The staff is always friendly and helpful and there is a wide selection. I only wish they stocked items for old school types that like to build their own. Seems like they are forcing everyone to use disposable vapes and pre-made coils. I buy those also because it's nice to have a variety of options depending on when and where you will be vaping but I do most of my vaping at home and building my own RDAs is great for getting exactly the experience you want and at a savings. Not to mention less trash that eventually ends up in the ocean. read more

Very helpful & patient staff! I'm new to vaping & Didn't really know what I needed but the gentleman was very helpful & I got what I n Went back today because I was having problems with the item I purchased. I called and spoke with someone previous to coming in & I was informed that the item I purchased had a 6 month warranty & I could bring it back and exchange it. Long story short I brought it back and BOTH employees would not exchange - they said it "works" which it clearly didn't even when HE tried it. After he messed with it a bit & it worked momentarily he said because technically it still "works" (even IF it works when it wants to) there was nothing I could do about it. (??????) unbelievable. I ended up having to purchase another item that costed me even MORE money and I'm assed outta the money I spent a month ago. Never again will I be going back here. I love coming to volcano vape shop in Wahiawa. I'm always greeted with a smile and the service is outstanding.

I normally go to volcano when I'm in a bind with my vaping device and juices. There's a couple locations that are near my house and work place so stopping by isn't much of an issue. I stopped by the Wahiawa location on Sunday, June 2nd around 11a or so. I walked in with my daughter and was greeted by a blonde woman with tattoos. I told her what I needed and she quickly rang me up. My one star review isn't due to the timeliness of my transaction nor the quality of the goods I received but of the service I was given. Her attitude stunk! I get it. It's Sunday morning and having worked retail before I know the gripes about that shift. But hey you're there. Make the best of it. I don't know her name but the quality of service I had was sub par than what I'm used to receiving from this location. read more

It has been a while since i been to this location but it also was a great experience. The only small issue would be getting into the parking lot. The staff is nice and always smiling and they are really helpful even with the covid limitations of how many can be in the store. I had to get a few juice and coils and since I was buying for a friend, they were able to help me find the right things. Over priced and horrible customer service! I made my last purchase at this store today and I will never go back. They gave me the wrong level nicotine juice I didn't notice until I got home to open it. After exchanging it I was walking out the door and noticed that they did it again! Thankfully I noticed! They were sold out of the nicotine level that I paid for so they said I could pay more to swap it out with a more expensive juice in the same flavor. I asked to speak with a manager but apparently he/she wasn't there. I ended up getting a juice that was on sale just to match the price. I'm not too thrilled about it though. I bought a volcano e-cig from Amber in this store about 2 months ago. When I initially purchased the e-cig it was a good experience. Today I had to go in to have it looked at because it would not power on. I read the reviews on yelp and I was a little worried about customer service, but my experience was great. As soon as I entered the door I was acknowledged and told I would be taken care of after the customer they were helping. I went in with a battery and charger that no longer worked and Michelle tested it, determined it was not working, and replaced both items without question. If the Asst. Manager is a problem at this store as others have stated, then just wait for Michelle or Amber. read more

This establishment is a major let down sold me $200 kit. Then when I got the coils they where the wrong one, so I walked back in the store and was like these are not gonna fit. Then they say to me no refunds. I explained that I didn't want a refund I just want the ones that fit my SMOK. Great place with very friendly staff! They help me every time I go in there. Very calm environment, you can hang out in there and try different liquids with no rush.
