Worked with Anthony at Porsche BH. He was very nice and pretty knowledgeable - a couple things he told me ended up not being accurate re. options on the car. After my first visit, he was very slow in responding to my inquiries and then even when I was ready to buy, he gave the impression he didn't have enough time for me. I showed him an offer from another dealer further away, and he said to come in and they would be able to match it. When I went in, the manager eventually said he wouldn't even come close to matching the other deal - in a very Beverly Hills pretentious kind of way. So I wasted a morning because I was told to come in, thinking I was walking away with a new car. Brian helped me wade through a difficult transaction due to several factors with paperwork, documentation, finance and an agreed upon repair post sale and then ultimately a ship to Florida. The tractor trailer actually broke down in Texas LOL but that's another story, eventually arriving safe and sound.  I had been looking for a specific model for several months, found one in New Jersey and was going to book a trip across country to inspect and hopefully purchase a 911 C2S. Then randomly I came across the exact car located a few miles from my house. Total score - I drove right over and the rest is history.  The best part was constant communication, Brian was on top of everything with daily, sometimes hourly updates. If you are shopping for a Porsche go see Bradley--he is such a great guy, knows the product well, family guy lives in the area, and is easy to chat with. He will provide good availability information after you leave but won't pester you. I was helping my friend shop for a Macan and we made an appointment with Bradley for a test drive. He had a loaner for sale to test out that had over 5000 miles on it already. My friend loved the Macan 4 Door SUV--she was so surprised at how easy and fun it is to drive. Unfortunately, the salesman was not allowed to let her drive on the highway so we are waiting to get more time to get to another dealership that will. We thought since they are right next to the 405 entrance and exit on Santa Monica Blvd we can hop on and test it out for a few exits especially since it's kind of used and got a lot of mile on it as a loaner and was driven on the highway many times by other customers. But this dealership has strict policies against that apparently. How in this world you sell cars without a comprehensive highway test I will never know unless all other buyers have already driven one on the highway before coming to the dealership? Parking is free on the property for Customers. They have 3 locations on Santa Monica Blvd so confirm beforehand the correct one for the salesman you are meeting for that model. I've owned 3 Porsches and this dealership makes me not want to own a Porsche again. Recent example is I got upsold a $5,000 tire protection package that "covers everything under the sun in a city full of potholes" by the salesperson that mysteriously doesn't cover a bent rim and instead they want to charge an additional $5,000 to repair it. RUN, DON'T WALK, AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! Incompetent, shady, and possibly fraudulent business practices. Let me explain. On 2/27/25, I bought a 2024 Macan S from this dealership, paying by check. They cashed it on 3/3/25. I picked up the car on 3/12/25, which came with temporary plates expiring on 6/8/25. By 5/28/25, I still hadn't received the permanent plates, title, or registration. I reached out to the sales agent, who reassured me I'd get something soon. I followed up with the finance director on 6/2/25, who promised to call back but never did. A call to the DMV confirmed the issue was with the dealership. I called again on 6/6/25 and was told the temporary registration was valid through 8/8/25, so I let it slide. At that point, I had bigger issues at home--my husband was under hospice care and passed away on 6/5/25. By 7/16/25, I still had no title or registration. I contacted the finance manager again, who didn't know the problem and suggested I speak with the sales manager (SM). SM promised to look into it and get back to me, but after two weeks with no update, I called again on 7/29/25. SM admitted he had emailed the business office two weeks prior but hadn't followed up. He promised to escalate the issue. On 8/4/25, I received an email from SM explaining that the delay was due to a problem with Porsche's title processing. He promised an update by 8/5/25, but I heard nothing. I escalated the matter, sending a letter to the owner and GM, demanding a resolution within 14 days or I would take legal action. Again, no response. On 8/8/25, the day my temporary registration expired, I called SM again, who revealed two shocking details: the dealership had submitted an incorrect odometer statement, delaying the registration process for five months, and they hadn't paid off the car until the end of June, despite cashing my check in March. I asked for a loaner car, but SM refused, saying none were available. At this point, my daughter posted a review about the dealership's poor service. Within minutes, the dealership responded with a generic apology, and shortly after, SM called me offering a used sales car as a loaner. The next day, they delivered the loaner to me. Three weeks later, on 9/2/25, the dealership finally resolved the issue, returning my car with plates, title, registration, a full tank of gas, and a detail. This should have never happened. I've been trying to resolve this issue since May, but no one at the dealership took it seriously until my temporary registration expired. I had to push them for months while also dealing with the death of my husband. It was hurtful and frustrating to be met with such incompetence and indifference, especially given what I was going through. To add insult to injury, I still haven't heard from the owner or GM. read more

Porsche Beverly Hills - Warranty avoidance, plain and simple I am a Porsche owner who experienced a mechanical issue during the active New Vehicle Limited Warranty (NVLW) period. The issue was documented on video before the warranty expired. The only reason the car was not physically brought in immediately is because Porsche Beverly Hills was closed that weekend. I contacted them first thing on Saturday (during the NVLW period) to schedule an appointment for Monday morning, the next business day, to have the issue evaluated under warranty. What followed was not a misunderstanding -- it was a refusal. Despite the defect occurring during the NVLW period and being promptly reported, Porsche Beverly Hills told me they would not evaluate the issue as a warranty claim. Even worse, their service foreman--who was already physically present --was instructed to stand down. No inspection. No diagnosis. No documentation. Just a refusal. This is not how warranties are supposed to work. A dealership does not get to avoid warranty responsibility simply because it was closed when a defect occurred, then deny coverage by refusing to inspect the car under the NVLW framework when it reopens. That defeats the entire purpose of a warranty. When I escalated the matter to Porsche Cars North America, they sent me back into a circular loop with the dealership. As a direct result, I am sending complaint letters to the Calfiornia Department of Consumer Affairs and the California Attorney General for PCNA and Porsche Beverly Hills' failure to meet the statutory obligations of a warrantor in the State of California. Out of necessity, I contacted another authorized Porsche dealer (Porsche Long Beach). They immediately accepted the vehicle, evaluated it, diagnosed the issue, repaired it, and returned it to me at zero cost. That alone proves the defect was real, diagnosable, and properly handled under warranty -- just not by Porsche Beverly Hills. The contrast could not be clearer. If you are servicing or purchasing a Porsche here, understand this: when a warranty claim becomes inconvenient, Porsche Beverly Hills' apparent strategy is avoidance, not advocacy. The luxury showroom and espresso machine do not matter if the dealership refuses to stand behind the product. I will never service a car here again. So my friend is a buyer for a used Porche Macan S price up t0 $65000 in cash no finance no trade in so far so good. He saw one he liked advertised at this Dealership which was about 4k over his price range left messages no call back Finley went there drove it like it and couldn't get to an agreement on price so far fair enough. I as a friend went with hime once again knowing little more on Dealers tricks of the trade we met again the sales person (Gol) whom he worked with her previously and she was kind of complaining why we came without calling first as now it looks like she grabbed a buyer off the floor. We went up to her office as i tried to help i apologized forgetting her name and asked and she pointed at her sign on her desk saying "its right there" and was asking what would be our best price so she can go to the manager. We offered 63k which was 5k below the asking price and we left a little bit more to play with. she came back with her continued attitude $500 discount that is all we don't have room for more and my response was thats more of an insult from the manager to offer on 68k car less than 1% we just left the dealership and probably will never be coming back again . And as of today the car has been 36 days in the dealership but the sales "lady" said its ok we hold cars for over 100 days too. I bought my first Porsche in 2014 and I know my cars go in for service every 10,000 miles or 12 months and my car is currently at 3,300 miles, over a week ago the service alert came on advising me to have my car serviced in the next 30 days. Beverly Hills Porsche set that alert to come on two months early! I cannot believe how unscrupulous Beverly Hills Porsche is! I called the Porsche Dealer that will do all my service and they advised me to come in two months. Porsche wants service every 10,000 miles OR 12 Months, or 5 annual services in 60 months. Beverly Hills Porsche wants service every 10 OR SIX services in the same 60 months. Please avoid this UNSCRUPULOUS DEALERSHIP.
