordered the muhamara and it was absolutely delicious, perfect consistency and flavor. My husband had the tenderloin which was perfectly flavored and cooked well. I ordered the shish barak which is a very traditional meal, and I've actually never thought I'd order at a restaurant, was delicious! Their mhalabeye desert is phenomenal. The service was prompt, accomodating and very friendly. Great ambiance. I hope they're able to maintain the consistency. We will be back. read more

I ordered Lebanese almonds rice with chicken, the species, taste, chicken everything was perfect but the main thing is the rice on the plate and was very flat and thin layer of rice compared to price of the dish. One Lebanese has become one of my favorite places to eat. This is one of those restaurants you visit for both the food and the service. First, the food is unlike anything I've had before. While there, I tried the hummus, veggie and meat grape leaves, lamb chops, and branzino. All of them were amazing--I couldn't get enough! I ate here twice this week because the food was so good. By far, it's the best I've had. The owner of the restaurant, Aladi, is one of the kindest people I've met. She came to our table to check on us and make sure my party was having a great night and enjoying the food. The live music made the night even better. Dined here as a large group for my father in laws birthday and what a great experience it was! There are two levels allowing for many guests. We sat upstairs, it was nice, they had a large mural of the ruins that overlooked the balcony. The staff was absolutely amazing, super attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and made great recommendations. We started out with some appetizers, hummus, falafel and tabbouleh salad, presentation was on point! Everyone ordered their own entrees, the portion sizes are very good and can be shared. We had the mint tea to start and ended with the Arabic coffee, I recommend both! We also did the Magic Alladin for dessert which a combo of all the desserts, very nice presentation! This Lebanese hidden gem is tucked away on the border of Sunrise and Weston. The meal started with complimentary fried pita chips and a creamy white dip. Sodas are $5, so I recommend getting the mint lemonade tea for $6. It is one of my favorite drinks. It tastes like a lemonade and isn't too sweet/sugary-tasting. I ordered the soup of the day, which was the lentil soup. I order lentil soup with remembrance of how Esau traded his birthright for a bowl of lentil soup in the Old Testament of the Bible. The soup is very tasty. The pistachio lamb kabab ($22 I think) was delicious. It comes with vegetables and some rice. It is a delicious dish that far exceeds my home cooking abilities. I will say I wish the lamb kebabs had a sauce to tie it all together. I had an idea to taste the lamb with the dip we were served with our fried pita chips, and that tasted next-level. The baklawa ($18 I think) only came with a small amount of baklava. I was expecting double or triple the amount of baklava. We got more booza (Lebanese ice cream type of thing) on the plate than we did baklava, which feels strange. At Sirocco in Dania Pointe, you can get a large piece of baklava with ice cream sandwiched between the baklava for $20, and I would prefer the baklava at Sirocco for the price. read more

Cane to this place and drove for over 40 minutes. It was recommended by friends so we decided to give it a try. The restaurant is nice, clean and has great atmosphere. Food was delicious. We ordered several plates. The babaganoush was very good tasty and well spiced. We also had the falafel that was crisp and well made. Then we had rice with lamb that I would have preferred the rice to be better, they use parboiled.... Don't like it. Cannot rate it bad as people do like it, but beware. This beautiful little gem has delicious Lebanese cuisine and chic decor inside. Very cozy environment and nice staff. Service was quick and food was served efficiently. We had pita chips with some tasty sauce to start while we browsed the menu. The grape leaves with meat filling was a great appetizer to start with. Usually Greek restaurants make it cold but here it served warm and it's amazing. So much better. Flavor was light and refreshing, tangy and savory. Then we had the lamb kebab which very tender densely packed minced lamb meat topped with crushed pistachios. Wow. So good and not gamey at all. The raw onions and cooked onions were both a nice touch. The most unique thing was the almond fried rice. The softest chicken I've ever had that still tasted juicy and full of rich flavor. My husband and I came here on a Saturday. We had a reservation, but upon checking in, the hostess seemed stressed and didn't know where to seat us. We ended up in the upstairs area. The lights were very bright, the overall ambiance was uninviting. We put in our order, it was very straightforward but somehow the waiter seemed somewhat confused. For appetizer we had ordered the Mhamara, which I've had many times from other places. This version was overly sweet and not much else. I appreciate that this restaurant had an entire page with vegan option, very rare but very welcome. I ordered the Rice and Lentils and I thought, for $26 there is no way it's just rice and lentils, it must be something special. It wasn't, it was rice and lentils with fried onions on top, which may have been made in house but they looked and tasted identical to the ones you buy in the grocery store. My husband ordered the Lebanese Chicken Almond Rice, which was similar to my dish in that it consisted of very few ingredients, in his case, ground beef, chicken and rice. Our dishes were supposed to come with cucumber salad, they did not. Everything was super bland, we are talking no taste, reminded me of hospital food. We asked for salt and the waiter seemed taken aback, but the food improved a bit with the addition of salt. Maybe everything they serve at the restaurant is truly authentic Lebanese food and that's fine. Maybe the food is very simple. I also understand that everything has gotten more expensive, but to charge $26 for a plate of rice and lentils - the cheapest ingredients of all - is extremely offensive. I don't mind paying a good amount of money for a good plate of food but this is crazy. Also, my husband's plate with the addition of 2 types of meat was only $6 more expensive, still a crazy price for what he got, but not quite as crazy as my dish. I cannot understand how this restaurant was full and almost exclusively gets 5 star reviews. Do people not know what food is supposed to taste like anymore? Is no one eating salt anymore? read more

My family and I went to this restaurant for my birthday dinner. I personally enjoyed the food. My dad on the other hand did not. He said the food was not very flavorful; and to an extent I understand it lacked umami. That being said I enjoyed the lamb and pistachio kababs and the Aladdin dessert. The falafels were also delicious. My mom ordered the tenderloin which was delicious. My dad did not like the almond rice with lamb because the lamb itself lacked flavor. However, the service was not good. The server seemed as though he didn't want to be there and was not attentive. There was no ambiance either. One of our Weston favorites! Discovered this little gem a while ago and have been a big fan ever since. They have the sweetest staff and the service is stellar. I always order the Almond Rice with chicken and a long list of appetizers. Everything tastes homemade and amazing. Walking in at about 5:30pm, they were already crowded and seemed like a spot where a reservation is usually needed. We were seated right away but were told there was a 7:30 reservation for our table. But that's okay still plenty of time to dine. The waitress was really welcoming and helpful in explaining the menu. Complimentary fried pita chips and yogurt dip was brought out right away. We chose falafels, wrapped grape leaves, and fried beef for appetizers. For main dishes, we chose the pistachio lamb kebab, beef tenderloin kebab, and beef tartare. Everything tasted so fresh and flavorful. I really enjoyed the meal because of the depth of flavors and fresh ingredients used. My favorites were all the appetizers and the beef tenderloin kebab. We finished our meal with their trio dessert and it was a real showcase with their dried ice presentation. This was a pretty pricey meal but not surprised considering it is in Weston and the type of cuisine. But honestly, if paying good money for food, it better tastes good and One Lebanese did not disappoint. I would come back for a date night. read more

Saw this Lebanese restaurant several times and I like the decorations and decided to give it a try. I'm a big fan of Lebanese food for the spices and flavor. The menu here is extremely limited. We ordered three dishes to share: the baba ghanoush, cherry meatballs, and fried kibbeh. The baba ghanoush was very good and the stand out. Good flavor and presentation. The cherry meatballs themselves were underwhelming as they had almost no spice or flavor to them except for the cherry sauce which was good. The kibbeh were also underwhelming with a lack of spice in the filling and were small. Three small dishes with tip and two waters $71 out the door. Although the decorations are nice and it's a very pleasant environment I will not come back at these prices for the lack of seasoning and authentic flavor. read more
