When I asked an associate to speak with the owner because I was being charged multiple times in one day she said its because their system was only now processing payments from April so that's all the transactions I made since then. Thats false because my transactions been going through since April because I checked all my bank statements. She gave me an email to contact the owner and I sent him an email stating my entire situation and he never replied back to me to resolve this issue. I now have to dispute the charges with my bank and while doing so I was charged again. I never used my bank card there again I only used cash or my cash app card with the exact amount of my purchase in it so I cant be charged multiple times. This is unacceptable.
