My review aligns with everyone else 1-star review. It has been unfortunate that my parents had Felicia as their health insurance agent over the last several years. When I met her back in 2016/2017, I thought she was great, just super busy! But, it was my mistake not to double-check. Recently, I've been supporting my parents with communication with Felicia, and I've discovered that she is not consistent. Almost every conversation, she'll say, "But Sharon, you know your parents aren't my only clients! I am very busy, you can't expect me to reply to you or call you every 5 minutes". It was awful trying to talk to her because all she would do was interrupt me. The recent incident that alarmed me was LIFE INSURANCE/LIVING TRUST for my parents. She sweet-talked my parents (who don't understand English very well), into signing up for a Living trust. She told them it was refundable, and so my parents signed up. But for whatever reason, they changed their mind and requested a refund. Easy right? Wrong. Felicia said that working with her life insurance company is "new for her" and she's still going through the ropes, so the refund would take several weeks. This conversation happened after 2 months of trying to call/email her about the refund with no response). When I finally got a hold of her yesterday, I requested that she provide written proof (email) that she started the refund process. In the email, Felicia wrote to my dad, "I had called (name) and spoke to him several times on the phone and told him he would get back his refund...". I'm in shock that Felicia lied because we trusted her. She even tried to use her years of service against me, like how could I be mad because we've worked together for so long. Felicia ought to be surprised by my tone because I was extremely frustrated/shocked that she dismissed me in conversation, and then lied about talking with my dad in the email. Disappointed that people like Felicia can get away with deceiving people, considering the years of negative reviews I'm seeing here. If you're looking for an insurance agent, look elsewhere!

So we changed to blueshield and now I can't get my issues resolved so that I get my life back ,in any way. I can't get mobility back,I can barley eat,im loosing weight rapidly becuase of everything that's compounded and all these people want to do is deny referrals and medications. I finally had hope after 14 years of severe stomach issues,these issues are holding g up the surgeries to get my mobility back. I finally had a gastro not only willing to do what needs to be done after every gastro Doc I've seen telling me that I need to go to staniford becuase they aren't specialized or qualified enough to deal with my issues. Then this insurance denys the the referral and sends me to another doctor that's gonna say the same that all the others have said in 14 years...." im sorry Mr. Gray,you'll find no hope here,best you go to standiford where they are more specialized". The only hope I had of getting out of this wheelchair and back to running my buisness with my wife. These people are letting my life slip away becuase they can't be bothered. It's simple,get ileostomy bag so that I can hand the pain meds and antibiotics to get me through a double hip replacement and major back surgery that has kept me from elevating my legs or even being able to lay down to sleep in almost 2 years.....these people are horrible.
