This car search has been a long processed and I've been to other Audi dealers (Van Nuys) several times to look and wait for the q3, then the sq5 and it felt so heavy. Went to Audi Calabasas after finding this gorg A3 online the night before & was set on my price, the car. Went met Tina and 1 1/2 before closing and she was just all smiles. Told her I want the process simple and quick, and she definitely executed! She was clear, no car salesmen tactic, no telling you what to do.. and even went above and beyond to take care of my old used car that I still owed just to make sure I walk away with my car. She was just absolutely genuine about it all & I've had the best car purchasing experience with her, she got me for life. To add on when I talk to finance he went above and beyond also, kept working on getting me a better rate even the day after he called and said he got it lower. They absolutely made me feel special & who wants to play games when buying a car? Highly recommend these people, Tina is my girl.. she's knowledgeable, funny, just a pretty good human you want helping you especially if this is your first luxury purchase.. she's the one you want. DO NOT buy preowned cars from here. The dealer will act like they care about any issues you are facing with the car but don't care in actuality. The biggest downside with this dealer and it seems to be with any Lithia owned dealer is communication. I don't understand why I have to be the project manager with the sales and service. They WILL NOT call you back when they claim they will. Every interaction was me having to follow up and there seemed to be just general confusion and it didn't seem like they took my issues with my purchased car seriously. Just overall frustrating to deal with. A couple months ago I bought a car that had a damaged aftermarket exhaust. Before the purchase, I requested that the stock exhaust be placed back on. And I specified stock for a reason. They promised, I purchased the car (purchased well overpriced), drove for a few weeks until they got the exhaust in for install, took the car back to get it installed and received the car and saw that it was aftermarket again. Wasn't what I wanted, but ignored it. Two day in, the exhaust hanger fell off and the exhaust started clanking against the bottom of the car. I notified the dealer and they offered to fix the issue. They took the car in and "fixed" it. Two days later, it started clanking again and I took it back and they "fixed" it again. Another two days later it started clanking again. And I was thinking that this is typical of aftermarket fitment, hence why I specified a stock exhaust. I check online and it was a cheap $300 exhaust they installed on the car. Now I'm left with a busted exhaust that I need to replace from a car that was already sold overpriced. Next is the AC issue. The AC started going out intermittently. I took it to the dealer under warranty with two weeks left and they tried their hardest to avoid fixing it. The other thing with this was the service dept was passing this car around seemingly with no intent to tackling the issue. I've must have called about 20 times about the issue and I never received a call back regarding getting me in to fix it without having to press the issue myself. I took it in one Saturday, they checked it and said they couldn't do anything about it and wanted me to bring it back during the weekday. The issue is that I live 80 miles away form the dealer and have no ride back. I tried to weigh in my options with other Lithia owed dealers. I was suggested Land Rover in Mission Viejo and they were useless and rude. Audi Calabasas had an open work order that they didn't want to hand over to the Land Rover, so Land Rover didn't want to deal with it. The whole situation seemed dysfunctional and from my perception, it just came out as they dealer groups wanting my warranty to run out so they wouldn't have to foot the bill. After another 10 calls, I finally got Calabasas to take it in for a look to which it wasn't really clear that they wanted me to drop it off. However, with this, I wasn't offered or prepared a loaner. I've lost all trust with the dealer for these episodes. Now my warranty is out, I have a car that I bought $5k over market thinking that I would be taken care of if any issue persisted. I have a cheap clanking exhaust that will eventually break and I'm driving around in 88F weather with no AC. This $35k used car turned into a $40k and I know they made a HUGE profit margin off of this. DO NOT buy preowned from Audi Calabasas. Once they get that sale, you are an object to them. read more

I bought a used car from Audi Calabasas, and my experience after the sale was extremely disappointing. When I purchased the vehicle, the salesperson told me it came with a two-month warranty and that any issues during that period could be repaired. But once I started pointing out the problems with the car, the attitude changed. Instead of taking responsibility for everything that should have been covered, they started negotiating which items they would repair and which ones they would not. In the end, they only repaired part of the issues. Some problems were left unresolved, even though they had been reported from the beginning. Every time the car had to go in for service, the process took a very long time. Communication was also very poor: they rarely returned calls, and I constantly had to follow up just to get an answer or an update. It felt like they treated me well until the car was sold. Once they had to take responsibility for the problems, the whole dynamic changed. I would not recommend buying a used car there unless every single promise and warranty detail is put clearly in writing before closing the deal. read more

Update after 3 months, I'm still enjoying the pre-owned vehicle that I purchased, but I'm disappointed that the dealerships finance or business office hasn't followed up with processing of transfer title paperwork for the vehicle. When I initially purchased the vehicle, they used pressure tactics to insure that the title of the trade in vehicle was sent within a few days otherwise they would charge my credit card for the value of the trade in and had me sign a credit card authorization form. Ironically, I'm still waiting on the processing of the transfer of title THREE MONTHS after the purchase agreement. Take what you will from Lithia Corporate and their "customers for life" response. Went to look and make a deal on a used vehicle. Made an appointment to see the car the next day and it was shown to me dirty, did not even get it a quick hose off. Lies started right from the start. Pushing $1400 charge for lifetime oil changes the second I sat down. Said NO thanks and she kept pushing. Then came the $600 extra charge for $20 worth of plastic door trim. No Thanks again, but sorry sir, we already put it on and you have to pay for it. Then take it off, I did not ask for it!!!!! I left because of the BS, then get a call later that they will give me the car at asking price and set up a time to come back and purchase the car. I go back the next day at the scheduled time and surpise, there is no finance person in to finalize the paperwork. Go back the 3rd day to finalize the purchase and the SCAM $600 plastic trim the sales person said she would remove, is now $700 and on the signing docs. I guess they thought I would not read it. Claimed they are loosing money on this sale. BS was thick. Treated like I was buying a used car in the IE from some side street car sales. Audi Calabasas Dismissed My Concerns and Failed to Take Responsibility I felt my concerns were dismissed when I brought my Q5 to Audi Calabasas with clear signs of water intrusion before the warranty expired. After first sending me on my way saying there was no "issue," I followed up a week later when the car seats were wet after a recent rainstorm. Unable to deny an issue at that point Audi Calabasas took another look at the car and determined that the sunroof drains were clogged. They assured me the sunroof drains were cleaned, but no video of the work was ever taken. Four weeks later, during a rainstorm, the same sunroof drains caused a complete electrical failure of the car--independent inspection confirmed they were completely clogged, packed with dirt and debris. I had to have extensive and expensive work done to replace the comfort module which was completely underwater due to the sunroof drain malfunction. I have spent over a year and a half trying to get reimbursed and my car sunroof drains fixed, but Audi corporate and Audi Calabasas has yet to resolve my claim. No one is taking responsibility. From the way I see it the only two options are that either the sunroof drains a so defective that they immediately clogged with dirt and debris one month after Audi Calabasas "cleaned" them or maybe Audi Calabasas never cleaned the drains at all? It has been a nightmare. The negligence, lack of transparency, and disregard for customer safety are unacceptable for a luxury brand. I would stay away from this dealership. read more

We recently purchased a vehicle from Audi Calabasas, and unfortunately, what began as a positive buying experience has turned into an ongoing frustration. Our salesman, Kevin, was genuinely great throughout the purchase process. He was fair, not pushy, and easy to work with. However, just a couple of days after taking the car home, the car would not start due to a dead battery. Since then, we have experienced repeated battery failures, nearly on a daily basis. Because we live in Orange County, quite far from the dealership, we had the vehicle inspected locally. A mechanic confirmed that the car was sold to us with a failing battery. When the issue first arose, Kevin advised us that any Lithia dealership could address the problem under the 2-month, 60,000-mile warranty. Based on that guidance, we contacted multiple local Lithia dealerships. Unfortunately, every one of them declined service, explaining that the issue must be handled by the original selling dealership, either through replacement or reimbursement. Audi Calabasas has offered to replace the battery only if we bring the car back to their location. Given the distance, this would require significant time, travel, and expense, especially for an issue that should have been addressed before the vehicle was sold. Being bounced between dealerships has been extremely frustrating, and for weeks there has been no practical resolution. To add to the frustration, I was told I would receive a callback that never happened. Communication dropped off significantly after the sale, which made it feel like our concerns were no longer a priority. Late last night, Kevin finally reached out via text, stating that Ark had called us and offered $125 toward a battery. That did not happen. Ark has not contacted us, and no such conversation took place. Additionally, $125 does not cover the cost of a quality battery appropriate for this vehicle, which raises further concerns, especially given that battery failure is the exact issue preventing the car from starting reliably. At this point, we have contacted Lithia directly in hopes of reaching a fair and reasonable resolution. We are still waiting for Ark to call, and as of now, there has been no follow-up. We remain hopeful this can be resolved professionally and that we can update this review with a positive outcome. However, the lack of accountability, inconsistent information, and inadequate proposed solution have made this experience extremely disappointing. After I posted my original review, I noticed that a 5-star review written by Ark Z. -- the same sales manager who handled my deal -- was quietly removed. The review appeared to be posted under his own name, praising the dealership as if he were a customer. I have a screenshot of that original post. I raised this concern with Audi Corporate, who later told me they "couldn't verify any fraudulent activity," even though the review is now gone. They also declined to take any action regarding the misleading lease experience that cost me $1,700. I've now filed formal complaints with the FTC, BBB, and California Attorney General due to the lack of accountability from both the dealership and Audi. I have purchased several cars from this dealership largely based on the fact that my former service advisor John, was a honest and lovely man. Unfortunately he has since retired and I was given a new service advisor who lacks any semblance of customer service. After an interaction with him, I sent the following email. I had an appointment scheduled to service my Audi Q5 tomorrow. My service advisor is Rafael. I just got off the phone with him. I just wanted to write and express my disappointment in the way I have been treated by him. I'm sure you can see in your records that I have purchased and/or leased 4-5 cars from you. I also had my mom buy her Q5 from you and my co-worker got her Q7 from you at my recommendation. I no longer feel comfortable making recommendations for this dealership based on my experience with Rafael. I was quoted $417 for a 10,000 mile check up. I informed him I did not want to spend the money on a break check and multi point inspection. Immediately Raphael became defensive. He told me there was much more to it and told me something about cleaning out the sunroof tracks. But essentially that was the only difference from what I had discussed with the him. I then told him I wanted to cancel my oil change appointment and then I would go elsewhere. He asked me where I would be going, and I told him. Then he asked me how much they quoted me for the oil and filter change, so I told him. And he told me there's absolutely no way anybody would do an oil change for $87 using synthetic oil (I have a coupon as a first time client). He then began to mansplain to me why they wouldn't charge me so little not knowing or understanding that this was a first time client special to gain my business in the future. I told him that I looked up the oil that Audi uses and it is $37.99 for 5 quarts of synthetic. He told me that was not true and that I need to look up 0W-20. That the 0W-02 "is $14-15 a quart"! I looked it up. And yes, Autozone and O'reilly carry that same oil, 5 quarts for $37.99. The entire conversation was extremely hostile and I didn't appreciate being spoken to like I was an idiot. Unfortunately my relationship with your dealerships service department ends today and when my lease is up I will be taking my business elsewhere. I stayed and continued getting numerous vehicles over the years because John was my original service advisor and I trusted him. It's sad Rafael does not have the same integrity. I will say that I did get a nice email back from the manager of the service department, however, I just got a recall notification for my car. So yesterday I called to make an appointment at the dealership. I hadn't been back but the dealership would take care of the recall for free. I call and immediately recognize Rafael's voice pick up, "service!" Me: I need to make an appointment to have a recall looked at for my car. Him: Can you hold? Me: Of course. I was put on hold for 9 minutes. I will attach screenshots. I finally hung up and called back. Him: (No hello, no thank you for calling Audi. He just picks up and says) Yeah sorry about that, so when do you want to come? So obviously he saw my number and knew I was the customer he had just left on hold for 9 minutes and didn't care. The tires were very worn (though not visible, they shredded when went over a pothole). The carplay stopped working for no apparent reason. We paid for all the warranties available and none of them covered the issues. When I tried to seek information, they were not responsive and evasive. It's been a very frustrating process. I met with Kevin B. at Audi Calabasas to potentially buy a preowned EV. Kevin cursed ("s**t offer", "EV owners get f**ked") at my husband and I and was extremely disrespectful. He was so insulted by the starting number we offered, he immediately became rude and refused to counter, spent a few minutes "educating" my husband and I on how we would waste our time anywhere we went. He suggested we go to Facebook marketplace and not waste his time. I expected a typical back and forth until we, hopefully, reached a mutual number - or not. He slammed his 2024(?) award and exclaimed "do you think this is a lie? This is not made up! I sell 30 cars a month!" He also went on to tell us that he's French and maybe we don't like his "transparency." He actually said maybe we inquired about the car specifically to go see "the French guy." This man is deranged. Even if I were to have offered $1 for a car, this was no way to behave. We remained calm and left. I would never recommend coming to this dealership. read more

Very dishonest from the start to finish. I explicitly asked at the start of the process what fees I would have to pay. It started with ~$600, and by the end it ballooned by nearly $1800. When shown the list of fees, which included $1400's of "protectants", I asked if this was included in the car's original price. And I was reassured that they were. I was explicitly told by the manager that I would receive a two month warranty. However while signing the paperwork they said it wasn't eligible. They then tried lying about what he had said. They also took advantage of me agreeing to buy the car before seeing an interest rate, with the expectation that it would be a reasonable rate. They gave me 16%, despite me having a good credit score. Overall a very dishonest and disappointing experience. read more

Great cars of course, I love my Audis. CONS: Price gouging , they will take you for whatever they can! Promise you that! Rude and unprofessional. I called for an oil change because I moved to the area. I found a special that was mailed to me for $89.99 Full Synthetic oil Change and Tire Rotation provided by my forever old AAA membership. When I attempted to call, Andrew at the service department picked up the phone. Unfortunately, rather than being helpful and explaining the $220.00 difference in cost. He was rude and dismissive. He said my model 3.0 q5 takes 7.2 quarts of oil. I said I'm more than happy to cover the extra 2.2 quarts the offer doesn't cover. Totally normal right? But no explanation, but it is 4x the cost of a normal car. $299.00 for an oil change. This was the highest quote in ALL of SFV, I called 8 places, Audi calabasas being last so I could compare pricing. LOL like I'm driving an RS model. I asked what's the difference? Lil filter, oil drain and refill, gasket and done right? No apparently, im too dumb to understand and if I can get a quote from another dealer he will match it. So they take what they can get from you! So he finds out I drive a nicer vehicle and quadruples the price on me. Without explanation. Or "take my vehicle somewhere else" Great job Andrew. I will never return and my enthusiast Audi Group Los Angeles will appreciate the recommendation. there's 4 other Audi dealers within 75 miles. We pay way too much to drive Audis for that BS service.
