Neil was genuine, friendly, zero pressure, understood what I was looking to do and just relaxed, built the relationship with me on my terms. I came back a few weeks later with my partner to drive it, and he really liked it a lot... but wasn't ready to pull the trigger yet. Handshakes, business cards, no pressure, and we left. My partner said to me, "I'd really like to do business with him, he's a good guy..." We went back two days ago to see what we could work out. We had to get a little bit creative to make it all happen, but Neil worked patiently with us to make it happen, and we just picked the car up earlier this afternoon. My partner loves the little car, the transaction went smooth as silk, really had a good experience. He's already pretty much decided that when this lease ends, he'll go back, find Neil, and get himself into a 2028 GLC.

Transaction was smooth but the dealership never provided us the IRS Form 15400 Clean Vehicle Seller Report that we need to finish filing taxes. Ive called, emailed, and visited this place multiple times and they always say "we'll get back to you soon" and then don't hear anything. I didnt realize its that hard for a business to help customers with a single 1-2 page form that literally lists the vehicle details, date sold, and the sale amount. Probably takes 2 minutes of your time. Ill remove this review once somebody can actually help me.

Roadside assistance told me my insurance policy doesn't cover towing, and none of the service centers were open on a Sunday. The closest Tesla store was at Century City Mall. I owe a great deal to AJ and his team. He let me borrow one of their demo cars for up to 2 days and helped me set up an appointment with a service center that could replace the rear glass. I'm truly grateful -- my stress level instantly dropped to a 2/10. AJ took customer service to the next level. Tesla's customer service standard should be modeled after this store. They do NOT follow up and constantly forcing delivery even when I do not agree with those terms. Until my delivery was canceled and forfeited my $250. I went through great lengths to get a referral, and ran my credit. For some reason it was impossible to get w hold of someone after my order went through. After asking him a few questions (without seeing the car) I made an offer. I was a bit worry on how to pick up the car since I don't live in LA and I'm about 6hrs away but I was impressed with the customer service that I just went to pick it up in person (they did offer to deliver the car) The transaction was smooth and quick.
